We had been searching for a venue for our wedding and purely by chance we saw Fandango Banquet hall so we decided to pop in and have a look as the door was open. The place was partially decorated at the time and we did like what we saw initially. We had the opportunity that day to speak with Julia and she gave us a quick rundown of what they offered. For a wedding our size the price seemed right as it was more affordable than what we had been looking at and it was "all inclusive". At a later time we got to see the other hall, Hollywood Hall but we felt that Fandango was more our style. It was explained to us that they typically book 2 years out but they did have availability for March 9, 2024 which was actually one of the dates we were considering, so this was perfect and we booked it! The team was initially very business oriented. They had a strict payment/down payment schedule and were very clear about what was and what was not included. From the onset we appreciated the clarity of what to expect from their team and from the venue and the experience was about what we expected going in. As we closed in on the date however, the experience became much more personal and customized. Julia in particular was extremely helpful in the planning process and actually helped to relieve some of the stress of the event. We met a few times to choose food and decorations and explained our vision for the event. Julia and the team took every bit of what we were saying and applied it all to the event. When we arrived at the hall the day before to add some personal touches to the decorations we were stunned at the beautiful set up they had created. It was everything we had expected. The day of the event Julia and her team took care of everything we asked. The wait staff was polite and efficient. Our guests were very well taken care of and staff was not overbearing or in the way. Julia was onsite for the whole event and kept checking in to make sure everything was going as planned. She really took care of us, beginning to end. Had my daughters quinceañera this past weekend September 13th at Fandango and I can't recommend enough. The service was great and Julia was always on top of any question any concern I had. I had issues with my daughters original dress and Julia was able to make it happen so I wouldn't have to go back in to change the decoration if not I wouldn't have had to pay $150 to meat with the decorator again, so I saved on that. Food was great and all my guest were satisfied with the alcoholic drinks ever said they were really good. Not only were the drinks and food good but the decoration was amazing all of my guest kept complementing how beautiful everyone was. Everything was very beautiful and well put out. Security was on top of keeping everyone safe, the dj was very friendly and helpful also and the bartender was very friendly and on it even though my guest kept her very busy. Last but not least Julia wasn't able to attend that that but the person who she left in charge was amazing, she was on top of keeping everything on time and well planned out. The best part was just arriving and everything is seat up and ready for you and you don't have to worry about the clean up or anything in general. I would 100% recommend Fandango Banquet. Everything was amazing starting from the decorations on the tables , the party favor table , the timing on my venue that I had Julia actually help me coordinate. I just had my daughter's Quince this past weekend and everything was amazing! More than what I expected. We shopped around for other venues and this was by far the best. Price wise, this was a bang for our buck. Everything was included in our package, food, dessert table, venue attendant, open bar, DJ, private room, cake, security. The food was really good. We had birria, rice and beans and the cake. Let me tell you about the cake ... It was so delicious and very beautiful! Julia was such a sweetheart from the beginning. I had a ton of questions because I've never thrown a quince. She was very helpful and polite. Very professional. I am thankful for her. I had my daughter's XV at Fandango Banquet in Sep 2023 and everything was so amazing! The bartender was very attentive, pleasant, and the drinks were great. The food was delicious, and the plates had a full serving, unlike other venues where the plate looks like it's a half serving. Deserts were very yummy and everyone absolutely enjoyed them! I booked it the day of the open house in which they had a special promotion. The price was worth it for everything that was offered. I got to sample food, cake, and meet vendors that added to the celebration! I also worked with Julia, who is extremely nice and professional. She kept me informed the entire time before our event. Since the moment we viewed this location as an option the customer service has been top notch. When we made the final decision to choose this location for both our girls party quince/sweet 16 every month there was constant communication from our event coordinator Julia. The decoration was the rave of our guest that kept making comments about its eloquence. Julia's support and knowledge aided us in our girls beautiful celebration! From the pasta to the cake and to the dessert bar everything was delicious. The DJ kept people on the dance floor in between our live music. The bartender was able to keep the drinks rolling as our guests enjoyed themselves. After speaking with the staff and seeing how professional they were, it only confirmed it. Julia and the rest of the staff were great to work with. They went above and beyond in their serving.
