I have always taken my vehicles here for service. I own a 2018 f150 with a 6 inch lift(i buy the tires from them as well) with 35×12.50×20 tires on it I have the life time alignment on it as well. Today I had oil change, tire rotation and alignment done like I do every time its due. We'll everything is always do well until it comes to rotation of the tires. I always mark the rims (even a blind person can see it) so I know if they have been rotated. Well this is the third time I've taken it in fir service and the tires were never rotated but they assured me they were. They lie because every mark that I put is never wiped away or on a different side. So today I went back in the store after seeing the same mark on.the left rear tire (LR), Done with my finger in the dust on the rim. When I confronted the guy at the counter about it,he said let me go ask the technician who did it ,when he came back in(30 seconds), the technician said he rotated the tires bu they made a noise so he put them back where they were???? What kind of Bullshit is that???. The lugnuts still had dirt and mud on them. I dont know about but if you use an air gun to take the nuts off, I'm pretty sure the dirt will come off as well.I will never take my vehicles to them again. They have a bunch of children working for them that are afraid to actually work. Yeah my truck has big tires on it but if I pay for a service it should be done. Another great experience today. 5 stars! Single woman. Went in for an oil change and thinking maybe it was time I needed new brakes. They had already resurfaced my rotors so thought maybe it was time. Nope! Just needed break fluid. They could have tried to sell me on new breaks but since they were not needed, they didn't. Then, since I used my Tires Plus card and asked me beforehand if using, shaved $100 off my price without me even having to ask. This is why I love them. I don't know, with some negative reviews, how our experiences could be so far apart. I go there without hesitation. I see the same workers that have been there for the long haul. And I do it on my own. But they make me feel 100% taken care of, looked after and to me, it's the best feeling. I don't go anywhere else. Why would I? read more

Came here to have a tire fixed after noticing a bolt during an oil change. I was told the tire wasn't fixable & since I hadn't purchased 'roadside' when I initially bought the tires here they wouldn't be able to replace it, leaving me to purchase a new tire ($160) with the option to add roadside 'per tire' for (15.50 each). I also needed an alignment and since I hadn't purchased a 'life time alignment plan' ($209) I'd have to pay full price. I was quoted a 3 to 4 hour wait time because of how busy they were and was told it could be even longer since I needed the alignment. Total service averaged around $450 to include: (one new tire, roadside for 4 tires, wheel alignment with lifetime alignment plan and the already free tire rotation) Needing the service, I opted to wait and get it all done at once. Lucky enough this location is within a shopping plaza so I chose to wander around rather than sit inside the poorly constructed lobby. The lobby does however, offer a charging station which I would need later on so that was a highlight. I received my car back right at the 4 hour mark. I am pleased with the service. read more

So went there for alignment and I was told that two of the tired need to be changed. I was told the estimated time is 1 hr so I decided to wait there and waited for more than 3 hours. Once I went to ask the guys, how long more and he answered rudely that They are working on ur car and turned his back on me. yes i Know they are but how long more it will take. Very bad service. Not sure how the service is as I still have to drive the car for few weeks to really assess that but employees don't seem to care or explain the reason for delay, when it was time for payment they charged more than what they told me On the phone, not by much but still dishonest. If I can give a no star review I would! They overfilled my oil to the point it blew all my gaskets out! My truck only has 50,000 miles and has had zero issues. The tech also spilled oil all over the top of my motor. I then took it to Firestone a sister company d they confirmed I could have blown the engine. My truck now has been in the ship for 5 days and the local guy basically told me oh well you have to deal with the appropriate people to get it fixed. Granted they are paying for the damage but I'm gonna be out of a car for almost 2 weeks and he has not even apologized. read more

Spending $350.00+ for a battery gave me pause. Yea, AGM batteries are expensive and Very Heavy. The service at Tires Plus in Royal Palm Beach at 441 and Southern Blvd was PRICELESS. That's even better than OUTSTANDING!!! My car is a Mercedes 2016 GLE300d. All the internet sites and a friend said to be careful to keep a power source to the car when the battery comes out otherwise all the settings would be removed. Chris my service advisor listened; said he would check. I went to wait my turn. Chris returned to tell me their experience with Mercedes this new showed the all codes would remain in tack and if a "donor power source" was used, that would in fact wipe the codes. I told him to do whatever he thought was best. Yea, I was waiting to prove him wrong but NO, it was me who was wrong. After the service all settings inside the car remained the same including my remote garage door opener!! So, BRAVO to the team at Royal Palm Beach, especially Chris and the team of techs who knew much more than me and the internet. Tires Plus hires good people. Keep up the good work. Generally I only write complaints to help others but today's (March 23, 2021) story deserves the time it took to write this post. read more

DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES HERE. We bought one tire, brand new, and the same day it exploded on the highway. Thankfully everyone is safe. But when we went back to explain that the only tire we bought from them is the only tire that exploded, they claimed that "this happens all the time" and there was nothing they could do. They claimed it must have been all our fault and that "things fly on the highway all the time" and we "must've hit something." Nothing was hit, the tire just failed and this could've had a worse outcome. Terrible customer service for a tire that exploded within an HOUR of purchase. Been going here for years and have spent a ton of maintenance money on all 7 vehicles. Paid over $70 for an oil change on my work car. When I received the phone call informing me that I needed wiper blades and an air cabin filter, I informed them that I can do that on my own. He proceeded to tell me that everything checked out good and specifically told me my battery was tested and was in good condition. The next day, 40 miles from home at work my battery was dragging and wouldnt start the car. Autozone tested it and said it was bad. Thanks to tire plus for getting me stranded. I would have bought a new battery if they told me it was bad. Im guessing they never really checked it. The sales person when I called them was trying to tell me that maybe I left my lights on or something. Not everyone is as ignorant as the guy on the phone at Tires Plus. After being a customer for 19 years, the store would not honor their work after tampering with tire sensors. 25 miles after leaving store a tire sensor activated. All pressure was good. Brought it back and they told me it was the battery. The manager asked why did I wait so long to return. I said to him I had a funeral and a wedding to attend and it's not easy to get out to the store. I said that corporate would not allow him to install customers parts in the vehicle. And he wanted to charge me full price for the sensor and installation. I was trying to meet him halfway by having them install new sensor I purchased and but he refused to do so. He was extremely disrespectful and I don't understand why, after so many years, they would treat a customer this way. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. They cleared a sensor alarm so that I would discover and they would not have to pay for it. read more

I was skeptical of bringing my vehicle here after reading the bad reviews but since it was for a simple brake pad/rotor resurfacing service I figured they couldn't mess it up. I had been told by another shop (one that costs more but has a much better reputation) that my rear pads were almost gone and needed immediate replacement. I came to TP due to them charging about half as much for the service. When I showed up, I told them what I wanted done and signed the agreement. They called about an hour later to tell me that the pads still had plenty of life left (about a year) and that my car was ready to be picked up. They could have changed them out and charged me for it and I would have left a happy camper. Instead, they didn't charge me anything, showed more integrity that the other shop, and earned a new repeat customer. read more

I brought my car in to be serviced oil change fluids checked my tires balanced. They perceived to try to sell me and tell me I couldn't drive home with the tires that I had I said to give me an estimate and I would come back maybe at a later date. I picked my car up after being serviced to wake up with a flat tire the next morning. They messed up my computer system and I truly believe they are the one that flatten my tire so I would have to purchase new ones. I feel that I was taken advantage of and that they did it on purpose to make more money. I would never ever recommend anybody to go here. I think they are shady business and should be reported. I've been taking my cars and trucks to tires plus for over 15 years. Little issues here and there but overall decent. Recently I had my transmission flushed at 100k miles. They didn't fill it after they drained it so, when I left it shifted a little funny. I didn't know it was dry. I drove 200 miles with very little tranny fluid and 2 days later called them because I threw a tranny code. When I checked the fluid it wasn't even on the stick. I was told to bring it back in and they would fill it. They did. By that time, my 2nd and 6th gears were struggling to go in. (1st to 2nd and 5th to 6th). They didn't admit to wrongdoing but instead just tried to fix their incredibly expensive mistake. Since a rebuilt tranny was $4k+ I had to trade in my vehicle. I still think tires plus has some positives but not this one. I'll be going elsewhere. No attempts to even see how it was doing after they screwed up. So happy I got the paperwork that they forgot to do it Update: The manager called me to apologize for what happened. This alone is making me change my rating to a 2. We had a civilized discussion as to what happened and he offered to try and make it right. I will update it more as it progresses. read more

A simple paid tire diagnosis turned into a $2000+ estimate. Greedy, Unscrupulous business, run by crooks who will lie and deceive to take your money. This review is For TiresPlus, (Store# 046400) at 10105 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411- intersection of SR-7 (441) and Route-80 One fine evening, our vehicle suddenly started experiencing excessive steering vibration which was more pronounced at speeds less than 15mph. Despite alignment and balancing, the vibration persisted. I suspected a broken belt but due to my imminent travel and the vehicle being my wife's daily drive, asked her to take it to a tire shop for confirmation. She ended up going to this TiresPlus location and paid the shop to diagnose the vibration issue. Within the hour she was looking at a shop estimate of $2000+, on a vehicle that is still under manufacturer's extended warranty until 2020. In shock, she sent me the pictures of the TiresPlus estimate, asking for next steps. One look at the estimate and I immediately called her to get the vehicle out of the shop, and run, not looking back. They confirmed that one tire was bad (shifted belt) BUT recommended replacing three (3) tires, indicating that the other two were below the wear bars. The vehicle has 17" regular sized tires on all wheels but TiresPlus recommended REPLACING ONLHY THREE with OVERSIZED TIRES (18") and of course a different tread pattern than the fourth. Other TOTALLY UNNEEDED recommended Services - ONE brake LOCKED UP/ NOT MOVING. Recommended replacing TWO calipers and brake hoses - Leaking Engine oil. Recommended a valve cover gasket replacement - Synthetic oil change Al in all, a total of $2000+ for parts & labor Now I am pretty handy with autos and do most of the routine vehicle maintenance myself. As I had personally replaced the rear brake pads (OEM) a couple of weeks ago and the oil was changed approx a month before that, I knew for a fact that the shop was trying to take advantage of a female customer. After my wife declared her intent to take the vehicle back home, they started to stall and scare her by saying the vehicle was unsafe, was not driveable (locked brakes) and that she would surely crash it and would be responsible for it. Basically lied through their teeth in order to prevent her from leaving. She however persisted and left, returned home and parked the car until my return. Remember, this was on a vehicle with LOCKED BRAKES On my return, I rechecked everything again that was listed on the shop estimate. The two rear tires on the vehicle were replaced last year (were at 5/32), out of which one was bad (belt issue) and the front ones were over 3/32 with no immediate need for replacement. The purported engine oil leak was an old oil film deposit from an oil spill, a couple of oil changes ago, which had occurred when pouring oil during a refill. It was fairly obvious as it was old dusty dried oil film not fresh oil anywhere around the valve cover. Removed the tires and checked the brakes and found nothing wrong with the calipers. The wheels spun just fine and calipers moved as expected. Brake fluid was good and at required level. Took it out for a spin and no issues whatsoever other than the annoying steering vibration Ended up getting the bad tire replaced for free under warranty and $20 later (mounting/balance), everything on the vehicle is good. Also noticed that the buggers did not put the engine cover back. It was just left on top of the engine, fixed that too This TiresPlus location is being run by some very unscrupulous individuals who will go to any extent to exploit a customer, more so if they perceive the customer to be uninformed and technically non-savvy, more likely if you are a female I do not recommend this shop. Crooks & thieves here who will lie and scam you for your money. If you have an auto breakdown, this shop should not even be on your list, this is how bad these folks are. read more

In 2011 I purchased 4 new tires for my car. In 2012 it was 13,000 miles later and I needed new front tires. They were only a year old so we were shocked that they needed replaced already. I took my car back and was told that I didn't rotate them frequently enough and that they could not prorate the wear on them. They told me that they were sports performance tires and nobody would prorate the wear. So we paid for 2 more tires. Now it's 2013 and I need front tires again. This time I called around and discovered that the folks at Tires Plus lied to us. I just put 4 new tires on at Firestone and they prorated the wear on my tires. They said I was lied to by Tires Plus. I recently had new tires and brakes installed at this Royal Palm Tires Plus. My car came back with a big gash in one of the rims. The managers response was that I must have done it before I brought the car in. It is remotely possible, but highly unlikely as it is easy to see when walking up to the vehicle, and in a spot that would be extemely difficult to hit while a tire was on the rim. They told me that their tires were a better quality than the same model for much cheaper at Sam's club. I later called Bridgestone and they said this was not true and recommended that I go to a different store as they did not sound trustworty (the store is owned by Bridgestone). Also, while I was in there, they were pressuring everyone to do additional work. I think it is ok to recommend additional work but stuff like "the law does not allow us to put those tires back on your car, you'll have to buy new ones" is over the top (they told that to one lady while I was waiting). It is your typical high pressure lie to your face and fleece you mechanic. You better be prepared to deal with them if you go there. read more

I had a complete set of 4 tires changed on October 28. The sales person Glendon Solomon sold me on a Bridgestone tires that had a $70 discount until end of the month. I went ahead and agree with it. When they finished they did not gave me the discount instead the told me to fill a mail in rebate form and wait several weeks for them to send me the $70 in a pre paid card. I argued with them that a mail in rebate is tricky thing because not always they will send us the rebates and that is not a discount. They told me to go ahead and send the mail in and ignored me. They should be upfront about it with the customers and not play games. I'vd been a loyal customers for 10 years and I think I deserved a better treatment than being played as a fool. Because of this I will take my business to somewhere where they know how to be honest with a customer. Tires Plus lost my business forever! read more

I called before heading over and spoke with "Brandon?", he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and above all very helpful. I drove over knowing the wait would be several hours, I was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk and told that they would be right with me, a few moments later they were able to help me quickly and I was on my way!! They did call a short time later to let me know they thought I should replace my air filter, no pressure, no hard sell and i never felt like they wanted to take advantage. The mechanics are very knowledgable, we usually ask for Chick or Chris to work on our vehicles. There are many Tires Plus around the West Palm area, this is by far the best one of them and the best place to have your vehicle repaired. They will not try to break your wallet, John is always helpful. You can count on them catching any problems your vehicle may have and can rest assured that it is repaired properly. My story begins on the turnpike south of Southern Blvd. I am in my car and the battery light comes on. Then the temperature light comes on and the power steering is gone. So, I quickly pull off at Southern and find the first gas station. After I determine that it is the serpentine belt. I locate the closest shop and it is a Tires Plus. Great, I use them in Coral Springs. I show up around 8:30am and they are not to busy. Chris, the managing partner, is the first to greet me. He says that he should be able to get it in the bay to look at it in 30 to 45 minutes. In 20 minutes it is going in the bay. Win. So, I am in customer service and this store has it nailed. Most of the customers that came in they greeted them by name, that is great service. Another customer was in for two tires. As she sat there, one of the counter guys comes over to give her an update. Her tires were picked up but the service had to make two other stops and then they would be to the store. He could have just said nothing and left her sitting there. Again, great service. Just sitting and observing the interaction this team had with its customers was a welcomed sight in today's world. They had me out of there in two hours. So, if you live in the area or like me just need good, quick service go to Tires Plus. Chris and team keep up the great work. read more

Wow, I wish I could leave 10 stars for this location! So happy that I chose Tires Plus, Royal Palm Beach on a recommendation from a family friend. I actually don't even live in Florida, alas, on vacation visiting the area from California. After an accident late one evening left my car un-driveable, I was pretty nervous about the fate of my vehicle and the price tag that might follow. After talking with Chris the next morning, I knew I was in excellent hands! Not only was he upfront about the damage but he went through all my options one step at a time. Being that I'm not really a 'car person', he was kind enough to take the time to spell it out for me for which I was grateful. He even went to great lengths to outsource a job to get my fancy sport rims repaired rather than replaced which would have been $$$ - they came out looking great! Chris even took care of all my insurance policy paperwork, I mean who does that?!? Don't go here!! I went in for a simple Uber inspection and would up with a leaking radiator and overheated car. (Uber inspection doesn't even require them to touch the radiator) also radiator is less than 2 years old, never had a problem with leaks until I went to this place. I called corporate to file a complaint and the customer service representative called the store and they denied ever touching my radiator until I told them I had paperwork showing they did. The representative then filed a claim, a few days later I receive a call from the regional manager who sets up an appointment for me to have the car looked at another tires plus location, and of course tires plus determined that tires plus is not at fault and told me my radiator is leaking and showed me the leak. I told them my radiator is less than two years old how could it be and how come it was leaking before I went to their shop? They said it could be a coincidence and they are not responsible!! This place is nothing but a bunch of scam artists who will damage your car intentionally to try to get money out of you!! Don't go there, don't ware your time or money!! read more
