A cute little bakery with cute artistic designs. I was in the area for work and wanted to try the viral dessert cakes. They had great flavor and creative in designs, however the prices were a bit steep for a 3 bite dessert. Was it worth exploring? Yes, because some of the flavors were on point. What a delicate and adorable shop. It is situated in a strip mall and features a small bright white storefront. We came for the fruit mousse cakes, but also indulged in the strawberry passionfruit and fruity cereal macarons and a matcha cake pop. Everything was excellent and our server was absolutely the nicest human in California. The star was the banana-both in flavor and texture it had the most going on. Crunchy and creamy, it was real banana flavor and delish. I appreciate the fast and friendly service and there's some indoor seating, but it was more of a grab and go place. I'd love to try their fruit cake next time! I went in here having high expectations of their cronut. I couldn't wait to try their popular cronut. I am not sure but the one I got was super dry and hard. Maybe it was a bad day but it felt way too big and heavy and the amount of dough was awful. There was a long line so I'm not sure how I got a bad one but I really was expecting a soft or chewy dough-like donut or croissant, but what I got was a total opposite. It was also very pricey for this as I was shocked how many people yelped it saying it was good. While the interior of the store is aesthetically pleasing, the cronut did not do justice. I saw this dessert shop had the viral mango cakes and I had to stop by and try it! We ate it in the store and it was already starting to melt so I suggest eating it asap. It has a nice crunch when you bite into it and has a good mango mousse flavor. The mango fruit bits were a bit unripe and not that sweet. Maybe because it's not mango season. We also tried 3 flavors of their macarons (guava, mango passion fruit, and strawberry cheesecake). They were slightly too sweet for my liking but I still really enjoyed it! Came to try their viral mousse cakes I will say it is pretty expensive and with that being said I kinda expected it to be a little more... it's majority mousse and not so much cake the ratio was off for sure and plus it wasn't as frozen as I would have liked it to be or crunchy. I will say their drinks tho are always super good I only have ever came here for the drinks and will probably only come here for the drinks, I say the hojicha is pretty underrated. The best part was biting into these flavor bombs of fruitiness. Goodbye spiral croissants :') Happy I was able to try before they discontinued them. I guess that foodie fad is no longer in high demand anymore. According to their IG post they'll still make them if in a large order of at least 4 dozen or on a special spiral weekend. I was able to try Ube and Classic Spiral Croissants. I thought they were really good! I'm a big ube fan but surprisingly I enjoyed the classic one better. I loved the filing paired with the flakey croissant and not being too sweet. I loved this place when they had a grand opening and still love their sweets. When we got there, they had entremets (a sophisticated, multi-layered French dessert, typically built in a mold, featuring a balanced combination of complementary flavors and contrasting textures. I preordered these for pickup and they came earlier than the set time! I was kinda sick when it was time for pickup so I did it through uber. I called them to make sure someone else can pickup the order for me and they said it's fine as long as they have the order #. I'm late on trying the viral croissants and had to get them before they stopped doing preorders entirely unless it's for catering I believe. I'm not sure if they come hot when you pick them up but when I opened them they were cold (roughly 10-12 min drive before arriving at my house). Scraped off the top before toasting and it was good. The ube was good. It's not too sweet and paired well with the croissant. I also enjoyed the biscoff, I think it was classic with biscoff cookie mixed in. The croissant itself was light and fluffy. Overall it was good but I think the novelty wore off. I was pretty underwhelmed because it's just a circle shaped croissant with filling. I couldn't find anything about Amex not being accepted when I was checking out but I think that is the case. I tried to preorder a few times and it would not go through but I would get a $1.00 charge (it would always be sent back though). Definitely wanna try their basque cheese cake next time! read more

I've been trying to find a good banana matcha ever since academic discontinued theirs and this is a close second. It's not as good but it's comparable.
