I hadn't been into a Luna Grill since after the pandemic probably 2021. I was craving some Mediterranean and a cold beer. Stopped in here and ordered up a few plates. The food was outstanding it came out extremely hot and fresh as usual. Their Chef has been at this location for years and always puts out a beautifully prepared appetizing plate that you can be proud of. The one thing that was missing is that for some reason they no longer do any alcohol beer or wine. I hope that changes in the future soon if they get their alcohol license back because it's always nice to have a cold beer with your meal or a glass of wine for the ladies. Other than that the plates the preparation presentation and service was top-notch not much else to say it was really enjoyed and worth the price. The location is always extremely clean and well managed, and you're made to feel very welcome upon entering the restaurant. First time here. We ordered our food for take out. We ordered a bowl but I can't remember if it was the Santorini or Luna bowl and a side of hummus. Our bowls came with grilled chicken and it was pretty good. Portion was good enough for me to have some leftovers, although I have to add that I'm trying to be on a diet so I had to stop eating. The chicken was flavorful and not dry. The vegetables were fresh. The salad dressing was a vinaigrette and was okay. Hummus was fine, but not sure I would order again. I came here for the first time. We ordered four different plates: Chicken Kabob, beef kabob, beef koobideh and garlic lemon chicken. Each plate comes with a choice of two sides. We enjoyed all the dishes. The one we didn't like as much was the garlic lemon chicken. The flavor of the chicken kabob was better (preferred), though there was nothing wrong with the garlic lemon chicken. The seating area is fairly large but this place gets pretty busy. We were there for lunch on a Sunday. By 1pm, the restaurant was packed. Although this is not the best Mediterranean food I've ever had, I would recommend this place. Conveniently located off the 71 freeway on Grand Ave in the Gateway Village with plenty of parking. The lobby is spacious, clean, well-organized, and has lots of seating. We love Luna Grill, so we popped in here for a quick protein fix and it did not disappoint. The Chicken Kabob was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and delicious. Tried Luna Grill recently and got the Freshest Bowl with hummus and chicken and it was sooo good. Everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. The chicken was tender and seasoned really well, and the hummus was creamy and honestly one of my favorite parts. Portion size was good too and didn't leave me feeling super heavy after eating. The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and everything came out fresh. Definitely a solid spot when you want something healthier but still really good. 5 Star dinner all the way. Great food and service! Started with the Hummus dipping trio and Pita. Super on point. Warm soft pita, and the hummus is fresh and flavorful! Highly recommend this app! I then went all out with Chicken and Steak Kabob's and rice, salad, pita, Tzatziki, garlic sauce and a Coke Zero. Also got some creamy cilantro sauce. The entire dish was fresh and healthy. Also great customer service. One of the sauce cups was only half full so the young lady gave me another one that was half full lol. Appreciate that. Clean lobby. The gyro was flavorful and delicious. A little dry, but the hummus/tzatziki made up for it. They also gave me a huge plate of fries and they were pretty good. Such a great restaurant in the heart of Chino Hills where the mad rush of the Spectrum is located. They have a wide variety menu to pick from for either dine in or take out. The quality of the food was amazing. I went with the Santorini bowl with added chicken and it did not disappoint!! The portion was perfect! The freshness and quality of the chicken, salad, etc was so good. The service did lack though. No one greeted me when I arrived, no one asked if I had questions yet asking if I was ready to order when I was ready to order. For that I would give 2 stars.
