If my nail was torn open with a flap when I came in, the paint on top of the nail would've been damaged (it wasn't)..now I understand why he switched to the chemical removal method, THIS GUY DAMAGED MY NAIL WITH THE GRINDER AND WASN'T GOING TO TELL ME.! MOREOVER, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT HE DID NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND BLAMED ME! I understand people make mistakes, but I expect a man of character to OWN his mistake, admit to it and make it right. This is a low character person who blamed and charged me for his mistake! Chances are this guy will likely give you a decent pedicure but beware if anything goes wrong. He will show his true colors by becoming defensive, he'll get an attitude and find a way to blame you (I was/am very non confrontational by the way). No one even put water in the bin for my feet to soak. I just sat in the chair. The big toes ended up looking streaky and chunky because there was not enough polish for my toes to be done.
