Schedule my vehicle to be worked on at this Tire Kingdom after previously taking it to this location. We were recommended to replace the sway bar, sway bar links, and the outer-tie rods on both sides of the vehicle. Mind you, sway bars are heavy large metal rods that connect both sides of the suspension/linkage to the vehicle and is all metal; very hard to bend it or damage it. I was skeptical to say the least. We called several times to confirm the SWAY BAR needed to be replaced; yes was the answer. I will test someone's integrity and truthfulness due to the society we live in today. I painted my old sway bar in certain places to test that integrity. Upon picking up the vehicle and inspecting, the sway bar WAS NOT replaced. I confronted the service rep and asked if the sway bar or sway bar links were replaced and he stated the sway bar. A mechanic who worked on the vehicle came over and showed me the sway bar links were replaced, and stated the sway bar was not replaced. I confronted the service rep specifically and then he changed his story and said the sway bar links. I was charged for almost 3 hours of service with 2 new tires and balancing, so I'm not mad about the time charge considering removing/mounting new tires and balancing takes some time. I am mad about the sway bar stating it was replaced. It literally takes 15 minutes to change both sway bar links, if even that. I'm disappointed in the rep that he was not knowledgeable in sway bar/sway bar links and not knowing the work being replaced or just dishonesty and not wanting to admit it. Extremely frustrating experience. I called ahead for an oil change, one replacement tire, a rotation and an alignment, yet my car wasn't even worked on for about 3 hours. They recommended replacing all tires, I agreed. The manager, David told me ALL my lug nuts were damaged and said I would need to pay about $599 to replace them before they would install my tires. When I asked to inspect the lug nuts, the technician said only two needed replacement, which directly contradicted the David, the manager. After 5.5hrs of waiting and discussion, they installed the one replacement tire anyway, even though I never paid for the lug nut service and no lug nut was replaced. I left without the oil change I came in for and with serious concerns about the conflicting information I was given by the manager who was very unprofessional and condescending. read more

I woke up this morning with a very low tire. Instead of calling for AAA I decided to try and make it to Tire Kingdom. I got there just as they were opening. I was the second person inside. They were very friendly and I was greeted and treated exceptionally well. The manager came out, looked at my tire and within minutes my car was inside being serviced. I was told that it would probably take about an hour and I walked over to McDonald's and had some breakfast and by the time I got back my car was ready. Since I had the hazard insurance there was no charge for my tire repair. I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for many years and this is my favorite location. I can honestly say they have always treated me very well and fair so I have no complaints ever. read more

Spoke with one manager Jose asked if he could mount new tires I had gotten for my truck he says no problem set up an appointment 1:00pm. Get there 15 min early explain what I needed done that they needed to be mounted and balance same tires that are on my truck So I wait ( 2hrs ). It's finally my turn grinding the gears on my truck to get it on the lift Jose leaves another manger come over and says Sir. We can't mount your tires cause you have spacers on your wheels but yet they mounted them like 2yrs ago. Waisted two hrs of my time.... He could have told me from the start!! Horrible Time Management: The second I walked into this place they were already arguing with a customer about not completing their car on time. I brushed it off thinking the customer was in a rush. So I asked for a basic tire replacement which was only 1 tire, keep in mind at the time it was 12:00. They said come back at 3:00, and they will call me if anything happens or won't be finished on time. No calls were made and I arrived thinking everything was done but no surprise it wasn't finished and in matter of fact right as we were pulling into the parking lot they were JUST pulling my car in. As nice as the staff is, they are very lazy. No rush for the customer whatsoever, so while we mentioned they didn't call us even when they car hasn't even been started on the guy at the front says "I'll go help him now" thinking the time would go faster but no. He starts talking to his co-workers about another day someone was yelling at him. Would you believe that?! This place is 100% right on with there reviews no joke while typing this in the waiting room, a lady who is waiting here as well was told that her car couldn't be finished today. I spent a Thousand dollars on extended mileage tires there. 70,000 mile Hankook tires. They were completely worn out at 32,000 miles with regular rotation. They refused to even discuss it, saying I needed to contact the manufacturer. They refused to warranty tires that did not even make half the mileage they were supposed to. We made an appointment online with the Royal Palm Tire Kingdom for 4 new tires. We have a long 4 hour trip tomorrow and wanted to be safe. We arrived on time and checked in at the desk to confirm the work to be done. We brought 2 cars and traveled across 3 towns to get there. To kill time we went shopping and out to a restaurant for lunch. When we returned 2 hours later our car had not even moved! The 2 male employees who finally came out to the empty front desk, did not apologize for not doing our job. One clerk blamed the online scheduling system for not accurately reflecting the store's true schedule, but when we checked in there was no mention of any problem with the appoinment schedule. This terrible lack of service and communication ruined our travel plans for tomorrow. We strongly advise against going to this shop. read more

I needed a tire repair quick, and this location was closing in 10 minutes. Robert went above and beyond the call of service, got me in and out, fast! I think he could sense how urgent I needed it taken care of. His guys were slammed, but he made sure we got taken care of and back on the road! If it's possible, my guy Robert will make it happen! Stay far clear of this place!! They openly lie to you and make no attempts at even the slightest apology. They changed my oil and didn't screw in the oil plug. 20 miles away and all my oil is draining out. I call them and they say "well, if you come back we will tighten and refill it". So I have to drive 20 miles now with no oil? I got tire alignment and rotation. They never rotated the tires. I know because I have a missing hubcap and it was never moved and the lugs were never touched. Their response? "Drive back and we will rotate them (meanwhile it took them 5 hours to do it). I was told my struts need replacement ($1800). Now I'm getting a 2nd opinion. This place does nothing but lie and deceive. Never going back and im going to look into further matters as far as customers being lied to. Im sure im not the only one. UPDATE!!!: One of my concerns when I brought it in was a jiggling or something loose. They told me it was new struts all the way around ($1800 for reference). Liars!!!!! please beware My husband went there to get his car checked out, it was not starting at all. we have gotten two batteries for the same car within a year from them. They told us that the battery is fine but it needed an oil change, belt change and a new alternator. $1500 quote. The first time I came here in 12/24 the service was excellent! she had a flat tire and They sold her a warranty. she came back last week and that same tire was flat.. she brought it back in to utilize the warranty. this time they proceeded to tell her that her tire only had 63% tread (I don't know how this is possible in six weeks time). they proceeded to tell her because of the tread they needed to sell her another warranty. Started off my call with Robert, just had a tire blowout and was looking to get a new one. Starting fresh out of the gate he was super nice and all around happy. Once I told him about my situation he immediately got me a price and an install price in a matter of minutes. Throughout the phone call, which was only 5 minutes, He reduced my price by 45 dollars. Honestly the best customer service iv received in a while. I work customer service so i really appreciate real, nice, and all around happy people. This guy deserves a raise. We have been coming to this store for 15 years. Every car every tire has been done here. Went in today just to get a tire changed and balanced. At the counter was very unfriendly, unprofessional, physically, and verbally. He told us he had to replace the thingy in the stem. We said as long as you don't mess with the sensor. He said yes, we will have to. That is incorrect. We asked when the tire would be done, he said, sometimes sometime. We said when? He said sometime again. On 8/22/23 I visited the Tire Kingdom, in Royal Palm beach. Tim helped me, he was very professional and helpful . He clearly explain the situation with my car. He explained the duration of time they will need to spend on the car . Tim gave me the choice of staying. or leaving my car. I explained to him that I had no other means of transportation. I had a fast leaking tire and needed a patch quickly. I called numerous tire shops close to my house but due to the holiday weekend, no one could make the repair same day. I called this Tire Kindgom and they assured me that even though they were slammed, they would get it taken care of! Pat and Dyan were great and got me in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Horrible horrible horrible. Called and purchased a tire. When it was put on the vehicle, the sales associate was informed by me and my husband that it was not the tire we ordered. The sales associate told us "the tire wrong tire, could cause highway noise" I requested for the correct tire to be put on the car. The sales associate said that he would replace it and call us in 3-5 days. Fast forward, I call to check status and the manager (who wouldn't give me his name) said "none of my associates would say that". I told him I have no reason to make that up. He said if I wanted a refund, I'd have to return the tire which would be great however, leave me no way to get to a better tire store for better customer service. All they had to do was order the correct tire and replace. Basically, keep their word. I opted to give them a bad review and said "I'll blow you up on f**** social media. Do not go here. We had 4 new tires and an alignment done on our vehicle. When we left the vehicle shook so bad at speeds over 50. We took the vehicle back for another alignment and the problem was not solved. At the end on the second visit they told us we needed rear struts and that was the problem. Interesting how that was not found during the fist two visits. On thing to note is the vehicle drove perfect prior to our visit the this location. One other point to mention is that even if you schedule an appointment, expect to wait at least three hours for your vehicle to be serviced. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SERVICING YOUR VEHICLE CORRECTLY. I am giving them a one because I can't give a zero or a negative number. read more

BUYER BEWARE! I had 4 new tires installed on my car and they didn't reset my tire pressure sensors. I had to go back and they told me the tire pressure sensors needed to be replace at $140 a piece. It was very suspicious because the car was newer with less than 40,000 miles on it. A month later one tire went flat while I was in Orlando. I called them and asked about roadside and they said I didn't purchase the warranty. I took the car to a Tire Kingdom in Orlando and they said the valve stem/tire pressure sensor was damaged and leaking. They replaced the valve stem for free and said they would order the sensor and replace it for $60. The Tire Kingdom in Royal Palm Beach is a rip off. They don't stand behind their work and I still believe they broke the tire pressure sensors to get more money. Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY! read more
