When I moved 5 minutes away from Chagrin Falls, I went down to the village and went to all the little boutiques with my mother. I fell in love with Nola True instantly. All of the clothing is so unique and chic. Nothing is over the top but everything has it's own unique twist that it just instantly makes you feel so different in the best way possible. Ever since finding this store, I now have 5 dresses and two shirts from this store. I have taken my mother who has bought a shirt and my 92 year old grandma's birthday outfit, I have taken my aunt who has bought three pairs of pants and a shirt, and my girlfriends when they come and visit me who can't stop talking about it. They have everything from dresses, to shirts, to crop tops, skirts, jewelry, and cute hand bags. Nola True is the first place I go to when I need a new outfit that I know no one else will have. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back to see their latest purchases!

My daughter needed to take pictures for her Honors photo class and they allowed her to do so. None of us were dressed, looking like we had any money to spend and I was sparkly-eyed through my whole time in the store, but we received none of the condescending snotty judging that seems to be the stereotype. A young lady followed us to answer all of our annoying questions and she let me play with the perfume and lotions. Do I need to mention the complimentary candy and cookies? Even though we did not buy any of their amazing product, we were greeted with enthusiastic "have a nice day" from each of the employees. I even got a perfume sample! The prices were not so bad either. They have something for everyone. I do know that I plan to return and actually buy something next time just because of how courteous and welcoming the staff was.

I made an appointment through emailing the store, which was super easy. When my mom and I came for my appointment we were told to look around at all their dresses. The dresses were separated my designers. There was about 7 racks of dresses, as well as a sale rack. Something unique about this bridal store is how you can pick dresses out to try on. Above the racks there is a little lip where the hangers can sit perfectly. Each time I found a dress I wanted to try on I just pulled it out and hung it up on the lip. Once it was time to try dresses on, one of the workers helped me get the dresses on. This was helpful, because I often couldn't find the floor! The worker was very nice and personable. Each time I would walk out in the dress workers would ooh and aww. One ended up coming over and staying for most of the dresses! I would recommend brides come try this location!

They had so many beautiful options at affordable prices, and if you're a bargain hunter, they had some amazing sale prices (some beautiful dresses for $99-150!!!). Susan was so sweet and kind. She didn't care how many dresses I tried on and she gave great opinions and advice. She was so knowledgable and even called a designer's shop on the spot to get more info on a dress for me. I purchased a Casa Blanca dress. I added custom measurements for only $35. After my purchase, Casa Blanca will make any changes to the dress, send me a mock sketch for me to approve, and then make the dress of my dreams! I was shocked how affordable this was (for example, I'm going to raise a vneckline to a boat neckline by adding lace across the top... only $55 extra for this custom change!). I could have bought that same dress anywhere by hunting for it closer to home... but I chose to buy it from Annabelle Bridal because I had such an amazing experience there!
