Do not recommend. I went originally to get black french tips and they flooded my nail bed. Got them done Thursday and by Monday my whole nail peeled off. They were Gel and should not peel that quickly. Went back on Wednesday (6 days after original) got a solid black gel and by Friday ( 2 days later) they are peeling and missing chunks again of polish. Gel should not peel like this, I don't know if they aren't using the right polish or what's going on but this is a horrible experience. I spent all this money for my nails to practically peel off. Gel is supposed to last and they haven't made it a week without multiple problems. read more

The tech who did my acrylic soak off and gel manicure was very gentle with my thin nails despite having her work cut out for her with a thick kind of 3D design with charms that I had gotten from another salon. I got my nails done a week ago and I've been contemplating leaving a review because I never do this. Two days after, I had already broken a nail, my nails already looked grown out, and I had to go to a different place for them to file my nails correctly. Fast forward to now and my nails are insanely grown out after just having them done a week prior. I never leave bad reviews but spending $83 to have bad work done is a little upsetting. I have been going to this nail shop for years. I recently moved to Hudson and still choose to come when I am in Tampa so I can get Victor to do my pedicures and gel manicures. He is excellent and does my nails exactly as he already knows I like them. Also, in the years that I've been going there if I have ever had a problem with the polish chipping within the week of having them done, they have redone the nail at no cost. They also sanitize their equipment and use liners for the water bins. Pricing is comparable to other salons and they offer a greater variety of specialty pedicures. read more

I honestly don't know where to begin, I've tried giving this place a try more than once and every time they've shown me why I shouldn't return. My GEL polish peeled on acrylic nails after washing my hands the same night. If I could do no stars, I would. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this place. Unless you want to leave with not one, but two serious toe nail infections. Also known as Paronychia. I had to go to an urgent care and be put on a serious antibiotic on top of also missing work due to not being able to stand because of the throbbing pain and swelling. So please, avoid this "salon". Today I probably had the a subpar experience. The pedicure came out great, but as we moved onto the manicure, the nail tech whose English was limited, asked me how I liked my nails ... I grew out my nails very long, very... Very.. Long.... Just so she could cut them and they still remain long. I never get fake nails because my nails grow out long to where if they're filed they can look fake. I told her that I'd like them to stay a little long. Well, my nails are unevenly short. It took the man two hours just to do a pedicure on my toes. I just had my toes done a month a go so they weren't in bad shape at all. He cut so much skin from around my toe nails that they are sore. All the workers kept walking past him but no one would say anything. My big toe nails are completely shaped differently. One toe nail is actually curved. I have been off and on going to this place for a year and this is the third issue I have had. I would not recommend this place at all. Spend your money somewhere else. Everyone I've had has done a fantastic job. Best experience I have had so far! I don't usually get my nails done because I can't seem to find a place where I actually feel relaxed and the nail technicians do a good job, but I would return to this place. My intention was to get a pedicure, but the nail tech did such a good job that I decided to give them a chance on a manicure. However, a third of the way through the manicure, a different nail technician came to finish the job; was the purpose of this to increase the amount of tip I would leave? Luckily, the second nail tech did a pretty good job. Both my pedicure and (basic) manicure lasted about a week; usually my manicures get dinged within the first couple of days, but it lasted this time. As someone else mentioned, both my my nail technicians didn't really speak English and one of the staff member's children had to come translate. This has happened to me several times at other nail salons, but it didn't bother me as much here because the technicians were pretty skilled at their nail work. There is one place of improvement that I would suggest. Although I understand the reasoning from a business point of view, this point could really improve customer experience/loyalty. It's really great that they have a frequent visitor punch card where you can get a free pedicure after so many services, but it is punched per visit (of $15 or more) rather than per service or dollar amount. For example, my pedicure cost $30 and my manicure cost $15 which I received one punch for; however, had I got the same services on two different days, I would have received two punches. Or if they punched per $15, then I would have received three punches. This is a waste of the customer's time and money. The least they could do is offer a discount if you decide to do a mani-pedi combo if they are not going to offer punches per service or dollar amount. Making this change would really improve the business's image. read more

I have been getting pedicures and facial waxing here for years. This is my favorite nail place in New Tampa. All of the nail techs are detail oriented and very professional. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it's a little pricey. But, you get what you pay for and my gel pedicures last for way longer than I would expect so they are clearly using high quality products. I highly recommend this place. Great place! Just moved about a month ago to Wesley Chapel and have tried many places in the area but this place is awesome. Affordable prices for the pedicure spa as well. I had the orange spa and my mom got the cucumber one. I also got my eyebrows tinted for the first time and they turned out great. My manicurist was name Chelsea and I absolutely love her! Also Free drinks! (water, coffee, tea, soda). Every equipment they use comes out of a new package. My legs still feel smooth hours later. I'm happy I found the place to go from now on. read more

I got SnS manicure with a regular pedicure this past Saturday. The manicure is really bumpy and the glue coat was outside the lines so the powder stuck to my skin. I asked for it to be cleaned up and she tried to convince me all I had to do was wash my hands.. Not to mention they selected the wrong color. It is now Wednesday and my pedicure is peeling (they never did a top coat)... The place is also very dirty with poor ventilation. Victor took over and did a fantastic job giving me a full set of glitter acrylic nails. I wanted natural looking nails with a bit of sparkle and that's what I got. Horrible ! I got my nails and eyebrows done on a Saturday night and I go home not even an hour after leaving and my nail breaks & also look at my eyebrows and he plucked where he shouldn't have and now I have to color mine in.. I live an hour away! So I made the trip back the next day as the nail polish they used wouldn't be anywhere else and I liked my colors. So drive an hour all the way back and come get it fixed & they mess the nail up even more! My own fault for driving all the way back for a stupid color! Now I'm here waiting for the manager because of course there is no manager here! I am beyond frustrated and I will never come back or recommend here to anyone! I want a refund!
