That said, they are not something I would personally pay $100 for again strictly based on the nails themselves. Now let's talk about the service, because that is where they truly shine. The experience was amazing. They were bringing drinks back to back and the mimosas were wonderful. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I honestly left in such a good mood and had a great time. You are definitely paying for an experience here, and that part cannot be beat. As for the durability, my nails did start to lift after nine days. I had some lifting on two nails, and my sets usually last me a full month. I also noticed they did not feel as hard as my Gel X normally does. The tips felt like they had a little bend to them, which I am not used to. So are they the best nails I have ever had? No. But is the service top tier and worth going back for? Absolutely. If you are someone who values great service, good vibes, and a fun atmosphere, this is your spot.

The nail salon is old school, they still use Wide Rule tablets and pencils at least that cuts down on overhead prices which passes down to the customers. Shellac nail polish take off is on $5 and shalac polish $7 ( I think) all VERY old school prices. I had a broken toenail to replace was only $5 and my tech built me a new toenail free hand. NOT all techs can do that, I usually tell techs to put a fake nail because I want both toes to match they MUST look flawless. We was so happy with our service that my good friend returned 2 days later for a manicure. When I asked if prices had increased, the cashier said no. I received a 10% discount and redeemed 260 reward points for an additional $10 off, totaling $17 in discounts. Later, when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed a $3 charge for "extra length." I was confused because my nails were only slightly longer than usual. I called the salon, and the employee explained that the charge was because my nails were considered long. I told her I wasn't looking for a refund, but I would stop by so she could see the length in person. When I returned, she again stated that my nails were long enough to justify the extra charge. I didn't argue, but I let her know I would be sharing my experience in a review. This is not my first issue with the salon. On Christmas Eve, Sam (one of the twins) did my nails, and the results were very poor. Instead of properly fixing the problem, he tried covering it with a sticker. I paid and left because I was too frustrated to deal with it that day. The day after Christmas, I returned and another technician corrected the work. The experience felt personal because Sam had done my nails before, and while my tips may not be huge, I always tip.
