Deceptive about prices, half a$$ work. Went in a week ago with an appointment for 3 mani and pedi forat thing when they opened. The employee was told we had an appointment and proceeded to start with someone else after she had sat all 4 us in the chairs. During pedicures, other employee kept asking my sister if she wanted "gel or shellac," to which my sister responded "I want whatever the colors are of the samples you gave me. She asked my sister this 6 times. I clearly told the girl working with me that I wanted regular color for both hands and feet, she handed me the samples (not much to choose from.) As she was mid way through my pedicure she asks again about the color , so I show her. She says ,"Those are shellac." I reminded her that I wanted regular color, and I chose based on what she handed me to select from. It all got worse from there. They still hadn't started our manicures except for my sister (manager kelly started with her), and other customers were coming in who they were starting with. I told her to forget it I didn't want color and I was not going to do my hands. When it came time to pay Kelly tries to charge me $5 for removing previous color off my toes. DONT THINK SO She charged my sister $15 *4 for shellac (she paid for 3rd person mani pedi) At no time did they ever disclose extra charge or explain/clarify what kind of polish was being used(remember she kept asking gel or shellac). I would recommend this place to anyone who asked! Very timely and patient service. Ladies are friendly and genuinely want you to enjoy your time there. My mother-in-law and I both got manicures and pedicures. I got shellac on my hands and regular polish on the toes. We opted for the Deluxe as it was a girls day out. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of time and effort they put in, EXCELLENT VALUE!! I posted the pricing they have as of today, may change over time, but you definitely get what you pay for here! UPDATE: Went back a third time because of course the gel nails came off within a week again. This time I told her I'd do the dip powder because if she did gel again it would be awful for my nails. She did a GREAT job with the dip (maybe this is why she kept pushing it on me) and the lady is so nice that I almost wished I just gotten this in the first place so I don't have a negative association with this time. I most likely won't come again because of the gel debacle but if anyone is looking for a good place for dip powder, I'd recommend! read more

I don't know why I haven't been coming here more often. I was left traumatized by Bella Spatique 2 and just stopped getting my nails done for weeks but I'm so glad I found this place!!'n it's closer to home and the ladies are so sweet, and my nails look amazing and I wasn't charged extra for everything! $25 gel/shellac manicure, love it!!! left 4 stars instead of 5 because I did feel like I was slightly rushed due to coming in during a busy hour, but my nails look great and the nail tech was sweet so I'm not too upset about it. Update: went back last week with Annie and I've got nothing but compliments on my nails. Also was in and out within 45 minutes. That never happens!!!! Love this place. read more

i'm a 58 year old male w arthritis in all my joints especially in my hip they trim my toenails or do pedicures w such detail that it makes me feel good. they are reasonable and always make me feel welcome i may not be a priority as it's just a bit that i get done but they treat me well. once i had sone kind of imbedded hang nail it was late a lady was there she let me in and took care of my problem she was quick and gentle they have a new customer. read more

My sister and I made appointment to get a mani/pedi while she was in town. Tina was my nail technician and I really enjoyed how she was attentive to one client. The service was great, while my sister was being serviced the technicians that worked with her were going back and forth between clients. Tenure clients seemed to be the focus in the nail shop. That's great that you appreciate your tenure clients but new customers can eventually be tenure clients as well. Tenure clients had someone cater to nails and feet at the sametime. I gave 5 stars based on the service I received, my sister service wasn't give star service due to three different people worked on her nails. If you had appointment, the client with the appointment should have the technician attentiveness. read more

I went in a couple of days ago and got my pedicure done by a lady (tattooed eyebrows) who normally doesn't do mine and she rushed the whole time and was being really rough. She cut too deep into my skin and she didn't even seem to realize it. I was trying to explain to her that it hurt and she cut too deep. She kept trying to cut it and thought I was talking about a hang nail. So, I just said "never mind it's okay." And to think of it now... I have been there several time and have always been pleased with how clean this salon is. And I have always been very pleased with the pedicures. This time a I had a manicure and the tech was a little too hard on my finger. My fingers ache from where she cut two fingers while removing the skin around the cuticle then for some reason she also cut the skin on my finger tips? The skin around my thumb nails have already split and are painful. Next time I go I will make a point of asking them to be a little gentler with my manicure and not cut the cuticles. I've been to this nail salon 3 times, 2 of them by choice. Let me start off by saying the environment and workers are all very nice. The first time I went I got powder nails, BEAUTIFUL JOB. Second time I went I got a shellac manicure...they started to chip the VERY next day. Not even 24hrs later. I was out of town for Christmas and had to go everywhere with chipped nails. Very tacky. I went back and they redid my nails...same technician. It's been one week and shellac just chipped off. The problem is the technician does NOT leave them under the light long enough. I'm not sure what the alcohol after they've been completed is for, but both times she did not rub them with it. The first time the shellac was so under "cooked" under the light, they were sticky and getting stuck to even my phone screen. Ive been getting shellac for 5 years now and recently just moved to a new side of town so had to find a new nail place...sadly the reviews for this place just lied to me. Maybe it was just the technician since she did my shellac both times, who knows. But I won't chance getting her again. She was so nice I tipped her again even after she did poorly on my first manicure...bad mistake. Money wasted. read more
