Wanted to leave a review for a beautiful location, the property was a hidden gem. The hospitality was second to none and Nat and Glen were so welcoming and family like - you felt at home. We stayed in Le Coop and look forward to coming back. There were so many places on the property to sit and hang out and enjoy the Paso Robles experience. Overall a fantastic private experience.

Wonderful Retreat in Paso Robles If you are looking for a relaxing get away in Paso Robles, look no further than Farm Blanc et Rouge. Situated on 42 acres of land featuring trees, Vines and a beautiful lavender field, this spot has the tranquility you seek but is only 10 minutes from Paso Robles. Glen and Natalie are the ultimate hosts and have provided everything you need to make yiur stay a su cess. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, if you want. Sit by the fire pit at night and enjoy the stars. Natalie provided a welcome bottle of wine and home made croissants to add to our welcome. Highly recommend this place!

It is conveniently close to all the wineries in the area. The property is newly built, opening in Fall of 2025. Free electric vehicle hook up also! Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. We used the pool/hot tub. I peeped in the exercise room plenty of activities for all. We didn't dine at the property, but the bar was fully stocked and I did enjoy a delicious Old Fashion one evening. My only complaint: as we stayed 4 nights there was no room cleaning and we ran out of towels and toilet paper. We were informed by staff rooms were cleaned every 3 days. Our room was never straightened or checked on and when we ran out of toilet paper I was informed by staff: "please come to the front desk as I am the only person on duty presently." I believe that this hotel would benefit by placing a placard regarding the checks on rooms, refill on towels/toilet paper and emptying of trash cans so guests are aware of the situation. Overall, we enjoyed our visit & would likely stay here again!

The good - big rooms. Firm mattress. Roomy shower. I only…read morehave a few small complaints but they were important enough for me that I will likely not return. I'd rather sleep in a tent with good morning coffee than sleep in a luxury hotel with crappy morning coffee. The big gripe is that there was no coffee machine in our room. It was an espresso machine. Instructions for use were three cryptic images that made no sense. They looked like diagrams you might find on an extraterrestrial space craft. I inserted one of the four thimbles of espresso , which I mistook for instant coffee into the hole a bit crooked and when I lifted the lid to adjust it, it fell down inside the machine. I tried again and the second thimble fell inside the machine. So then I delicately inserted the 3rd thimble and it got in place ok. Still not knowing it was espresso I used a full cup of water and it made for a nasty watered down tasteless drink. Also the thimbles come in two colors. One color is decaf-- but they don't tell you which color is decaf. I inserted the 4th thimble and used 1/4 cup of water. It tasted nasty. Then my wife said, "Where's my coffee?" I told her it's all gone. She was sad. So I struggled to dismantle the machine and dig out the two unused thimbles but then I couldn't put it back together. We figured to heck with it. We will wait until the maid cleans our room and try again on day two. I went to the lobby assuming they would have complimentary coffee. BIG FANCY LUXURY HOTEL AND NO COMPLIMENTARY LOBBY COFFEE. That's nickel - dime bs. We had to dress and drive into town for coffee. I was too upset to buy their restaurant coffee. I found the maid down the hall. I asked her if she could help me reassemble my espresso machine. She said she did not know how to- which means she can't ever empty out the used thimbles. She gave me a brochure but it didn't contain any assembly instructions. We left for the day touring the region. Got back late. The maid had come and made our bed. The maid never touched our dismantled espresso machine. She did not put it back together and she did not leave us any new thimbles of coffee or more creamer. It's going to be a long three days without our morning coffee. One other gripe. At the bar one evening I ordered a shot of tequila. I specifically asked for NOT top shelf. I didn't know the brands and couldn't see the labels from my stool. He picked one for me. I said I want in NEAT. He asked if I wanted it cooled. My mistake - I said sure. He poured my shot into a tumbler of ice which melted. I got a glass nearly full. I was pleased at first. I thought he'd given me a healthy pour. I was wrong. I got a glass of watered down tequila that tasted just as bad as my watered down espresso. The cost for a shot? = $16!!!! PS if you want a great breakfast reasonably priced, and great coffee, drive a couple miles to Joe's in Templeton. .

Maria is wonderful to work with; prompt and complete communication about their services and what makes Dancing Deer special. This property offers a Friday-Sunday rental for weddings, events, retreats, and more! When we were touring, Maria shared a disaster emergency group would be staying there shortly to simulate rescue operations during a hurricane! Their status as an NPO and commitment to enriching the lives of others deeply resonates for me, and I encourage you to learn more about their programs when you meet with Maria. Selfless dedication to others is a rare gift and must always be treasured. They have lodging for up to 50 people in two homes. This is an important feature in our perfect venue as we are trying to achieve a more relaxed, "family reunion" type atmosphere at our nuptials. The homes are modestly appointed, but spacious and clean. The main home has a massive kitchen, large deck, and pool area with plenty of space to hang out and enjoy their property. Finally, let's talk about the actual "wedding" facilities and price! They have a sprawling private estate with tons of potential for the creative and adventurous bride, but they have an established ceremony area under a massive oak serving as an altar with a terraced seating area for guests. It offers a few different processional/entrance choices and is right next to the barn area for the reception. The barn has plumbed bathrooms, but with a high guest count, some rentals would be appropriate. There is also parking nearby. Having all the spaces to be used in one close area is nice for guest comfort so people aren't hiking all around just to get from ceremony to cocktails to dinner (especially the older folks). At Dancing Deer- YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR WEDDING! (within reason). You get to pick all your preferred vendors for everything!! Food, drink, booze of your choosing, rentals, decor, activities-EVERYTHING! This is important to the budget conscious and picky bride alike!! And while we're on the topic, Dancing Deer is able to offer remarkably competitive prices for their whole weekend rental- less than many "one day" venues (usually a 5-8 hour facilities rental). I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're wanting a true getaway feel with plenty of time to relax and enjoy your family and friends beyond the wedding event!

Dancing Deer Farm is a very beautiful, tranquil, quite and relaxing place just 3 miles off the 101 highway that is perfect for what they do here. It was pretty awesome to wake up in the morning, look out the window and see a few deer or some peacocks wondering on the rolling hills and around the trees. As for the surrounding areas, they are 30 minutes for less from San Luis Obisbo, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, Hearst Castle, Cambria, Morro Bay, etc.

At check in nothing was said to me about a change in the room but we walked into an ADA compliant room with two queen beds. I called the front desk to see if we could switch rooms and they said they were fully booked and due to unforeseen last minute changes and due to me booking through a third party site, they had to switch our room type. I said it would have been nice to know about the change prior to checking in and I was told that they wouldn't want to cancel my reservation and have us looking for a different hotel (well of course they don't want that... but I do?!?) The person I spoke with said he'd have his manager contact me to see if anything more could be done but I never heard anything from them again. Additionally frustrating was that a friend stayed the same night at Springhill; she booked the room a day after me and had wanted two queen beds but as that was unavailable, she booked a single king. She checked in around 10pm, three hours after we checked in, and was given a non ADA king room (which had apparently been unavailable for me three hours earlier?) The hotel has a heated pool and a decent breakfast spread. Everything was clean; the bed was not very comfortable but exactly what you'd expect from a hotel like Springhill. Parking is both free and easy. The rooms don't have safes which was a first for me. The hotel gym is good, has at least a couple ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, and free weights. Towels and water is available in the gym, though no wipes or disinfectant were around. Overall the hotel was average but disappointing in the room change and in the way it (wasn't) handled.

It was great having a place that you can have the ceremony, then walk to the cocktail area, then go inside for dinner and then back outside for the festivities. Most places are all encompassing now unless you have more traditional people who want to use a church. But, nowadays everything is one place which is great for everyone because you don't have to hop into a car to go to destination #2 for the rest of the wedding. The back drop for the venue was perfect with rolling hills of green and even though the sun was out and blaring, the breeze kept everything actually on the cold side. The dining room was elegant and fun to be in with a full kitchen just outside attached. I guess they have a house next door where the wedding party and the bride and groom can all stay at while onsite. Than also another house just up a hill where they hosted the brunch the day after and that was also really nice and a lot of room. All the food I tried was delicious and I did eat way too much! I do believe the chef is also the owner or one of them, of the vineyard as well so an amazing cook! What a great experience and for my first time, could not have been more impressed!

First off, staying on-site is an experience in itself. The homes are spacious, beautifully designed, and every detail has been thought of to make your stay spectacular. We received so many compliments from our guests who stayed at both houses. Also the views are ABSOLUTELY stunning. Getting married at the amphitheater, with the beautiful tree and vines behind us, was a dream. Having the reception area just a short walk away made everything so easy for our guests. The event barn and cocktail area are stunning as well. We received a ton of compliments from guests about the entire venue. But what truly set Oak & Vine apart--and what made our experience unforgettable--was the incredible team, led by Colin, and Chef Justin. I could write an entire novel about how special they made us feel, but I'll keep it brief. From the moment we arrived, Colin and his team made sure every detail was perfect. Colin and Lisa were available for questions throughout the weekend, and the team went above and beyond at every event--from the rehearsal dinner to the farewell brunch--to make sure everyone was well taken care of, all with such warmth and kindness. As for the food - give Chef Justin a Michelin Star. Seriously, the food all weekend was some of the best we've ever had. We're still getting compliments from our guests about the Wagyu melon skewers and short rib. Chef Justin was also very thoughtful about my diet as a long-time vegan, making sure I had plenty of options. And a huge shout-out to Pastry Chef Laura. We didn't want to have a cake, so she crafted four bite size desserts for us and they were absolutely delicious! To sum things up, this is a fairytale wedding venue. We will most definitely be back to rent a house one weekend and cannot wait to see the crew again, who now feel like family.
