Kudos to Jolene who was the only clerk in the store!! Not right, not safe! She gave such professional, courteous service despite having to "man the ship" by herself! Lots of discounts- 20/35% off certain items- learned LeCreusat can be used on my induction stove- yea! Purchases a pepper mill on 20% off and will return in the future

Probably one of my favorite stores at the outlets. I always find myself spending more than I'm supposed to and I'm perfectly fine with that! The quality and craftsmanship of these are stunning. I'm addicted and I keep added to the collection!

Kevin is worth his weight in gold. This is a nice, clean store. Very well stocked, and with a obviously knowledgeable staff.

All the sales attendants have been very nice. Often I'm finding items that are still on sale on their main site. My recent find was a stone mortar and pestle that was 40% off. It's such a beautiful piece - an "own it for life" quality item - and thanks to WS outlet the value was great. I do give 4/5 stars due to the "no returns" policy. There have been occasions where here I passed on a purchase because I didn't feel confident enough. First force you to be very intentional and give the item a good once over. Other "buy it for life" items I've purchased have been a roasting pan, Thanksgiving and X-mas linens, and martini glasses.

There was no consistency in arrangements with many brands spread out over half the store. Many items matched what was currently in store, so my close guess would be that they carry seconds or minimally damaged/returned items. The few Le Creuset they did have were mainly in dirt brown and cerise, items that could be found online for the same price or lower. The service wasn't helpful or friendly and the store felt more like a Goodwill than the higher quality I was used to with Williams Sonoma. The final straw came when our items were rang up as the final sale price wasn't clear on the screen and didn't match the percentage listed on the shelf. Overall, there was nothing positive about this store so we never plan to return.

If you like high-end kitchenware, you have got to check the store out…read more It was quite the learning experience for me, I had no idea Zwillings owned so many high-end companies Zwilling Henckels Miyabi BSF Demeyere Staub Fontignac Ballarini I came away very impressed. That is a hard hitting lineup. The sales were very exciting. First there was a storewide 20% off sale. And then some of the individual pieces had some pretty impressive reductions. However, remember this is an outlet store. I found some of the most heavily discounted equipment had cosmetic flaws. On the other hand, I went to the Le Creuset store two decades ago and got myself a Dutch oven which had a cosmetic flaw, and that thing has been working great the whole time. But before you go to town, check to see if the warranty is in effect. It's kind of pity that my kitchen is so well stocked with equipment. Between the discounts and the excellent selection, I would been in deep trouble with this store several decades ago. While it's easy to focus on the knives and the cookware there is a lot more to the store. They carry an incredible number of small kitchen accessories that can solve common problems. The expert and friendly sales person showed me a really nice magnetic bar, which can be used to mount knives in otherwise wasted spaces in the kitchen. Unfortunately, for the sales person, I already had one of these. But I can definitely testify that this is an incredibly useful device. Some people complain that magnetic bars ruin your knives. But you have to know the trick to using them. Basically you have to kind of peel the knife off the magnetic bar and this prevents scratching and other minor damage. Also, if your knives are looking scratched, there is a whetstone with an incredibly fine grit that will put a mirror polish on your knives. Scratches are not the disaster you think they are. So stop feeling bad about all your kitchen problems and go to this store which has more solutions than you realize. Remember to bring your knives if you need them sharpened.

This gets 1 star , instead of 0, because it looks like more than nothing was done in the home…read more Except, the fireplace ashes got taken out (not that I even cared about the ashes in the first place... :/ ) My home needed a *detailed* job. because I keep it so tidy and generally clean to begin with. A very very basic cleaning job was done... but it so incomplete that I couldn't even tell anyone had been there to clean- except that the toilet paper ends had been folded up in a hotel way / my child's bed was made. But even the dirty dishes and food my child had accumulated in her room was left in a pile on a chair in there. Window linings and exterior windows still are caked in dust, bugs, dirt ! That's the one thing I needed real help on, the one thing I specifically requested multiple times , in very clear details, to be done! And despite me specifically asking for detailed window cleaning included in the price of the clean... & being promised such. I paid this company THREE TIMES AS MUCH as much as I paid my usual cleaner. For this half-job on my new 3 bed 2 bath house in Fairfield, than what I paid for my 2 bed 1 bath place in South San Francisco. So , not much bigger place, living in a lower cost of living area, yet 3x the COST.. for worse job? I don't even know if the exorbitant flat price I paid included tip (or even decent pay) for those who cleaned my house. As a single mother of a developmentally delayed child working multiple jobs on a tight income , no time to deep clean things clean myself but busting my @$$ to keep it all together on my own... I feel grateful that someone else did something productive in this home other than me for once! But I'm also sad & irritated seeing my home is barely any cleaner than I left it for them, and, that I could've saved that money for things our family needs and done better on it myself. Which unfortunately I'll have to do next time.

I had a move-out cleaning scheduled with this company and asked for a Certificate of Insurance…read more (COI) before the job. This is something I request from anyone working on my property to make sure both parties are covered in case of damage or injury. I work in property insurance, so this is a standard precaution I recommend to my own clients. I actually hired them in 2020 for a cleaning and it went fine, which is why I reached out again. This time, the company told me they had never been asked for a COI by a client before, and shortly after, they cancelled my appointment, saying they felt I was "setting them up." I was surprised by this reaction, as reputable service providers typically have liability insurance and can provide proof without issue. Because they refused to provide a COI and cancelled my booking, I cannot speak to the quality of their current work. However, I would caution other homeowners that if you want to ensure a vendor is insured, this may not be the right company for you.

My kid has made pancakes (didn't pour them or cook them), no-bake cookie bites and "moose crunch". The pancakes he came back with were two cookie cutter size pancakes. There was 4 small No-Bake cookie bites. The moose crunch was literally Cheerios and a little bit of marshmallows and m&m candies in a snack size bag. There was no cooking whatsoever, he's done nothing but assemble ingredients and wash dishes. So he's come back home with $0.60 worth of ingredients. A $177 class! There is ZERO communication from this person. I got ONE email from her the entire time we were registered and it states they're going to charge parents for being late and will charge parents for takeaway boxes. This lady is LATE EVERY CLASS and she always ends the class early! Today was the ONE class my kids were to attend because SHE cancelled 2 of the 3 classes for the month so we got there at 10:00, as it says in the ONE email I got, and the lady at reception told me the class was moved to 9:30! This lady didn't bother emailing or calling or texting that there was a time change! I paid $352 for my two kids to NOT ATTEND EVEN ONE CLASS, and you better believe she doesn't bother reimbursing! I really wanted to love this program, my son absolutely loves cooking but WOW, I have never encountered such an unprofessional business ever. Don't waste your money, don't waste your time, you will be disappointed and what's worse, your kids will be disappointed.

Otherwise my experiences with customer service and inventory at this location have been very good! In particular I like their gardening section. The associate calls it "the happy shelf". The employees I've interacted with have been great too! The gardening section people are nice to talk to. They actually also garden and so can tell you tips or about their own experiences. The nice thing about their plants is they have a one year guarantee. So if they die you can get a replacement or refund. I think all of the plants I've bought from Lowe's have survived so far. I can't say the same for the big orange competitor. Tip: If you're buying mulch you can simply tell the gardening register person and pull your car up to the curb for assistance. No need to load and push around a heavy cart yourself! When I went into the main store two associates helped me find a tape measurer. That's without me flagging someone down for help. The prices also seem to be fair and they often have good sales. I bought major appliances here after comparing with a couple other stores. Delivery and install was good even though it's contracted out.
