Love this sweet boutique!! They have a great selection of unique, quality items. It's a place where you can find that special gift for your loved one who has everything - handbags, clothing, special soaps and lotions, jewelry, wall hangings, cute decorative pillows, hats, on and on. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. It's located within the Bates Nut Farm "compound" right next to their large general store. Definitely worth the trip!!!!

There is also an area with animals to feed. The food to feed the animals is decently priced. My kids really enjoyed that! The store is very clean and had large variety of food to buy. Most of the snacks they have they do not make or grow themselves, but they do roast the nuts. We went during the spring, but they do offer a pumpkin patch experience during Halloween time. I did save the best for last. The store does make their own fudge. It is so good! I am not a big fudge fan, but the quality of this fudge will win anyone over! It's not too sweet and it's just perfect! They offer free samples-they are confident you'll buy! And they are right! I think the only disappointing thing about this place is they don't actually grow their own nuts, but honestly the quality, variety of their products and charm of the whole place makes up for it! I will for sure be coming back to visit for fun! Service 10/10 Food 8.5/10 Overall 8/10

Be prepared to shell out exorbitant amounts for any purchases. The pumpkin patch is a great place to get fall pictures, but the prices are wild. The rides are about $5 each for a minute or two. The bounce obstacle course was $5 for three times running through. It was unreasonable. The gift shop sold the cheapest temu crappy toys for $20!! Buy you're own toys at Walmart and bring them with you to keep the kids happy. I can buy junk on my own. The nuts and candy and dried fruits are probably the only thing I am ok with buying. It's about the price of Sprouts or Whole Foods. I'll usually buy my kiddo a treat and steer him away from the insanity of the price tags of the crappy toys and we're good to go. I buy my pumpkins at target though.

My boyfriend and I have eatin breakfast here in the past, but we rarely visit the casino before 2pm. Yesterday (Friday), I decided to take my mom on a little drive and thought "why not brunch at the casino!?". We arrived at 10:15am, and there were many parking spots available in their parking structure - from the second floor on up. We walked through the casino all the way to the back right (near the hotel), and there was a party of two already checking in at the host station. Check-in was a fast process, they asked for my name and if I was staying at the property. We were ushered into the restaurant and told to wait to the side for a hostess to seat us. I saw it was busy, but not completely full. They still had quite a few open tables available, and we were seated quickly after about 5min. of waiting. The lady who had seated us was wonderful, and very nice. She took our drink order (2 coffees) and brought over 2 cups as well as a saucer full of hazelnut creamer packs. Our waitress visited our table shortly after introducing herself. Her name was Celine, and she was a ray of light! Very sweet and attentive. She quickly poured our coffee and brought 2 muffins to the table. These are complimentary muffins, and let me tell you... they are DELICIOUS. They have a walk up bakery right next to the café, and every single thing i've purchased from them has been top notch. The muffins also come with homemade whipped butter which compliment the flavors perfectly. Celine gave us a few minutes to look at the menu and came back to take our orders. My mom and I both ordered the triple decker turkey club sandwich. One with parmesan fries and the other with fried onion petals. Now, after this, my mom had an OOPSIE and spilled her water cup all over the table. Of course she was embarrassed and panic just engulfed us...Without asking, a worker by the name of Javier appeared at our side to help. Of course it was embarrassing...but he was so kind about it and made my mom feel better. He got more napkins and then held out his serving tray telling us to just push the ice onto that and he will take care of it. He literally stepped into action...where I feel others would just walked by at other places until you ask or make eye contact with panic. Javier, thank you so much, you are a sweetheart and theyre lucky to have you. After that whole excitement, our food quickly came out. It looked delicious...and I have had onion rings but never fried onion petals! I LOVED THESE!! They are so much better than traditional onion rings. The turkey club was loved by both of us, and the parmesan fries were great. Celine checked in on us regularly and refilled our coffees along with that. It definitely was a great brunch that we had, and we were lucky to have had the service from Celine and Javier on our visit. I will DEFINITELY be back! and recommend you take a nice drive one day to try it out.

We split a bottle of Chardonnay and ordered a pizza along with the chicken parmigiana. The food was fine, nothing particularly memorable, but it hit the spot. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff was kind, though the service was noticeably slow. The place was quite crowded, and it seemed like the servers disappeared into the kitchen for long stretches, which left us waiting more than we would've liked. In fact, be prepared to wait during peak times. That said, it's a charming little spot, and I appreciate being able to support a local business. I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here, but if I'm in the area again, I'd give it another shot.

And I put buffet in quotations because it's not actually a standard buffet, but more of a sit down "all you can eat". You need to be at blue card level (2nd tier level) to gain access to the buffet but they sometimes will let new people or red cards enter if they aren't busy. There's also a mandatory $8 (recently raised from $7) tip per person that's dining. If you're not black card (highest tier) you usually have to wait 1-2 hours before even being called to get in line. Then you have to wait in line 20-45 additional minutes before being seated. Black cards get to skip the initial wait and go directly into the line to wait to be seated. Once you're seated you get to choose a soup, salad, or both and then wait for them to bring you the food. Then you have to wait again for your server or try to flag one down to place another round of orders. On average my family has noticed people usually only do the appetizer round, one or two main rounds, and dessert because of the long service times. My family averages around 4-5 main rounds so we sit there for 3-4 hours sometimes with the majority of that time just waiting. The service is the main reason I say this place is hit or miss. If you get a nice and attentive server then everything goes great, but some of the servers are very noticeably there to just do the minimum amount for the job and that's it. Some servers will listen to your orders and actually tell you what additional options there are (like for the lobster tails we didn't even know until months later that we could get it with garlic butter or different sauces on top of it), and some even go and get the food to bring directly to you if they notice you've been waiting too long. Others.. will look around and barely hear what you're ordering and get the whole plate wrong or forget items for your order, resulting in you only getting 2 or 3 of what you asked for instead of the whole 4 that you're supposed to get. Or sometimes the opposite happens where they bring 2-3 of the same item on one plate and none of the other items that you ordered. It's already bad enough that most of the time, the servers only come to your table every 30-45 minutes so you're waiting an incredibly long time just to get one plate of food. The best times to go are definitely the weekdays very early right when they open (if you're not a black card) and the worst times are Fridays and weekends. They also have a recommendation to not have groups larger than 4 because they either split you up or you have to wait an extremely long time for a table to accommodate your group (because they only have 2 tables for large parties). They honestly should just turn the cafe dining room into an additional dining area for the buffet since that space goes wasted after they close and the cafe is literally right on the other side of the wall of the buffet. We've been coming here every other Friday for the drawings for almost 2 years now and the service is so inconsistent but the food is great! There has only been one time I was served a rancid lobster tail and almost threw up in the dining area. The menu changed last month and we tried the new tenderloin, it was absolutely perfect. But then a few weeks ago we tried it again and it was served well done even though we all asked for medium rare (and that's the last time we ever ordered the tenderloin because of that). One problem that happened the other day though was that the people doing the seating weren't seating any of the black card line. There were 8 tickets lined up and only 4 for the other line, but they kept seating the other side and kept putting up a new ticket. The group in front of us had 2 disabled people waiting for 30 minutes (and one of them was missing a leg). I felt so bad for that guy. The explanation was that "we have to follow the timestamp on the tickets to seat people fairly" but hello??? We're not blind. No one was being seated in the black card line for 30 minutes, even small groups of 2 that were in front of us started complaining. I don't understand the "timestamp" bs because we can actively see people getting in the other line, paying waaaay after the 3 groups ahead of us AND us, and still get seated before us. A group of 5 that paid after us in the general line got seated before any of the 3 groups ahead of us. It was just ridiculous but was a one off bad experience compared to the hundred we've had but thought I'd mention it. We still love coming to eat here because the food is great and consistent and almost all of us are black card members so we get food vouchers, but the service definitely needs some improvement or at least consistency equal to the food quality.

We would have waited and the buffet seems well worth it. We just know that in the future we will get on the list BEFORE we start playing vs after when we're starving). For starters, we were greeted and seated immediately by a wonderfully pleasant team. Our server, Paulina, was incredibly kind and attentive. Our orders were placed quickly and our apps took no time to make it to the table. Everything was hot when it arrived. We ordered: Beer-Brined Chicken Tenders - 10/10: AMAZING! The tenders have light breading, so its mostly meat without much batter, which is our preference. The buffalo sauce wasn't too spicy (for those who like buffalo flavor without an intense kick) and the Ranch and Blue Cheese were both really good. If you like blue cheese on the creamier side without a ton of crumbles then you will like this one. French Onion Soup - 7/10: REALLY GOOD FLAVOR! Would order again! I only gave it a 7/10 because the Swiss cheese was burnt in the middle, but the taste overall was still really good so it was easy to look past this. Rotisserie Prime Rib (Medium) - 10/10: I used to LOOOOOVE Longhorn Steakhouse's Prime Rib. It was one of the only places that I could get a solid prime rib with au jus and a well-seasoned outer crush without paying premium prices (e.g The Prime Rib). This was gooooood - great portion size with a tender texture at the right temperature. Not only was the steak cooked perfectly, but those may have been the BEST FREAKING MASHED POTATOES I'VE EVER HAD!!!!! They were so fluffy, creamy and buttery - literally perfect (to me). I don't ever order mashed potatoes, just not my thing, I prefer rice, but these? These are the one exception. I was super skeptical because other than not being a fan of mashed potatoes in general, I don't like horseradish and they were advertised as horseradish mashed potatoes. I am forever changed (when it comes to these specifically) - I even strongly considered ordering a side to go. Also, the asparagus was really good too! Cooked perfectly with a light crunch when you bite into it. Manhattan Deep Dish Pizza - 10/10: My husband ordered this and he was singing its praises the entire ride home! When it comes to pizza, my husband is picky - especially with crust. The crust HAS TO be right, and this one was that. The breading had a soft center with a crispy outer layer just the way he likes it. They also bring a mini spice rack with oregano, Parmesan and red pepper flakes and he was over the moon about that! It's such a big portion that two people can share it. He ended up taking the other half home and popped it right in the oven to have more as soon as we got home. And the cost! We paid less than $100 for our meal (one soda, two apps, and two entrees), and this was before we used the players club coupons*! Overall, we had a wonderful experience! Very spacious and clean with a staff that operates as a team (shoutout to Claudia who also helped us when we needed it). We didn't have any desserts or drinks this trip, but the menus for both look great! We had such a great time between the casino and dinner that we're already planning another trip back! *If you're a couple or a group visiting the casino for the first time, they offer a coupon for this restaurant when you receive your players card. We both were able to redeem our coupons ($10 each) and got $20 off our meal (which was already under $100 before the coupons).
