It took months of back and forth with often incomprehensible bills and fees, to find out that they has misquoted us due to their lack of understanding of Illinois insurance law. He has made suggestions to me that make sure I don't have gaps or shortfalls in coverage. He helped me qualify for all of Allstate's maze of discounts, saving me a few Washingtons. I can't speak for life or investments, since I only have auto and home with them. I'm also claim free for the 5 years or so I have been with them, so that's another unknown. Stan just gave me a poker face and could not give me an honest answer on why I didn't have full coverage. I asked him twice before making the purchase to make sure I was fully covered no mater what. His answer was, he didn't know. I don't like working with people that don't know and that don't admit their mistakes.
