I don't remember the name of the guy who did my nails and toes, but the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My biggest gripe with my old salon was that my nails were never shaped evenly, and the polish around my cuticles always looked like a mess. They force you to sit, allowing no time to pick a nail color. They get upset when you ask them to use the foil method opposed to the nail drill. I wouldn't mind the nail drill if my nails didn't become so brittle.. Discussions in your native language are fine, however assuming some customers don't understand your language is not smart. The comments made about customers is appalling. Super nice owner, some of the employees under her- terrible.
