I was craving a salad and decided to drive here during my work hours for a quick lunch to take back. I decided to use the drive through and ordered a cobb salad. I don't like avocado and ordered it without it as you cannot replace an ingredient. I was surprised that a salad took close to 10 mins to prepare and there wasn't really a line. I wasn't in a rush but felt it odd. Once I got to work, I opened it and it was a nice portion size as I remembered it. Sadly the favour itself wasn't what I recalled.., the chicken was flavorless and it seemed as they just took it out of the fridge and being boiled with no seasoning or anything. The lettuce wasn't the freshest and some pieces I took out because they looked wilted and old. I only ate half of it because I wa hungry but decided to throw away the rest as it wasn't good. Came in the drive-thru for dinner . Usually a pretty good consistent experience. Helped by Adrian, service was courteous. On the regular, I love their cobb salad, zucchini fries, and chili fries. Rating is primarily for the new item: We decided to try a new item on the menu: Parm-crusted sourdough burger. Came home to find that the new item fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, the item didn't come parm-crusted at all. The bread was soggy, resembled garlic bread, and didn't complement the burger filling. Called in to see if we could adjust for a refund over the phone. Sarai was kind, but stated that the refund wasn't possible since we were unable to come back in same day to return the item. She offered another burger meal for free on our next visit. Overall, despite the not preferred resolution, the service is fine. I would just recommend steering clear from this item. Consistently Inconsistent... I don't know what it is about the Farmer Boys in Chino by The Preserve, but this location has turned messing up orders into an art form. We rarely come here anymore because it's always something... but when we're lazy and it's close, we foolishly think, "Maybe this time will be different." Narrator: It is never different. Missing cheese. Fries forgotten. Entire orders wrong. At this point, the only thing they are consistent at is messing everything up. Tonight's order really outdid itself though. I ordered a Double Big Cheese and received... whatever this was (see photo). Not only was there no double patty, but the burger was missing the entire bottom half of the bun. Just vibes. We got our order and drove to a park on Hellman to eat them while they're fresh. To my disappointment, the Zucchini sticks were floppy, soggy and dripping water. I know right away they weren't fresh, most possibly days old, underneath the breading, Zucchini were shriveled. I called to complain and gave my husband's name. They said they'll give us replacement the next time we come in. Today, he showed up, the staff didn't want to honor it, stating that " if my husband will wait 10 minutes, by the time he gets home, they'll be soggy anyway" We've been going to FBoys in Eastvale and we have never gotten SOGGY Zucchini sticks. Quick to take payment but The wait time to get your food is indescribable; you look inside and the employees have no sense of urgency ( only 2 cars in drive thru) 3. The quality of the food drops significantly compared to other locations. (cold, or messy food presentation) 4. I guess idk why this place has such low reviews? This is basically my toddler's favorite place if we have him pick a spot, he'd choose here. (Not the only reason) but we do like how there is variety of choices for everyone who do come here. Food here (for us at least) has always been pretty prompt and fresh/hot! My son's usual order has always been pretty much always the same and hasn't ever been a let down: their parmesan crusted grilled cheese with fries (their fries are bomb!) I usually switch on and off with their southwest salad/wraps, burgers and today their California BLT. literally haven't had any issues with this place! The manager even threw some fries for him on the house since I forgot to order him some. Definitely always had great service here. After she got off the phone I told her what I wanted. FISH AND CHIPS! She then asked again and I repeated myself. I said it was to go and then she asked again eat in or take out. WOW! Was so excited for a place so close to where we live. I'm literally writing this review from the drive through line, it has been 40 minutes and we still have 2 cars ahead of us. Cars are honking and leaving. When we got to the order box the lady said "it's going to be at least 15 more minutes is that ok??" Um. We're trapped in the drive through where else are we going to go??! This is the third time we've tried it, the first time they got our order wrong and we had to come back, the second time the food made us sick. After waiting an hour in the drive through this will be our final time here. I definitely tried to give some grace as they are new, but three times is unacceptable so we won't ever be back. I asked for a pastrami sandwich and yes that's not hard to make but I did ask if they could toast my bread and she said yes of course so when I out of the drive-through, I pulled into the parking lot to make sure my order was correct.
