The biggest issue appears to be a recent change of ownership that has led to a lack of accountability and poor quality of services overall. The sprinkler start up apparently does not include basic inspection of operation. You will have to inspect and schedule repair independently. There is a lack of communication internally as well as with you as a client. Different internal employees use each other as cover in lieu of completing tasks. There is no ongoing review of the lawn and landscape. Weeds and dry spots are not noticed with weekly lawn maintenance. You will have to review and bring to their attention, and issues are still unresolved. Beware the subscription service. They will not allow you to cancel service despite their lack of attention to your lawn. I never write reviews. I would truly caution any potential client before you sign up with Rockscape. They promise a care free solution, but it will cost you more time and then trap you with terms instead of caring for your lawn or allowing you to hire a competent maintenance company.
