Probably one of the best pedicures I have ever received in my life! They really spend their time making sure everything is done correctly. Hot stone massage on my feet and legs was out of this world! If your nails aren't in the best shape, STAY AWAY. To begin, I don't get my nails done usually and do not maintenance them properly at home. Therefore, my cuticles and nails are generally in bad shape. I am aware and let the staff know, apologizing even. It hadn't been a problem in the past, but it certainly was here. I picked my colors (deluxe mani and pedi, gel) and sat down. They were shocked at my nails, making no effort to conceal their judgement and laughter. The stereotype that the nail techs are making fun of you is absolutely true here. I awkwardly attempted to make a light joke of it to no avail. "Tina" went to work on my fingernails, scoffing and yanking my hands. Laughter and judgemental looks continued in the whole process. I understand that my cuticles would be difficult, but "Tina" was exceptionally rough with them while still scoffing and making the experience increasingly unpleasant. I got them done because my wedding is in 3 days, so thank you Tina and all of Fancy Fingers for killing this bride's self-esteem. I will never be back, and I advise others to spend your time and money somewhere that will give you an enjoyable experience. read more

I called and book an appointment with Angela and was seen by Steve. By far a salon I plan on returning to. I've been around all of northdale/carollwood, and this new salon has been good to me. I went my first time to take my acrylics off and to get gel polish and Angela did this for me. She did a great job. No gaps, even coat, cut the length I would like, shaping was perfect. They treat you very politely and even offer out a variety of beverages for you to choose from. I had previously gone to a different salon for my acrylics, my go to nail tech had left that salon and I was seen by someone else figured I give it a try and no way I did not like the job he did. In the photos I've attached you can see the grown out acrylics are supposed to be coffin shaped and they aren't. They were not even. It was a very poor job. They were not filled all they to the back like I like to have. So for my second visit I saw the reviews and figured I should go again and give it another shot. I was not disappointed at all. Steve was honest with me and said I don't need a fresh set to get pink and white powder, other salons in the past have said I needed to and year they charge to take them off so it costs a lot but Steve helped me save some money by leaving on the old set and working with the surface he had. I salute him for a job well done. Will for sure be returning. read more

My daughter use to love this place, took her in and had told the guy exactly what she wanted. She wanted to cut off her natural nails, and get a full set to acrylics. He was so busy just trying to get her into a chair, she said it again and explained exactly what she wanted. He nodded as understood and started to work on her, the passed her off to the lady next to him who was hacking up her lung, it was horrible sounding! As I saw what was happening I walked over and asked her what happened? She said she told her again what she wanted. The lady put 1 acrylic nail on her pinky and proceeded to put straight acrylic powder on her nails. I stopped what was happening tried to explain no this is not what was asked for. The guy came over and tried to say " well most people ask for nails to be cut off and have full set". I was not in the mood to argue but i strongly said "this is not most people and she stated what she wanted done and you acknowledged." At that point I was done and frustrated from the situation. I paid $25 for what was done and left. Took her to my nail salon and had her nails done in the way they should have been done. I Will NOT return here. You are shoved around and sit here sit there for a quick in and out. I'd rather spend the money and go where I don't feel rushed. read more

I went there today and got a mani and pedi. I got coffin shaped acrylics with gel polish and the thumb nail is way shorter than all the nails and they are all different types of coffin. The gel polish is already chipped 3 days later and my toe polish already came off. read more

I'm in love with these people! Friday I came in expecting a pretty good experience given all the great reviews. I'm glad I listened. I went in for a mani and pedi. As soon as I went to the back to pick my color, they immediately started helping me pick the right color. The work on my natural nails and toes were perfect. I had the deluxe pedi which was intense and relaxing. I loved how they took their time on my nails. They made sure every corner and line of my nail was perfect. Very clean and quiet location to get a relaxing pedicure. I splurged and upgraded to an organic green tea and lemongrass pedicure which included a hot stone massage and a foot and leg mask. The lady who did my pedicure took her time and made sure I was happy with the progress along the way. At no time did she try to up sell me on anything. A relaxing experience for a decent price. So I was happy with how my nails turned out. They made them short how I like them, however after a week my gel polish started to chip and peel. I went back to get a nail fixed and they did it for free but the following day that nail chipped again. I am not rough on my hands and have had gel in the past and never experience this problem. I will not be returning to this place due to the fact I spent $40 on my hands for a polish that should last 2-3 weeks not just a week... read more

This place is the absolutely terrible its nothing compare to lynns nail shop by memorial. let me start with its rude when your getting a pedi and mani and they're ignoring you and speaking another language you dont know if there speaking about you or not they sit there and look at you while laughing and talking another language i felt so embarrassed. at my old nail shop they spoke English they always said its rude to customers if other shops speak another language and ignore you plus they always play music and movies its a nice environment if it wasn't for me moving i would always get my nails done there instead i got my nails done in this trash place who always recommend sns because its better but its so expensive and your nails always lift always!!! worst barnstormer service its like that all the time nobody smiles angela is there with a face most of the time you guys need to take notes from LYNN nailshop is the best! people shouldn't drop 90 dollars on a place they dont get a smiles or even asked whats your name people come out of work stressed to go to a relaxing place instead they leave worse. read more

Sadly they have a two star, I loved how they did my nails but they lied about the price I asked them before I got them how much it would be they told me a price then when I was about to pay they gave me a different price that was higher and they didn't have any explanation sadly.
