Great food / sushi / hibachi and service for a very affordable price. What else can you ask for. Make sure to finish what you order as they have no waste policy.

Such a fun experience. We came during a week night and there was no wait. It's a small place and seemed very clean. The service was great. Our waiter was very friendly and our food was always quick and fresh. For the price, they have an amazing selection of sushi rolls and I will definitely be back.

So much good for a fantastic price!!

So good! We went for the lunch AYCE and are still stuffed 8 hours later! Our orders came out super fast and the food was fresh and delicious. The kitchen orders (steak hibachi, chicken noodles and ginger salad) were a nice surprise - I didn't realize anything other than sushi would be an option. Beware that the portions are LARGE and they have a good waste fee, so only order a few things at a time. Servers were very polite and quick to grab our order tickets. We will definitely be back!!

Honestly, I am surprised my husband hasn't asked for the owners of this place to just rent us out a spot in the back- because we practically live here. I am not even kidding when I say that we come here as often as we possibly can. The food is always a hit and consistently exquisite. The hibachi steak is always a favorite of ours and you really cannot beat the price. Surprisingly, the vibes are one of our favorite things about this spot because they always have such bangers playing on their playlist. Their playlist is practically our liked songs playlist on Spotify My son demolishes food here and we have built so many amazing family memories here. Please continue to support this establishment & help them become a lifetime staple here in Jax!

Delicious, good ambiance, and the servers are attentive. The price is great also. If you go on the weekend expect service to be a little slow due to the kitchen being slammed with orders and the restaurant being at 100% capacity.

came here for the $15.99 AYCE lunch special and was not disappointed! the AYCE menu wasn't that big compared to other sushi restaurants, but what they did have surpassed my expectations. highlights for me were the salmon nigiri and salmon avocado roll, which tasted fresh and very good. i am definitely coming back next time i'm in jacksonville!

They have a decent All You Can Eat lunch menu. It wasn't too busy but we went right when they opened at 11. When you are seated they tale your drink order and you have the menu on the table along with papers to write down your orders. The waiters walk around and collect the orders quickly. The food comes out quickly as well. Our son lpves their clear soup, noodles, and habachi steak. I really enjoyed all of the cooked rolls (being pregnant it gets my "sushi fix" out). My husband went hard on all the raw sushi and was impressed at the freshness and quality for an AYCE. Some of the other places we have been to that is AYCE seem to be rushed, and have small tables, but Rainbow was spacious with booth and table options. We have gone twice now and would for sure reccommend it if your in the area.

Calling my sushi connoisseurs! This restaurant is a great AYCE sushi option! During lunch hours, it's $15.99 which I felt was reasonable. All of the sushi we recieved was amazing and we also enjoyed a few of their appetizers: steak fried rice, vegetable tempura, fried krab cheese & spicy krab salad. I especially liked the fried krab cheese as it's something I haven't had before. Very clean and quiet atmosphere. A great date spot.

Not the "best" sushi we've ever had but definitely worth $20 per person for AYCE. This place can get pretty packed but again, totally worth it. Service was okay. Our waiter didn't check up on us very much other than to grab our order, didn't refill our waters either but it is what it is. Super chill place with anime playing on the tv. Can never go wrong with AYCE with good quality food. The fried sushi came out hot which is awesome. Definitely recommend this place!

I loved the umbrellas hanging from the ceiling and it had a wonderful Japanese appearance in the art on the walls as well. When I come back again, I would adjust what I order a bit, but each dish we enjoyed was still prepared very well. There are also some tables in the mid section and the left wall, along with nice booth seating along the right wall. Overall, seating is well placed and comfortable, especially the booths, which were better than most restaurants I've visited this year. I'll also say that our server was just awesome! Very social, kind, and did everything he could to serve and please the customer well. The service here is something people who visit never need fear! For our meals, I chose the Mongolian beef. It's been a few years since I've enjoyed this dish. It was a large offering that was made well and tasty. However, the beef was not as tender as I expected. There were some pieces that were too chewy to eat. This happened with our other dinner, the Happy Family as well. The Happy Family is an Asian specialty meal that is very enjoyable to eat with all the vegetables of various sorts it contains (I search for the mushrooms and scallops!) But the same problem with the meat occurred on this meal too. I asked our server about it and he said that the meat for these dishes were cooked in the wok, so, in a sense if I understand correctly, the lesser quality meat gets added to these dishes. But if you order anything hibachi, then the more tender meat is used for these dishes. He said that it was a Japanese tradition to do it that way. I never had either dish made this way in the past, but I wish we would have been informed before we chose these for our meal. But still, the meals lasted two days and I have no reservations about visiting this restaurant again. I know what to be aware of next time. I also found that the prices were $15-$20 per dinner. That's a decent value for a good restaurant like this at this time. Come visit if you like Japanese cuisine at a pretty good price and a place with great service and Japanese cuisine that will leave you very content! Recommend: HIGH

We decided to try somewhere new last Saturday night and were told about a 30-minute wait, which is usually a good sign as the place was packed. They took our number and texted us about 20 minutes later when two seats opened at the hibachi bar. Grabbing those seats was the best decision we made as we were entertained by both the hibachi chefs and the sushi station all night. The chefs were interactive, friendly, and clearly skilled at what they do. Our waitress, Jennifer, was absolutely on point, accommodating, polite, and happy to offer recommendations that did not disappoint. We ordered the shrimp tempura, bagel roll, and spider roll for sushi, along with the shrimp and steak hibachi, which she thoughtfully split onto two plates for us without even being asked. The sushi arrived first, beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. Soup and salad followed, then the hibachi entrée , all timed perfectly so we never felt rushed or overcrowded with dishes. The shrimp was fresh, the steak cooked perfectly, and the fried rice seasoned just right with herbs and spices that complemented the entire meal. Every part of the experience flowed from start to finish. A return visit is already in the works this month. Highly recommend this spot and major thanks to the employees for being at the top of their game! Truly a 5 star experience.

The vibe is fantastic and the staff matches it perfectly, friendly, warm, and attentive. We went twice in the late afternoon and never waited for a table, which is a huge bonus for a spot this good. The small plates alone are worth the visit. The Katsu Sando Sliders feature crispy chicken katsu on soft potato bread with fresh cabbage, katsu sauce, Japanese mayo, red onion, and sweet pickle peppers, every element working in perfect harmony. The Potato Korokke was equally incredible, perfectly crispy on the outside and filled with katsu fried potato and vegetables paired with katsu sauce and Japanese mayo. The Gyoza were perfectly crispy Japanese fried chicken dumplings, and the Harumaki was a great addition too. Everything fried here is done with real skill, the crunch is always there and never overdone. If you love spice, the KakuKara Ramen is an absolute must. A rich, creamy sesame broth made from chicken and pork stock with Japanese hot sauce and red miso, it is spicy, deeply flavorful, and completely addictive. Loaded with pork belly kakuni, homemade pickled peppers, cabbage, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds on those perfect curly noodles, it is everything you hope ramen will be. If you prefer something milder, the Katsu Shio Ramen is a beautiful classic, a delicate Japanese sea salt and dashi seasoned chicken broth with shiitake mushrooms, katsu chicken, red and green onions, and the most wonderful onsen tamago custard egg that takes the whole bowl to another level!
