My wife and I have been coming to Broken Yolk Cafe almost every Sunday for the last 7-8 weeks, and this place has honestly become one of our favorite spots. We always sit at the bar, which is perfect because we never really have to wait and we get served almost immediately. We'll order mimosas, breakfast right after church, and just relax and enjoy the whole experience. One of the best parts about sitting at the bar is getting a front-row view of how incredible the team works together. You can see the chefs in the back, the servers in the front, and everyone moving in complete sync. The teamwork, communication, and energy are seriously impressive. Everything runs so smoothly, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about customer service and creating a great atmosphere. The food is consistently amazing, the drinks are on point, and the vibe is always welcoming. We love being able to enjoy great food while also people-watching and seeing the restaurant operate hands-on. It's actually refreshing to see a team work together this well nowadays. 10/10 experience every single time. Huge respect to the entire staff for the consistency, professionalism, and hospitality. Came here for brunch and we had a good experience. It was easy to locate, Google Map took us right to the location and there is plenty of parking which already makes brunch spots less stressful. The decor is modern, bright, and has a really fun vibe without feeling too over the top. Service was friendly and attentive even though it was busy, and the menu has sooo many options whether you want a classic savory breakfast, or something sweet or a healthier option. The food wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't worth the long wait for me. Because of that, I probably won't be returning. That said, if you're looking for a cute spot with a great aesthetic and food that photographs well for Instagram, this is definitely a good place for that. We had the crunchy French toast as a combo which came with eggs and bacon, and we also ordered the American breakfast, which was bacon and eggs hashbrowns. The coffee was good. They had all the creamers we got here close to 8 AM right before the big rush perfect timing. It's close to 9 AM now and this place is crowded on a Sunday morning. Service and ambience was great. Before hitting the road I was happy to discover this location opened at 7 am for Sunday breakfast. We enjoyed the lemon ricotta pancakes with turkey sausage and hash browns served crispy. Well, this place was suggested by a friend and looking at the menu i was ready for Sunday Brunch there. Once we checked in to be seated, it was a 35 min wait but it's understandable that there was a very large crowd waiting also to be seated. Pretty clean and any table that was done was almost immediately cleaned and setup for the next patrons to eat. I ordered an omelet te and I will say the food came and it was still hot off the stove. Overall, the meal was excellent and will go back again. The one thing that was unpleasant was the fact that my water seems to forget that there were no utensils on the table. I love little gestures like that. She continually checked on us while we ate too. The food was really good. No complaints on the main dishes. They came out quick. The only thing I didn't really like was the sweet trio (except for the crunchy french toast!) The comma-cake thing whatever it was did not taste good. It honestly tasted undercooked. The tiki toast was decent but not memorable. The crunchy french toast though... That's the one. The best french toast I've ever had. So good!
