The entire staff was so incredibly gracious, respectful and attentive to my mother. They vibe was genuinely uplifting beginning to end. My mom is 86 and has limited mobility. On top of this they never have the same nail techs that I love and they always lie and say they are out of town or at another location, when really they no longer work there. I don't like changing nail techs to avoid beginner nail techs that damage my feet and cause infections. Smh. Lastly, this trip took 2.5 + hours! If I wanted all of my toes repainted, I would have to pay an additional $30. At that point, it felt like a complete waste of both my time and money. I also want to mention that the staff was rude during my original pedicure, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. Then, was rude again when I called about needing my toenails fixed. They also do not fix ingrown toenails here, which is something to be aware of if that's a service you're looking for. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the service and the way this situation was handled, I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.
