Some people say drive through takes forever. Did they ever figure out if cars ahead of them placed a long order with multiple items for a family; that takes some time to prepare that order? Did they think of pulling out of the line and walking inside to order and then can see the employees working as fast as they can and not ignoring customers? I deducted one star because I miss their early morning hours to buy milk although I understand it's not easy hiring staff to cover shifts, and mornings are slow for ice cream stores so the profit would be low. It is a business that needs to consider the number of customers during business hours. I'm happy to have this Oberweis store in my neighborhood.
