First she didn't mention that FAIR charges a 3.5% transaction fee if you use a CC to pay( which is required in advance before moving to state farm covering liability. Then she bait and switched the pricing quoted for liability insurance. In the end the State Farm portion of the policy was 40% higher than the quote. I am now looking at taking my complete State Farm book of insurance to a different company. All because this agent is in completely over her head.
