I really wanted to like this place. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It wasn't busy at all on a Sunday afternoon, and we were seated immediately. We ordered a few items and started cooking. The food was okay, but I've definitely had better Korean BBQ elsewhere. The meat wasn't particularly flavorful, though it was decent enough to eat. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest disappointment. We were only asked once if we needed more water, and trying to get someone's attention was difficult throughout the meal. Even more frustrating, we were served meat that we did not order three separate times. A mistake like that happening once is understandable, and maybe even twice, but three times felt excessive. Our server may have been busy, and to his credit, he was friendly whenever he stopped by or when we were able to flag him down. Overall, the experience didn't justify the price we paid. Between the average food and poor service, I don't see myself returning.

I've been here ten times or more, and each time the service is fire. Both the drink menu and the prices are good. I frequently choose this kbbq, and it's undoubtedly superior to Gen. The sides here are consistently fresh and have a wonderful crunch, which is something I always enjoy. The Japchae here is amazing and the sesame oil on them is perfect. I recommend getting the corn cheese to dip your meats in. The steamed egg and the soft tofu stew is great too. They don't cut corners when it comes to the meats, and they are delicious. I will continue to come to this place.

The Baseline: For Korean BBQ restaurant the grill meats must be quality, the table set up must be functional, and the accompanying sides must work with the meat. Food: This is an all you can eat Korean BBQ and you can order 4 meats at a time. The portions are big and the meat is of good quality. Plenary of sides and the drinks are great especially when you hit happy hour. Service: We were blessed to have Jackie as our server and she was incredible. Checked on us the perfect amount of time and explained everything on how they operate so there are no surprises (i.e. there is a wasted meat charge if you do not finish). Everyone was super helpful and friendly but Jackie made our night. Ambiance: Very clean restaurant and well kept interior. The layout of dining area is well laid out and the separation of table keeps the adjoining grill smoke from not being overwhelming.

If you want to find a good food place to drop by with friends Saturday later night, u-grill kbbq is always a good choice to go! The meat is mostly fresh and good, though the Calamari is a little bit overly salty, and side dish are good along with very good tofu soup Service is on point, mostly very attentive and also very friendly The menu has a and b ayce options with b covering some more options, so depend on your preferences, should find what you want Though would be good to have a vent to suck out the smoke, and they have some ala cart desert options also and normal drink and beer choices as well Overall, good place to drop by, but may be a little longer wait over busy time!

It's been a while since we've been to KBBQ and U-Grill in Chino has always been the place to go to with family and friends. Our experience and service we receive is pleasant and staff will always check in, if we need anything or would like to order additional items. The quality of the meats and food items is good, so we always tend to come back. Until next time, Enjoy!

U Grill is always consistent, food is exactly what it is and all meats look fresh. Love the extra Kimchi I could order and sprouts. Service was very good and patient as I had my 3 daughters with me. With the TVs and light music playing it was a great experience all together! Definitely a regular place to hit for some lean meats and cheats... Try The Curry Pork Belly! so good!

U Grill in Chino was one of the best Korean BBQ experiences I have had so far. Their brisket sauce was truly a standout and the perfect addition to any cut of meat. I love letting the meat cook first and then marinating it in the sauce so it can really soak up the flavors. The garlic slices were also a must-have for me and paired perfectly with my radish paper and rice paper to make the ultimate little meat tacos. We were a party of seven and ended up doing three rounds of orders, four meats each round. Our favorites by far were the beef belly and the brisket, the go-to KBBQ staples that never disappoint. Everything cooked up tender and delicious. The only downside was that the Coke was pretty flat but it was not a huge deal for me. Service-wise, the staff was very friendly and attentive overall. A few items, like the sliced garlic, took a little longer to arrive which delayed my meal by a couple minutes. I am very particular about having radish paper and garlic at Korean BBQ so that was the only hiccup. The restaurant had a nice, welcoming ambiance and the wait time was very reasonable at about 20 minutes which actually worked out perfectly since one of my friends was still on the way. The bathrooms were clean as well which is always appreciated. Overall, the food was excellent and the experience was great. I would definitely come back again.

Stopped by here before my long drive to sf. This is one of the cheaper ayce. Its 23$ for lunch. Its very dim in here and the inside was big enough. Im sure they get a lot of customers for dinner. The menu has most of what i typically eat but its not very flavorful. I was expecting more from the curry marinated stuff, but that fell short. The sides are extremely underwhelming and the corn cheese needs kewpie or mayo or just something. The service was excellent. My server was busy so the "other help" was really helpful. They did an outstanding job! I wasnt really into the quality of the food and offerings but the service was very nice.

Food is good, i think my favorite is pork collar, brisket and bulgogi. The bulgogi is excellent, with big portions. So beware about the size before ordering. Our server Malayna is great server! friendly and fast responsive. The menu A ( 29,99$) Menu B (38,99$) Place is big and clean. Will come back for sure

We came here on Mother's Day and had a good experience! They were busy when we came so we had to wait to be seated but we did not have to wait long at all! They accommodated us with a stroller as well! Our waitress was so kind, helpful and attentive! She was so sweet! We decided to order the mango soju which was a mixture of mango soju and sprite. It made sense price wise for us to get that! It tasted different and not what I was used to. I didn't really like it to be honest. We decided to order where we could have meats and options from both menu A & B. We decided to go with beef bulgogi, shrimp, mussels, short ribs and flank steak. We enjoyed the meat and seafood. The short ribs had a lot of fat on it so it made it hard to eat. We also had a variety of banchan, white rice, salad and glass noodles. All of those were delicious! They have a variety of booths and tables and they can accommodate large groups. We really liked the music they played and we were jamming! They have good size parking lot as well! I did enjoy my meal here!

Yum! We love kbbq and have gone to plenty of different ones throughout the years and this is probably one of our new favorites! & they're not horribly expensive! The meats were great! Service was great (wish I remembered our waiters name) but it wasn't just our waiter that was great. All the servers were so attentive and great as well! The employees seem happy so it speaks to the work environment. We will be back! :)

Also, some dimsum like siomai, potsticker dumplings & chicken feet. I would rather go here than Golden Corral for lunch. The one dish that I have not seen in other buffets is their Black Pepper Chicken which was excellent with its crunchiness, sweetness & peppery taste. This dish reminded me of the Panda Beef in the high-end Panda Inn (parent of Panda Express chain). The service was quick & friendly. And for the price of $15.99 per person, it is so much value. But if you are looking for a wider variety of selections & better quality meats, spending an extra $9-$12 at places like Umi Sushi & Shiki might do it for you. You get what you pay for. As for me, I do not wish to pay more and would rather settle for something that gives me value for the money especially if you have someone in your party who does not eat that much to begin with.

The food wasn't the best I've ever had, but they had a huge variety, and most of it was pretty good. My favorites were the crispy cheese Rangoon, sushi rolls, shrimp with mushrooms, garlic bread, egg rolls better than Panda Express, green beans, mushrooms, and the egg drop soup. I was also surprised that the imitation crab and small crab plate tasted good--they weren't fishy like they can be at some buffets. The orange chicken and jalapeño chicken were both crispy and tasted very similar. The fried rice was just okay by itself, but it paired well with everything else. There were plenty more dishes, desserts, and even a Mongolian BBQ station, but I was already too full to try everything. I didn't check the kitchen or restrooms, but the dining area looked clean. The staff quickly cleared plates and wiped down tables as soon as guests left. Overall, it's a good value buffet with lots of choices. I'd come back.

You can get 2 bowls if you want, one for noodles and veggies and the other for the meats. Best of all, when you are done, you can get more! The noodles are amazing, but what's equally as good is their side dish bar, which has pocket bread, egg drop soup, rice, spring rolls, and the BEST meatballs in gravy I've had in a while. The offerings included soup, rice, egg rolls, meatballs, sesame roll, and a fried donut. The mongolian bbq options are diverse. We came for dinner and they had several proteins to pick from. I was excited they had shrimp which, I gather, is a dinner option. There were also lots of veggie, sauce, and garnishing to truly make a noodle dish that you love. The price was a little higher than anticipated, especially for our baby who barely ate a palm-sized amount of food. They still charged us the lowest child's fee. The $45 menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes such as escargot (ốc), pho, and bò né (Vietnamese sizzling beef steak), among many others. We ordered escargot with tamarind sauce, oysters with cheese, a lobster special, rau muống (water spinach) with garlic, glass noodles, and a ribeye steak. This isn't a typical buffet--each dish is cooked to order. It took about 15 minutes since there were only two chefs, but the wait was absolutely worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. The lobster was a whole lobster with claws, and the ribeye was a generous cut served sizzling at the table.
