I am very difficult to please. I am set in my ways. The service here is GOLDEN! For instance I don't like gel removed by means of the tool scraping the layer off my nail, but asked for alternative ways to remove the gel and it did not pose a problem. The second time I went they already knew my preferences and I was always greeted with respect and treated kind! I also noted that family is welcome here husband and wife, mother and children and the wait time is not bad at all for walk ins. Once in the chair, I got a nice massage and got the best pedicure! I haven't been here for some time and yesterday I came back! Again I get the same high quality service, which I cherish being treated with respect and kindness. This establishment deserves more than five 5 stars. You deserve 100 stars! I will start off by saying that they do have very good customer service. Do to the holidays the wait time is a lot longer, but they do make sure to keep your place in line. However , before I sat down with my nail tech I asked her if she can achieve the look I wanted and she assured me that she could. She did let me know that for one of the designs(the acrylic rose) we can substitute for something else. I said that was fine. As she continued I start to realize that maybe she can't do the look I wanted and suggested a different one and she told me "no" and reassured me that she can do it. I've been coming here for 12 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Other places i have gone to do not meet the quality of work Vivian, Henry or Lina do. Vivian is my go to but Henry or Lina will do my nails if she's too busy.I have always been shown great customer service and if I ever had any complaints (rarely) I have been accommodated. If you are quoted a price on the phone it's usually around that price may be a little more or less depending on the design or art you want hence the word "quote". It's not that exact price. When it comes to pedicures If someone digs to deep I let them know or if it is hurting they do not know unless you tell them. Everyone is understanding with any comments you have. If you are not satisfied or there is something wrong with your nails or toes you can return within a week and they can fix it for you. The vibe is always peaceful and relaxing unless they are super busy then it is a littlmore noisy but is expected with their customer volume. Fridays in the evening and Saturday afternoon have been very busy that I have noticed since those are the days most people are off but the wait is worth it. I prefer to go during the week when everyone is at work I get in and out in an hour and a half of less for nails and toes. read more

First time getting my nails done & I decided on this place. Best 1st timer experience. I loved how my nails come out! I called an hour after they opened on a Friday to make an appointment w/ Henry, he hesitated to take me, probably considering how popular he is, but did so anyways. He told me to arrive in an hour because he needed to tend to 2 people that were still waiting to get their nails done by him. When I went there I was tended to. As I waited Henry gave me some nail swatches to choose from. After waiting an hour or so he told me to take a seat. He was very kind and gentle. Asked me what I wanted and made sure what he was doing on my nails I liked. The atmosphere was very friendly as well. The nail tech next to me was asking her client what she was doing for Christmas. I heard sarcastic convos as well, kind of like those friends you roast whenever you see them type of convos. Im very observant . Anywayssss, Henry charged me $45 which I felt was a great/fair price. I'm typing this on the 3rd day after getting them done & they still look good. Overall great experience, will definitely be back! (Tip: if you're new to all this stuff the colors they give you to choose from aren't all the colors they have, they actually have a ton more on the counter between the pedicure seats & the front desk! That's where I discovered the color I got .) (Also tip: Research your nail tech before going in a nail salon! Reviews & pictures of other people's nails from that nail tech is important. I've been coming here for the last 3 months, at least. I really like this place. Before I went, I looked them up on Yelp and they had really good reviews. I went with David because I read that he was really good. And ever since, I always either make appointments with David or I wait for him. Every time I go, I show David a picture of what I want to get done (and he always reaches my expectations) or I tell him I want something but I'm not too sure and he gives me ideas and he never disappoints me. This last time that I went, I got a gel manicure. I went back a few days after because my gel nail polish started to chip. I talked with David and who I'm assuming is the owner, they both explained to me that they would take off all the gel nail polish and re-apply it but that, that wasn't their normal doing. They normally just re-apply nail polish to the fingers that have been chipped but that they would make an exception for me. I REALLY appreciate what they did for me. I didn't want to cause any trouble. I just was concern that I went for a gel manicure and it had started to chip less than a week from when I first got it done. ATTN: BEFORE DECIDING TO GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, CONSIDER THIS.... This might be a little long, but it will help you in your decision making. I wish this was a good review because as far as the quality of the service goes it's actually a pretty good nail salon. I haven't had any major issues with this place since I started going about a year ago, but to know that they would treat a happy loyal customer this way really upsets me. I got my nails done about 2 weeks ago and usually they last and are in great condition for my fill, but for some reason this last time something happened. I can be pretty rough on my nails because of all the things I do and they would hold up very well. However this time just from washing dishes I had two nails pop off in the water like I had spent $5 at a drug store for press on nails. Aside from those two, two additional nails popped off without me being rough or doing anything at all. As I strapped my daughter into her car seat I could feel the nail lifting from the top. Then it just popped off. I contacted the shop and asked for Henry (my nail tech and shop manager). I started off the conversation by letting him know I usually love their work and never have an issue. I explained to him how my nail popped off in the water doing dishes (and I didn't hit or bump it). I also told him how two (2) additional nails came off without me doing anything and it was the whole nail. He asked me when I got them done and I let him know about 2 weeks ago. I also let him know I would like for them to fix my nails for free. He told me that if the problem happened 3 or less days after the service they would fix it for free. I went on to let him know I always like his work and have never had a complaint but I feel this was something done wrong on their part. I've gone two months before and have never had an issue. My nails have never popped fully off to where If I gave it to someone to glue it on, it would look like they just got a full set. That's crazy! His response to me was that "if you don't like the services we provide or you think something is wrong with the products we use, go somewhere else". I was floored... I reiterated that I usually love their services and the way my nails look, which is why I was shocked. I just wanted them to fix the issue without me having to pay for it (mind you when I go, I spend at least $80 and tip each person $5. He then told me "At this point even if you had $1,000 we wouldn't do your nails because you have a complaint about our work". Really is that how you deal with and address a loyal customer? One who has referred countless people to you and has been spending their money with you for a year or more... I was truly disappointed... No apology, no compensation... nothing. Just, if you don't like it don't come back... At that point I didn't even want them to fix it or my money back. I want people to know how they'll be treated if you have an issue or complaint after their "3 day" mark. My husband and I own several businesses and are huge on giving and receiving great or even good customer service, so this was very disappointing... I had never complained or been rude or unreasonable ever. Why would they treat me this way. I hope this review helped some people out. Again they do a good job here for the most part, but when it comes to fixing and addressing an issue, good luck... I can honestly say this is the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I came here last week for a mani/pedi and waited about 45min as a walk in to get started. As I waited I read a few reviews. One stood out about a woman who got a toenail infection. I figured "no worries, that only happens one in thousands of pedicures". Unfortunately 2 days later my big toe started to be painful and red and swollen. Just today it started to leak puss. Horrifying. On top of that the pedicurist was super rude. She kept hitting my feet down when I moved them even slightly and grunted at me instead of using full sentences to communicate. When I asked for the regular polish for my toes that matched my my nail gel nail polish she argued with me that I could get gel polish only on my toes. It took the manager of the salon to finally intervene and tell her that I could get the matching nail polish since I already got the gel on my nails (they only use that special polish for matching mani/pedi to prevent running out of one before the other). I explained to her that I understood but the pedicurist was still mad for the rest of my time with her. Definitely doesn't make a customer feel comfortable. I will never come back and I employ others to avoid this place like the plague. read more

My daughter and I ended up here after finding out our regular spot was closed for a Vietnamese holiday. I had been wanting to find a new nail salon so that was fine by me. I had a set taken off and got a new full set, french mani style with glitter. She asked if I wanted gel topcoat, which I thought was standard everywhere now when regular polish is not used, or just regular topcoat. I went with gel of course and figured since it was an option there is probably an additional charge. The total for my services came out to $34, not bad. My daughter got a gel pedicure and full set with gel polish. Her combined total was $55, I do not recall the pricing breakdown. They do charge a one dollar fee to pay with a card. I have found card fees ranging from $0.35 - 1.00 to be standard at many nail salons. We are both happy with our nails and the quality of work. I did a square-round shape because they are easy and I am hesitant to ask for something more difficult when trying a new salon since the results could be horrible and time consuming to fix. I was watching them do other nails during our visit and it looks like they are skilled/competent in alternative shaping, thumbs up on that. All of the employees were very nice and friendly and actually made conversation while working on your nails. I didn't get her name but the nail tech who did both of our nails actually asked me to take a look at my nails after she had filed and shaped them to see if everything was to my liking and if I would like her to fix anything. I have been to tons of nail salons over the years and that was a first. They also had so so so many different colors of acrylic it was hard for me to choose one. My daughter said they also had a good selection of gel colors. So, after all this goodness you may be wondering why the 3 star rating... First off, it isn't bad, it relates to A-OK. Unfortunately I did have to remove two stars because I question how sanitary their equipment is. At the nail station they do not put down a clean towel or napkin to put your hands/wrists on. I also did not see any of the files she used taken out of the sanitary type packages or from any other location that would indicate they were "cleaned." They all appeared to have been used previously. I am kind of a germophobe so this makes me very sad :-( Since other reviewers have mentioned coming here for quite some time and the place looks like it has been in business for a while, I wonder why there are not very many reviews and they are all fairly recent... read more
