I used to go there all the time but now I will not be returning. It took 3 different people to get my nails to look ok. When I left I noticed they had not removed all the polish from before so my toes look like they are bruised was there for almost 3 hours. They did try to clean up my toes but it would have taken too long for me to get them redone. Also she wanted to argue with me about being allergic to gel polish. If I tell you I can't use gel then it's no gel. I'm itching like crazy I was looking at the box it said gel plain as day. But she assured me it wasn't. Be careful trying out new nail place. Not every nail tech cleans their tools regularly like they are supposed to. I had a mani and pedi done. The manicure was fine but the pedicure left my big toe irritated and oozing. I went back, had the shellac removed, and the nail tech cleaned it up. read more

Would not recommend. Quality is not worth the price. Some of the reviews on here are from the employees. I originally had a high review on this place but after my recent experience I have updated to reflect 1 star. For the price you pay here you might as well go to a more upscale place like executive nail salon which is now my go to. When I went to DNK the chair was leaky, they didn't offer me a beverage til I was basically already going to leave, my daughters polish was already coming off before we left, my polish looks lumpy in some areas as if I painted them myself. The floors were dirty. When they wiped up the floors with towels they did not wash their hands and went back to doing pedicures. The towels they used on my feet had white stains on them so im not sure they were clean,however, mine and my daughters feet have been itchy since we left here. read more

My pedicure was ok but the polish job looked very uneven and dull. As for the shellac, well, it was the worst shellac manicure I've ever had. The polish is completely uneven,and there is polish in between the skin and the nail. The following day (Thanksgiving Day) it is already chipping. I have never experienced this even when I do my own shellac manicures at home. The best part was my manicurist was face timing with her sister in Vietnam while doing my manicure. Beyond disappointing. I don't know about everyone else but I absolutely look forward to my once a month pedicures, and I just so happen to visit my hometown this weekend so I decided to try a nail salon with decent reviews. First of I paid for the "Special Pedicure" which is $35 not bad, but of course I'm expecting all the special goodies that come with it. Welp, my pedicure was done in 25 minutes. 25 minutes! I even asked nicely if she could please trim my nails and was like no, they are all ready short. ( side note no they were absolutely not) I think I would know my own toe nails after 33 years. The next guests that came in were offered drinks and asked preferences, was I? Nope. There was someone there before me that wasn't even done, by the time my pedicure was done. So in the end, my feet are still callous, no I'm not relaxed, and my toes were mediocre. Maybe it was just my technician, whom I don't know the name because she had no name tag and didn't say anything to me. So I would say only come to this nail salon with low expectations, that way you won't be disappointed. read more

I have been going for almost 3 years, and my text has always been consistent. Whatever I ask for too be done she always follows through. there has been a few times or of showing up 30 minutes before closing and they always let me get my full set or my repairs in. I also like the fact that my nail tech is also very fluent in English and always a joy totalk to her every time I sit down and get my nails done. I work at a convenience store and I'm always getting compliments on my nails even though it may be up to 3 weeks before going back and getting my refill. I recently took my wife here, and she was so happy with me after her visit. She was really skeptical due to the old reviews, however I believe the shop is under new management and is spectacular. I had to soak off my shellac and they used some kind of plastic thimble that was probably never sanitized, the towels looks very old and had a bad smell. I got a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. My shellac is uneven and doesn't cover my whole nail, there is polish in my nail creases and she cut me removing my cuticle on at least 4 fingers. The same goes for my toes, I could have done a better job on them myself. The lotion they use is also super perfumey and I had to wash it off because it was giving me a headache. I tried DnK for a mani/pedi... which was a mistake. How can the salons in Rosenberg be so bad at nail services? I've found good places in Richmond and Sugar Land but not here. It's quite frustrating. Any who. My direct experience at DnK was interesting to say the least. I walked in and they had no other customers, yay for me. I asked for the prices and the lady handed me a menu. The basic mani/pedi is all I needed. I hate lotions and salt scrubs, they make my skin itch for days. It said $30 for both, fine. I point and say this is what I want. The lady then says the menu is older and all prices have increased $5 so what I want is $35. Ok, sure. They split the services between two techs, one for hands and the other for feet. I was in the chair for 15-20 minutes (including drying time) which is not very long. The quality of the service, other than the ladies being cordial, was not very good. My nails chipped within an hour and my toes chipped in 3 days. Pedicured toes last a minimum of 3 weeks for me and never because of chips. The "best" part of my visit was going to pay. I get to the counter and the same lady from the beginning says it's magically $40. Um what? I didn't get any additional services or add-ons why is the price more. I was already upset about the dismal quality ( normally I avoid confrontation and just let it be) but today I spoke up and called her on it. She had the nerve to say she told me the price was $40 from the beginning. I never would have agreed to $40 if that's what was quoted at the beginning. New Owners Suck A**! I made an appt for 2 at 10am the night before. I ended up bringing 1 extra person. The lady said that was fine. She had a third person. Upon walking in another group came in right behind us. The 3 ladies filled our water and got us started. Then the 3rd lady left and started taking care of the other people leaving our third person sitting with her feet in the water. We continued to wait patiently even when the water got cold and we had to ask her to heat it back up. At this point it had been 30 minutes.. I asked them where the other lady was and why she did not come back. they were very apologetic and said 5 mins. Well we waited that 5 mins and still noone came. At this point I got up and asked my lady to start on our 3rd person. She did not.. she ignored my request, cleaned the area and went to take care of someone else.
