The Baseline: For Korean BBQ restaurant the grill meats must be quality, the table set up must be functional, and the accompanying sides must work with the meat. Food: This is an all you can eat Korean BBQ and you can order 4 meats at a time. The portions are big and the meat is of good quality. Plenary of sides and the drinks are great especially when you hit happy hour. Service: We were blessed to have Jackie as our server and she was incredible. Checked on us the perfect amount of time and explained everything on how they operate so there are no surprises (i.e. there is a wasted meat charge if you do not finish). Everyone was super helpful and friendly but Jackie made our night. Ambiance: Very clean restaurant and well kept interior. The layout of dining area is well laid out and the separation of table keeps the adjoining grill smoke from not being overwhelming.

It's been a while since we've been to KBBQ and U-Grill in Chino has always been the place to go to with family and friends. Our experience and service we receive is pleasant and staff will always check in, if we need anything or would like to order additional items. The quality of the meats and food items is good, so we always tend to come back. Until next time, Enjoy!

We came here on Mother's Day and had a good experience! They were busy when we came so we had to wait to be seated but we did not have to wait long at all! They accommodated us with a stroller as well! Our waitress was so kind, helpful and attentive! She was so sweet! We decided to order the mango soju which was a mixture of mango soju and sprite. It made sense price wise for us to get that! It tasted different and not what I was used to. I didn't really like it to be honest. We decided to order where we could have meats and options from both menu A & B. We decided to go with beef bulgogi, shrimp, mussels, short ribs and flank steak. We enjoyed the meat and seafood. The short ribs had a lot of fat on it so it made it hard to eat. We also had a variety of banchan, white rice, salad and glass noodles. All of those were delicious! They have a variety of booths and tables and they can accommodate large groups. We really liked the music they played and we were jamming! They have good size parking lot as well! I did enjoy my meal here!

U Grill is always consistent, food is exactly what it is and all meats look fresh. Love the extra Kimchi I could order and sprouts. Service was very good and patient as I had my 3 daughters with me. With the TVs and light music playing it was a great experience all together! Definitely a regular place to hit for some lean meats and cheats... Try The Curry Pork Belly! so good!

U Grill in Chino was one of the best Korean BBQ experiences I have had so far. Their brisket sauce was truly a standout and the perfect addition to any cut of meat. I love letting the meat cook first and then marinating it in the sauce so it can really soak up the flavors. The garlic slices were also a must-have for me and paired perfectly with my radish paper and rice paper to make the ultimate little meat tacos. We were a party of seven and ended up doing three rounds of orders, four meats each round. Our favorites by far were the beef belly and the brisket, the go-to KBBQ staples that never disappoint. Everything cooked up tender and delicious. The only downside was that the Coke was pretty flat but it was not a huge deal for me. Service-wise, the staff was very friendly and attentive overall. A few items, like the sliced garlic, took a little longer to arrive which delayed my meal by a couple minutes. I am very particular about having radish paper and garlic at Korean BBQ so that was the only hiccup. The restaurant had a nice, welcoming ambiance and the wait time was very reasonable at about 20 minutes which actually worked out perfectly since one of my friends was still on the way. The bathrooms were clean as well which is always appreciated. Overall, the food was excellent and the experience was great. I would definitely come back again.

Stopped by here before my long drive to sf. This is one of the cheaper ayce. Its 23$ for lunch. Its very dim in here and the inside was big enough. Im sure they get a lot of customers for dinner. The menu has most of what i typically eat but its not very flavorful. I was expecting more from the curry marinated stuff, but that fell short. The sides are extremely underwhelming and the corn cheese needs kewpie or mayo or just something. The service was excellent. My server was busy so the "other help" was really helpful. They did an outstanding job! I wasnt really into the quality of the food and offerings but the service was very nice.

As many times as I've been here, it never disappoints when the quality of the food, the amazing flavors, and the great service hits on all cylinders. This location is a fave of mine whenever I crave kbbq because of convenience and ease. So what do we do in the new year? Go to UGrill kbbq in chino... the vibe is pretty chill, the people and staff are super friendly and quick to help u.. its right off the 60fwy and Central Ave. If u haven't tried it... I promise u will enjoy it..

Food is good, i think my favorite is pork collar, brisket and bulgogi. The bulgogi is excellent, with big portions. So beware about the size before ordering. Our server Malayna is great server! friendly and fast responsive. The menu A ( 29,99$) Menu B (38,99$) Place is big and clean. Will come back for sure

The Greater Los Angeles area has some of the most authentic Korean Barbecue spots in relations to most other cities in the United States. And while many will flock to the time-tested chain restaurants to get their fix, there are a variety of local spots that serve up food just as good. I received a recommendation to try U-Grill from a friend in the area and stopped by on a Wednesday evening around 7:30PM. Entering the restaurant, many of the tables were empty. But despite this, the staff had my party wait about 5-10 minutes to sit down. This was a grim sign at the beginning of the experience. But it seems to be that most people come into this spot later in the evening as each seat was full around 10PM. Sitting down inside, we were given waters, bonchon side dishes, and the QR code with the digital menu. After, our server let us know about the two hour time limit and the four side, four meat ordering limit before letting us eat to our devices. For a dinner at the time of this review, the price was about 30 dollars a person for the regular menu and 38-39 dollars for the premium menu. At this price tag, there are other spots that will offer more meat and side options. But of all options, U-Grill's menu was solid. The regular dinner menu had about 26 meats and 9 diverse sides which were enough for my party. Compared to other Korean Barbecue spots, U-Grill is one of those places were there is more emphasis on the meat texture and natural flavor than marinades and seasonings. And to that, their items seem to reflect this too. Of the items I had, I would recommend the Beef Brisket, Garlic Pork Belly, Spicy Pork, and Garlic Chicken for these items had light amounts of sauce/seasoning, large quantities of meat per serving, and a rich flavor profile. For the beef brisket, be sure to let it char a little as the best flavor comes out after it dries a bit. On the other hand, try not to overcook the pork belly as the moisture made this dish delicious. Next, I would eat the Beef Bulgogi, Shrimp, Baby Octopus, and Calamari Steak sparingly. While the beef was given in large volume each round, the flavor of the bulgogi was too subtle and tasted close to flavorless. The seafood options were tasty for what they were. But each round of the seafood came with four pieces of shrimp, two pieces of octopus, or a very thin piece of squid. While they tasted great, it's not worth the time to make them here when volume is the name of the game. And for last, I would skip the Curry Pork Belly and Pork Skin. While pork belly is often one of the most treasured delicacies at a Korean Barbecue spot, the curry flavor tasted very little of curry. Rather, the flavor was somewhat sour and the meat was somewhat dry which did not go well together. The pork skin had a good amount of hair on each piece which made the texture strange compared to the gelatinous skin. Placing each piece on the grill was a challenge due to the lack of oil. As a result, the skin stuck to the grill without cooking correctly. At least the sides were pretty good compared to other places and I would definitely take advantage of these. I personally enjoyed the corn cheese, jap chae, steamed egg, fish cake, and kimchi! U-Grill is all over spectrum. While some of the dishes did not make the mark, there were others that were absolutely delicious. And while some items were given in mountains, others were only given in scraps. What grounds this as a positive experience are the $30 price tag and the frequent service. Because my party always had meat on the table, clean grills swapped out, and lots of space to eat, it really made the experience instead of breaking it. These all said, U-Grill is definitely doing something right with their 600 reviews here on Yelp and I would definitely recommend giving this spot a try with a 4 star rating!

My friends and I came in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait for a table and were seated almost immediately. Staff were super friendly and attentive all night! The quality of the meats were great compared to others all you can eat KBBQ spots so it's definitely worth a try. I do see that parking could be an issue with such a small space but the food makes up for it! They had great music and it was an overall fun time with my girls!

One order of Pork belly. We asked for raw garlic and grilled it in the middle for extra flavor.

My boyfriend and I came tonight for dinner and our server, Emily, was spectacular. The food was good and I especially loved the kimchi stew. The steamed egg was also very good! Meat quality was okay but I think I'd come back just to even eat the stew. Thanks for the great experience. :)

There are multiple people working and they are quite nice. When you are seated they give you a pitcher of water and a pitcher of hot tea. The chopsticks and spoons they have are stored on the side. My beloved aunt treated me for my first experience. They have such a big menu, I cant wait to try some of the other items. They have SO many different ban chans, at least 7 different kinds that alternate. My cousin said the last time they had japchae but it seemed this time we got eggplant. We tried the Steamed Pork Combo with the Seafood Tofu Soup. They do have purple rice. This was my first time wrapping with NAPA and it was actually quite good. I would recommend ordering the Samjang sauce (bean sauce) to eat with it. For 2 people this was more then enough food, I was so stuffed, we barely finished. Would love to take my family and try some other dishes next time. Until then!

It was our first time visiting, and we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive and was so sweet to my mom, which made the celebration feel extra special. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We had the boiled pork bossam with side dishes, braised black cod, and braised short ribs, and the seafood and green onion pancake. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The standout dishes for me were the braised black cod and the seafood pancake. The cod was perfectly flaky, tender, and full of flavor, and my dad especially loved it, while the pancake was thick, crispy, and generously packed with seafood. Even my parents, who are usually very critical when it comes to food, thoroughly enjoyed every dish. A special thank you to Michelle, who was especially warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit (as well as the amazing staff)! We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back again!

They have a great selection of meats at reasonable prices. There are two tiers: King and Prince. We usually opt for Prince because we always order their beef brisket and beef belly. We also love their banchan. Our favorites are radish and rice paper, kimchi, steamed egg, glass noodles, corn cheese, garlic and jalapeño, and spicy tofu soup. On our recent visit, we noticed a tablet at our booth. Don't try removing it. It needs to stay attached to the stand to keep its charge. I like using the tablet in general because it eliminates the possibility of missing orders. The time it takes to place the orders and when we receive them is very minimal. The quality has been consistent and the service is always the good. Thanks, Wang Cho, for always delivering! See you on our next visit!

This was our family's absolute go-to spot despite other KBBQ in the area. 5/30/26 - I walked in with my wife, our teenager, and two little ones (both 6 and under). Just like we've done every visit, I brought Raising Cane's for the little ones because--shocker--toddlers aren't exactly polishing off massive plates of bulgogi and brisket! The hostess informs me that the kids will now be charged for KBBQ even if they're not KBBQ. I politely explain that my kids literally only eat chicken fingers and air, but she brings over a manager (wearing a very official grey shirt) to double down. Apparently, "new management's" brilliant business model involves squeezing a few extra bucks out of kindergartners who aren't even touching their chopsticks. So, congratulations on permanently losing a 9-year loyal family of customers just to desperately claw at a phantom profit from a 6-year-old. Luckily, there are plenty of shiny new KBBQ spots in Chino Hills and Eastvale that actually understand basic hospitality. Thank you, Wang Cho "new management," for giving us the push we needed to finally try them!
