Outstanding Experience -- Highly Recommend!…read more Over the past three weeks, my family and close friends purchased four vehicles at AutoNation Toyota, and every experience was exceptional. Huge thanks to Andy Aguilar and Freddy Medrano for their professionalism, patience, and genuine care. They made every step smooth and stress-free. The finance and closing team -- Sal, Ricky Torres, and Marco Rincon -- were equally amazing and made signing quick and easy. Our purchases included * Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium * 2026 Crown Signia XLE * 2026 Camry Hybrid XSE * 2026 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Plug-In This team doesn't just sell cars -- they build trust and relationships. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend! Thanks again , Diana Marquez Jared Hookzy Beatrice

They did upsell more recommend services like coolant and tire alignment, but that would have jumped to over 700. I just stuck with the basic routine. I waited in the lounge, scrolled through posts, and surfed the net while I waited. Got texted with inspection notes and recommend services, but I declined. After an hour and half later, they texted me and said they were done. I paid the bill in the counter and left. The service staff are friendly and helpful, but the prices here are very expensive. But they get the job done and I trust them because this is the place where I bought my car. For other advanced services, I might look elsewhere for cheaper prices and still reliable. But if you are looking for reliability and friendly staff, Autonation is still good. Overall: B

From the moment I sat down with him, he made the entire financing process feel simple, transparent, and stress-free. Dan took the time to explain every option clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident about each step. What really stood out was his professionalism paired with a genuinely friendly and approachable attitude. He went above and beyond to help me secure a great rate and ensured all the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. It's rare to find someone who makes the financial side of buying a car feel this smooth. Thanks to Dan, I left the dealership feeling excited about my new vehicle and completely satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend this dealership--ask for Dan in finance; you won't be disappointed!

Misrepresentation of Sales Terms, Failure to Honor Agreement, and Unprofessional Conduct…read more I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a recent vehicle purchase from VIP Auto Enterprise , located in Orlando, Florida due to concerns involving misrepresentation of agreed sales terms, refusal to honor commitments made during the purchase process, and unprofessional handling of my attempts to resolve the matter. Prior to completing the purchase, I was fully transparent with the salesperson about my financial circumstances, including the amount I could afford for my down payment and the specific timeline for when I would be able to pay for the vehicle's permanent tag and registration fees. I clearly communicated that I would not be able to pay for the tag until approximately mid-February. The salesperson assured me that this would not be a problem and specifically stated that if necessary, the dealership would provide and honor a second 30-day temporary tag (not exceeding 60 days total) to allow sufficient time for me to meet the agreed payment timeline. I relied on these assurances when deciding to proceed with the purchase. As the expiration of the initial temporary tag approached, the dealership's management informed me that they would not honor the additional temporary tag as previously promised. They also refused to process the tag paperwork unless I immediately paid the tag and new plate fees, despite my prior disclosure of the payment timeline and the agreement made during the sale. As a result, my vehicle is now illegal to operate, creating significant hardship due to the dealership's failure to uphold the terms presented at the time of purchase. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly. When I contacted the salesperson via text message and phone calls, my communications were avoided, and I was redirected to the dealership's title clerk. When I spoke with the title clerk, she was dismissive and did not allow me to fully explain the agreement made during the sale. She stated that she would not honor the arrangement because "that is not how they do business," when asked to speak with her manager she advised he was not present also refusing to give me his name expressing that "I don't need to know his name" and then terminated the call abruptly. This interaction prevented any meaningful attempt at resolution. I believe this situation may constitute misleading or unfair sales practices, as I relied on representations made during the transaction which are now being denied.

No wonder when I asked for the car fax 3 times and even called to request ...never received. Of coarse the $6,000.00+ worth of work (so far) and need for new tires that were supposed to last a lot longer than 7 months (rod bent under car from obvious damage not reported by previous owner) and now another $500.00 problem. Replaced Turbo, 3 oil leaks (so nice of you to get an oil change the same day bought so I wouldn't notice), leak in break line, all 4 coils bad, headlights rigged and fire hazard, Stranded 2x on side of highway, 4 days of missed work, bent rim so tires went bad fast, leak in sunroof in several places causing mold all in car. (So nice of you to replace the headliner so the water wouldn't show so fast). Owner would not return my calls or take them !!! I started calling 3 weeks after when turbo went out already. WARNING , have a mechanic check the car out before purchase! I am a single mother and all I asked them for was a car that I could count on. Yes they make you purchase a warranty for a reason! I have had to pay $3,000 plus another $500.00 today. Problems started within 4 weeks and have not stopped since.

I bought the car on a Saturday and told them I'd come back Monday morning in order for them to…read moreservice it and detail it as promised. On Monday I called and they said it had not been done yet so I waited a few hours to go and once again got there to it still not being done. Weeks later, I was calling to get my registration taken care of and was told by Pam that she would look into it and she would call back. I called back numerous times after that and still got no response. I then called after my tag was expired and was frustrated that I still had gotten no response. Angie told me I should have called, which I had already done. I then asked to speak to the owner and they put me on the phone with Pamela, who is not said owner. She said he wasn't there and refused to even give me the owner's name. Then once I said she was being unprofessional, she hung up on me. Thankful that I purchased my car straight out because I would hate to have to deal with these people's lack of communication and customer service if I had taken out a loan to do so.
