Sunset view on our bikes headed back from Austin hope to Farm Blanc.

My husband and I came here to spend our 24th wedding anniversary with two other couples. The accommodations in the coop and the ranch house were perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The amenities were so thoughtful and Natalie spoiled us with fresh baked muffins, and a like breakfast in the morning.. the farm is super quiet and there are a few walking trails nearby with views of the valley and a place to truly relax. We took our E bikes. Pet Natalie's suggestions, we rode them to a Ecluse winery, Royal Nonesuch winery and Austin Hope. A great place to bring bikes, highly recommend it. She was able to get us a couple comp tastings, and the people at these smaller wine were just fantastic and so personable. The barn when it's available would be just as nice if you had two other couples to spend the weekend with. Three nights was perfect.

Wanted to leave a review for a beautiful location, the property was a hidden gem. The hospitality was second to none and Nat and Glen were so welcoming and family like - you felt at home. We stayed in Le Coop and look forward to coming back. There were so many places on the property to sit and hang out and enjoy the Paso Robles experience. Overall a fantastic private experience.

Wonderful Retreat in Paso Robles If you are looking for a relaxing get away in Paso Robles, look no further than Farm Blanc et Rouge. Situated on 42 acres of land featuring trees, Vines and a beautiful lavender field, this spot has the tranquility you seek but is only 10 minutes from Paso Robles. Glen and Natalie are the ultimate hosts and have provided everything you need to make yiur stay a su cess. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, if you want. Sit by the fire pit at night and enjoy the stars. Natalie provided a welcome bottle of wine and home made croissants to add to our welcome. Highly recommend this place!

It's stylish without being too casual, funky, or extravagant bougie. And the pricing is significantly less expensive than other local hotels (at least during my visit). It was super close to Highway 101. The property is under the Choice Hotels brand with 132 rooms stretching across 3 floors. They do not offer daily room cleaning, it's offered on the 3rd day. But this non daily room cleaning is the new standard for most all hotels due to the staffing shortages. However if you request a room cleaning, they will oblige. I had no complaints about the room. Luved the styling and decor. I didn't hear our neighbors, not sure if we had any or if it was that sound proof. The AC was working perfectly. Lots of charging ports. Ample lighting. Desk and side chair with the two beds. Mini fridge. TV. Safe box. Coffee maker with pods, tea bags, cups, sugar and creamer. Armoire. Dresser. Shower water temps and pressure was great. They use Pur soap brand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Pur is known as a crafted soap using minimal plant based ingredients tending to be hypoallergenic. It was a nice feel to the skin with little to no scent. Amenities: Outdoor heated swimming pool. Outdoor lawn- big enough to host events and no dogs allowed on the lawn. Fire pits in various sizes. 12 EV charging stations- free to use by hotel guests. Fitness center. State of the art meeting room/banquet room. In house restaurant and bar in the lobby which is open to the public.

Update: Unfortunately, my experience changed after my original stay…read more When I later tried to extend my stay, I was told they could not honor it. At the time, I assumed they may have been overbooked and did not think much of it. However, when I returned at a later date and tried to use my rewards points for another stay, I was refused. The manager was not there, but I was told I owed money and had supposedly left the room a mess. This was the first I had heard of any issue. I was never notified, billed, or given any explanation. I tried to follow up so I could better understand what happened and pay any legitimate outstanding balance, but I received no clear answers, no examples, and no documentation. To make matters worse, my rewards points were still kept, which was especially frustrating because I had spent a significant amount staying there for multiple days while transitioning before moving out of state. Those points would have been helpful during my cross-country trip at other Choice Hotels. I understand that a business can refuse service, and I am not disputing that. My issue is the way it was handled. I was not notified ahead of time, I was not given documentation, and I was not given a clear explanation or opportunity to resolve whatever issue they claimed existed. I arrived expecting to use my rewards points for a stay, only to be turned away around 9 p.m. with nowhere lined up to go. That put me in a stressful and embarrassing position, especially since this could have been communicated before I arrived. To this day, I still do not recall leaving the room in poor condition. I was careful during my stay, and although I paid to have my dog there, I did not even bring him into the room most days. My card was on file, and I made a point to check in with the front desk to confirm everything was squared away. I also had some issues with the service during my stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent and rarely came by. When they did, items were often only partially restocked -- for example, I might receive one coffee pod but no creamers or sugar, or toilet paper would be replaced but not tissues. It was not a huge issue at the time, but looking back, it adds to the overall concern about communication and service standards. Being turned away without prior notice, proof, or clear communication was embarrassing and upsetting. I originally loved this hotel because the location was perfect for me -- close to family, convenient, and comfortable -- but the way this situation was handled completely changed my impression. I have never had anything like this happen at a hotel before, and it was an awful experience.

Maria is wonderful to work with; prompt and complete communication about their services and what makes Dancing Deer special. This property offers a Friday-Sunday rental for weddings, events, retreats, and more! When we were touring, Maria shared a disaster emergency group would be staying there shortly to simulate rescue operations during a hurricane! Their status as an NPO and commitment to enriching the lives of others deeply resonates for me, and I encourage you to learn more about their programs when you meet with Maria. Selfless dedication to others is a rare gift and must always be treasured. They have lodging for up to 50 people in two homes. This is an important feature in our perfect venue as we are trying to achieve a more relaxed, "family reunion" type atmosphere at our nuptials. The homes are modestly appointed, but spacious and clean. The main home has a massive kitchen, large deck, and pool area with plenty of space to hang out and enjoy their property. Finally, let's talk about the actual "wedding" facilities and price! They have a sprawling private estate with tons of potential for the creative and adventurous bride, but they have an established ceremony area under a massive oak serving as an altar with a terraced seating area for guests. It offers a few different processional/entrance choices and is right next to the barn area for the reception. The barn has plumbed bathrooms, but with a high guest count, some rentals would be appropriate. There is also parking nearby. Having all the spaces to be used in one close area is nice for guest comfort so people aren't hiking all around just to get from ceremony to cocktails to dinner (especially the older folks). At Dancing Deer- YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR WEDDING! (within reason). You get to pick all your preferred vendors for everything!! Food, drink, booze of your choosing, rentals, decor, activities-EVERYTHING! This is important to the budget conscious and picky bride alike!! And while we're on the topic, Dancing Deer is able to offer remarkably competitive prices for their whole weekend rental- less than many "one day" venues (usually a 5-8 hour facilities rental). I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're wanting a true getaway feel with plenty of time to relax and enjoy your family and friends beyond the wedding event!

It was pretty awesome to wake up in the morning, look out the window and see a few deer or some peacocks wondering on the rolling hills and around the trees. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero…read more In my experience, SpringHill Suites properties are typically modern, well-designed, and tastefully furnished without feeling overly pretentious. They usually offer free parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and breakfast, making them an excellent value for families on a road trip. They're often my go-to choice when traveling. This location, however, is a notch or two above the typical SpringHill Suites. The property is beautifully decorated with a wine country theme that fits the region perfectly. It features a very nice on-site restaurant, a cozy and charming winery-inspired patio, a pool, and conference facilities. The guest rooms also have one of the most unique layouts I've seen, with the toilet and shower in separate rooms, making it much more convenient for families getting ready at the same time. The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting, capturing the feel of California wine country without being overly lavish or expensive. I'd happily return for a staycation. Within about a 30-minute drive, you'll find plenty to do, including nearby beaches, downtown Atascadero with its beautifully restored City Hall and local restaurants, zip-lining adventures, and the stunning light displays at Sensorio in Paso Robles. It's a great home base for exploring the Central Coast with the family. While everything is clean and well maintained, there are a few minor signs of wear here and there. Nothing significant--just the kind of small maintenance items you'd expect from a well-used hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It offers an excellent balance of comfort, value, and amenities, and I'd gladly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable stop while traveling along the Central Coast.

They had a great breakfast and a nice bar area for catching a few drinks in the evening, if you desired or didn't drink enough during the day! I sure did! It does have an odd parking lot but also has a ton of EV Charging spots too. Gotta love California for that. There's a Starbucks that's about a 5-10 minute walk if you're not fond of too many days of hotel coffee in a row. I could only take so much! The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not good. Flat like drinking MD 20/20 after a glass of Austin Hope Reserve Cabernet! I'd give it five stars if the pillows were remotely good. They were THAT bad to bring it down a star. This location had easy access to the highway and a was good home base for touring various wineries, breweries, and drinkeries in the area.

We enjoyed exploring the grounds. All the animals are very gentle. Wanted to see the cows, but couldn't find them. Detracting half a star to the overall review for: confusion on check-in & overnight dog barking. Upon arrival, We walked in with another couple, and there wasn't anyone to greet us for about 5 to 10 minutes. The other couple texted, called without connection. There were no instructions on checking in either. So we were just confused together for a while until our host appeared. In addition, a dog was barking intermittently the whole night, for both nights that we stayed. So that detracted a little but overall a good experience and would recommend.
