I left the nail shop with my feet looking just as rough as they looked upon entering. I walked in and there was 3 other women who was actively getting a pedicure. I waited approximately 15 mins before getting in the chair for my pedicure. The first red flag was that my pedicure was done before the other 3 women who obviously was not only there before me but was well into their pedicure. I addressed my concern with the technician about the visible dead skin on both of my feet. No apology, just stated that I need to come there every 2 weeks. Before leaving the establishment, I also spoke to the owner/manager about the unsatisfactory service I received. She looked at my feet and again stated that I need to come there every 2 weeks. Little do they know, my feet are done more often than every 2 weeks because I do have Hashimoto's disease and suffer from dry skin daily, (I just don't come to their shop every 2 weeks). My main problem is that neither the technician or owner/manager had any concern about me being a UNHAPPY, PAYING customer nor did they offer any rectification of the obvious problem that could have been an easy fix. I am definitely pleased with the location because it's less than five minutes away from where I live. This place is always busy bcuz they do good nails. Hanna is my personal favorite bcuz she's quick. You will wait a LONG time on a Friday or Saturday bcuz they aren't open on Sunday's. Every time I see nails I like around Rosenberg I always ask where they were done and low and behold they got them done at q nails. Sometimes I go somewhere else if I'm in a hurry and each time I regret it. My nails last forever here compared to other places and the prices are 5-10$ less. Don't believe the bad reviews. They have many long time customers. Just be prepared to wait if you go on a Friday or Saturday and if you like your nails a certain way then speak up, show them and tell them. read more

I was recommended by a friend so I wanted to try it out I even brought my sister in law so we walked in got seated right away the pedicure was perfect We went to sit down to let our nails dry, once I knew they were dry I got up to pay, the woman who did my pedicure nearly jumped out of her chair and chased me down to the cash register and kept shouting " 40 dollars " I was like okay ? This was my first time at Q nails and it was an overall ok experience. The space is a bit small and felt crowded with the amount of people inside. I could tell the lady doing my nails was in a hurry , so I felt a bit rushed. My nails came out just the way I wanted them so that was a plus. Went here only because I was on this side of town but will never return. I got shellac nails and the color looked watered down, I wanted a dark pink and I got a very sheer pink. Then as I went to pay, they said 'oh no card only cash.' So off to the atm i went which is conveniently located in the back of the business, had it been in the front I would have questioned the preferred payment method initially. Who doesn't accept debit card nowadays? This place, apparently. I also noticed the towels they used were horribly stained and no autoclave machine in sight. He was very impatient and didn't listen to what you told him. He was rough with my hands and threw them under the light that he used to dry my nails.
