My experience at Farmer Boys on Sunday, 03/22/26 was completely unacceptable. Our group spent well over $300, yet we were denied access to the restroom as paying customers. What was even more concerning was that one of the restrooms was clearly unoccupied, with a green indicator showing it was vacant. When we questioned this, staff immediately became defensive and continued to refuse access without providing any reasonable explanation. There was also no signage indicating the restroom was out of service. As a result, members of our party became increasingly concerned and ultimately very frustrated, as a basic and reasonable need of all human beings was being denied despite us actively dining in. When we voiced these concerns, the situation was escalated unnecessarily by staff. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, employees chose to contact law enforcement. This response was completely disproportionate to the situation. There was no disturbance, no threat, and no unlawful behavior, only paying customers seeking access to an available restroom. When officers arrived, the circumstances were explained, further highlighting how unnecessarily this situation had been escalated by this public establishment. The female employees working between approximately 7:50 PM and 9:00 PM that evening were unprofessional and appeared to arbitrarily decide who was "allowed" to use the restroom. This type of selective and inconsistent treatment reflects extremely poor judgment and a clear lack of basic customer service standards. Denying restroom access to paying customers, especially a large party of approximately 15, including children is unacceptable. The defensiveness, inconsistency, and escalation only made the situation worse. This reflects poorly on management and raises serious concerns about how customers are treated at this location. I expect this matter to be addressed. No customer spending that amount of money should be treated in this manner. read more

I have issues with this Farmer Boys on four different occasions where they get my order wrong and they still charge the same price twice in a row and then we just take it long breaks. Great spot for a lunch stop. Visiting with a close friend enjoyed some awesome gigantic onion rings and chili burrito. Perfect! I did notice the size has scaled down on their burritos since the last time I stopped in. Still it was substantial and flavor quality was excellent. Inside seating available attentive service. So one of the reasons I'm giveing two stars is because of the customer service if you buy a iced coffee versus a hot coffee, you can't get refills even though the cup says free refill same visit only when I talk to the cashier, she explained to me that they use the soda cups for the coffee cups so you can't get refills on Coffee just soda I told her she should change her cups so be careful when ordering iced coffee you can't get a refill. I'm giving a two star rating because I never heard back from the manager when my son and I got food poisoning. The only thing we had eaten that was the same all day was the fried zucchini and ranch. We went through the drive-through and ordered two orders of fried zucchini with ranch. The ranch was put in the same bag as the molten hot fried zucchini. By the time we got home the ranch was pretty much room temperature. Having my first science degree in microbiology would think I would've thought to not eat it but we were starving and so looking forward from to it. We're saving money so we're not eating out often and this was just a little splurge because it sounded good. I was very disappointed that I did not hear back from the manager, as she should have at least offered me another order with non-food poisoning/nice cold ranch dressing. Where do I begin? First this was one of the few restaurants in the area open after 10PM on a Friday night on 2-25-22. Otherwise, we would have not ended up here. Secondly, only the drive thru was open. If I had known that it would take 30 minutes to get to the window, we would have gone someplace else. What compounded our awful experience is I kept telling the person when ordering I could not hear them. When we got our food, the fries were cold, and the chicken sandwich was missing key items that they forgot to put on it. So, I walked up to the window and the manager on duty said they will remake the meal and it will take five minutes to redo it, but I "had to get back in line in the drive thru to get it since they don't take walk ups". Like an idiot, I got back in line but somehow five cars pulled in ahead of me after I gave them my food. Again, I had to wait more then 20 minutes just to get to the window. It was then I realized they were short staffed. And nearly 55 minutes just to get my meal from the drive thru. This was my first and last time eating here. Avoid this location after 10pm unless you wish to wait up to 30 minutes to get your meal in the drive thru. I only checked the google reviews that appeared to give this place a 4.3. I should have checked the yelp reviews before making the drive here on the way to my family's house. The reviews here are around 2.5 stars. I never thought in my life it would take this long for a sandwich and fries. The meal itself was mediocre and nothing special. Its almost 3am in the morning and I knew I needed to write this out while the experience was still fresh in my mind. read more

Came here on a Wednesday during lunch. The meal I ordered came with a side. They offered several different side options like fries, onion rings and another option I forgot. The restaurant was clean, busy and the service was good. We also had staff come to our table at least 2-3 times within the hour to check if everything was good and if we needed anything else. I hadn't been here in years and will certainly be returning and recommending this restaurant and location. They offer various burgers, salads and veggie burgers too. They are not open 24/7 since when? Wet floor cone, in drive thru to stop customers from coming thru. So I park and walk up to door. Employees are inside smiling, laughing and sitting down at a table in dining room when they see you walk up to door at 3am in morning to order and it is locked. And then turn away and ignore you. It says 24/7 on all online platforms. I've been coming here for months around 3am. And these occurrences have been happening all too often. Bad experience . I got in line and ordered my food at 920am. I didn't get my food till 1020 am, an entire hour later . Me and my 3 friends. Two of us ordered together and the other 2 ordered together so 2 orders (4 meals) took an hour. The people in line behind us got their food before us. At about the 40 min mark I said something and the cashier just said "oh yea" and 20 min after that when nothing had been served yet i walked into the kitchen myself and was finally given my food.
