Not responsive. I contacted Jaymi about switching from my current State Farm agent to her since I was not receiving the service level I expected. Only after switching was I told it would be about 3 weeks before I would be able to speak with Jaymi about my insurance needs due to a scheduled surgery (something she did not bother to mention when I reached out to switch). After pointing out she should have let me know she would be unavailable before I switched my account, she told me I should find a new agent. "It sounds like I'm not the right fit for you. My health is very important and emergency surgery can't wait." There are many agents, I suggest you select someone other than Jaymi. read more

Wow, what an awesome agent! My wife and I recently moved our 3 auto, home and life insurance policies to State Farm and couldn't be happier. Dealing with insurance stuff isn't something you really enjoy having to do but Jaymi made the whole experience easy. Both my wife and I have had Farmers Insurance for almost 20 years. I don't think in that 20 years we ever once heard from our agent to check in or to see if we were happy. But with Jaymi at State Farm the experience was different. While moving some of our policies over we received mail from our mortgage company as one does when switching insurance. Jaymi took care of all the questions our bank had and we didn't have to deal with any of it. That is the stuff you'd expect from someone who generally just wants provide great customer service. Not only are both my wife and I happy with the products we are buying from State Farm but we are extremely happy with our new agent, Jaymi. When dealing with something like life insurance the last thing you'd want to do is talk to a slimy used car salesman type. Consumer beware. I've been with State Farm since 2009 and haven't ever dealt with a local agent. Every time I've tried to contact her I've only gotten the general customer service. On March 14th, I cancelled my policy with the general customer service people. They don't actually do anything, everything has to go through the local agent. So I called on Wed the 15th, and as I was leaving a message, I get a call from the 755-5600 number so I answered. It was a guy, and he reassured me that my policy was cancelled and that I'd get a partial refund for the remaining month. Fast forward to today when I check online to see if anything shows it's cancelled and I was very surprised to find my full payment for next month about to go through!! Each time I've dealt with the bigger customer service people all they could do was send notes to this office!! Well those notes have been ignored for a week and a half. I would not recommend State Farm, or this agent at all. Up until this point I'd had no issues. Hoping I hear back on Monday from Jaymi. read more
