Over the years we have probably ordered it in more than a thousand restaurants, and according to my mother, I have been eating it since the moment I could chew. One thing that immediately stood out at Nori was that they do not cut corners on the ingredients. The balance between the cream cheese and the crab was absolutely perfect, which is surprisingly rare. Too often restaurants overload the cream cheese and you can barely taste the crab. At Nori, the crab flavor actually shines through, which is exactly how it should be. The texture was just as impressive. Each piece was perfectly fried, light, crispy, and golden without being greasy. You could tell right away that the kitchen takes real pride in how they prepare their food. For anyone who loves Crab Rangoon the way our family does, this appetizer alone is worth the visit.
