Hedi is amazing! I came in for a 30 minute reflexology for $20 and it was beyond my expectations. My feet and calves were hurting after the gym, so Fantastic Spa was near by, open, accepted walk ins, had prices clearly labeled and had great reviews. What I liked about Hedi is that she had firm pressure, asked if I was okay, and even did many stretches. I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I'll come back next time for a full body. I thought since it was just feet, it was on a chair, but it was in a room, on a bed with sheets. You keep your clothes on and I was only in a tank top and shorts. I was very comfortable and felt like Hedi respected me and listened to my needs. I would High recommend this this spa for a quick fix massage! I love this place. I once had a bad massage at a different Spa so I was afraid to try again, but thank goodness I found this place and it's around my house. I decided to give it a shot about a year ago due to the short distance and the multiple knots in my neck and shoulders, and I became a frequent client. Amy, Ellen, Coco and Zhen are simply AMAZING. They easily target the spot to treat and they constantly ask you how do you feel and the level of pressure. Went in super last minute and I changed the time on them last minute. They accommodated me anyway. I like a lot of pressure and the lady I had was really strong. My wife likes it's on the softer side, and this is the first time she fell asleep during a massage. She really enjoyed it. The music was relaxing and they have aromatherapy. They laid me down right away & she came in to ask me what parts to focus on & how strong I liked it. I got a 90 minute.. She was right on the spot the moment I told her. I swear I didn't even have to tell her where to go or focus on, every time I thought to speak up she hit the mark. Her stretching after & during was amazing. Came here twice and I will be back for sure! First time did a 90 min massage and earlier today got a two hour massage with Heidi. She is so strong, the amount of pressure she can do with just her fingertips is phenomenal. A few things other people didn't mention: - If you do a 2 hour massage the price is discounted. - Before your massage you fill out brief paperwork including a picture of the front and back on the human body where you can X areas you don't want massaged and circle areas you want some extra time worked on as well as pick which aromatherapy you'd like used. - They ask if you want a hot stone treatment during your massage, it's pretty brief but very relaxing- would recommend! - The rooms have doors but on the top of the doors there are rectangular cut outs so you can hear front door open/close, walking in hallways, etc but there is light piano music playing so it isn't bad. He checked in the whole time and asked if I was ok -- I asked for deep pressure. Recommend him! Will be back with my partner! The only negative is that you can hear outside the room because the walls don't go all the way up. I was grateful to Tony for asking his colleagues to quiet down. I had been going for a monthly message for 19 years and my masseuse decided to retire. Glad for her but that left me without anyone to go to. I had tried a number of others in San Diego and was unable to find the right person. I moved to Las Vegas and began my search all over again. Searching through Yelp caused me a number of concerns. Too many comments about places with various signs against "illegal" activities. To me that was a very major red flag - if they need to put up a sign like that, they must be doing something to encourage such activity. Along comes Fantastic Spa. First, no such comments. Second, very good ratings/comments. Lastly, close-by. Figured that I would give them a try. Fantastic Spa is very unassuming at first glance, I thought they were out of business because of the front windows of the building were completely painted. I opened the door anyway and saw that the painted windows were just to cut the light coming into the establishment. I was greeted at the front desk by Jennifer. I asked for a 90 minutes massage and was informed that while she would give me the 90 minute massage - a two hour massage was the same cost. Being quite sore and not having had a good massage in 16 months, I figured that I didn't have much to lose. After filling out the necessary paperwork, I was escorted into a room. First look at the table and I was impressed. I am not a small man. Being 6'3" and nearing 290 pounds most tables are a bit too small to say the least. This table was quite wide and also accommodated my height. After getting undressed and under the sheet, Jennifer came back into the room and discussed the desired firmness and areas to which I'd like worked out. I prefer a very firm massage and very few women are able to really do so. This was definitely not the case with Jennifer. She was able to very firmly work out the muscles and areas desired. While she would frequently check with me as to whether it was too firm, I was in heaven. The only issue I might mention is that I am not too modest. I mention that because no one other than my wife has seen that much of me in many a year. She moved the sheet repeatedly to get at the various muscle groups and had I been very modest I'd have been very uncomfortable to say the least. To be perfectly honest, I didn't give a hoot as the massage was feeling too good....but others??? Do I plan on going back? Hell, yes! I thoroughly got the massage I so needed and Jennifer is a gem. read more

I called ahead to check pricing and availability for two full body massages. They told me they had availability at 4pm and that the 60min massage was $60. Upon arrival I noticed the pricing sign said $70 for 60 min. I brought it to the attention of the massage therapist and she said maybe there was miscommunication over the phone. No big deal, my boyfriend and I still wanted the massage. After I undressed the manager came into the room and apologized for the miscommunication, again I told her no big deal. The place was very clean and tranquil. My massage therapist was pretty good. My only suggestion would be to be consistent with the massage on each body part. For example she did the right side of my back for like 20 min and my left side for 10. Also she never touched my right foot... I thought maybe she forgot. Anyway, besides that it was so relaxing and enjoyable. My boyfriend said his massage was perfect! Upon completion the manager apologized again about the miscommunication and gave us 20% which was very nice. read more
