If my dog was sick or had a procedure done, they would call me a couple days after his appointment to see how he was doing! Another plus is that they do overnight boarding. It was like doggy day camp for my dog. They allowed me to take my dog into the back when he was boarded there and the animals stayed in large, spacious kennels. The boarding facilities were impeccably clean. They would also give my dog a bath before I would come pick him up. Our family dearly misses this vet; probably the only thing we miss about Caro.

I had no idea a veterinarian experience could be so warm and welcoming. They treated us like family all the way to unfortunately the end of my dog Chico's life at 17 and a half years old. They were so compassionate and honest throughout the last years of Chico's life. I'm sure he lived longer because of the amazing care and personal treatment given to us. They help with his passing and gave me very heartfelt condolences when he passed away. I am so thankful for the way they treated both Chico and I! She went on to live with me for years afterward, and I will always be grateful for what they did. I know there are negative reviews here, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Veterinary medicine involves triage, emergencies, and difficult situations that not everyone sees behind the scenes. When it truly mattered, this team delivered. The doctor is outstanding, and the staff have always treated us with professionalism and compassion. After my experience, I wouldn't trust another veterinarian within 100 miles with my animals.
