I was searching for a discontinued rolling cart for my discontinued Weber Q grill. eBay didn't have…read morethem, Amazon didn't have them, even Weber itself didn't have them. Thankfully the magic of search engines told me that Greenwich Hardware did. When the cart arrived, it turned out to be the wrong one. They were selling the new cart, not the old one I needed. Instead of simply issuing a refund, Trey promised to do everything in his power to help me track down what I needed. It only took him a few days to come through! He called in a favor at Weber and had a buddy do a deep search of their entire inventory, eventually finding one tucked away in an old warehouse in Indiana. It was shipped to me post-haste. This was a level of customer service that knocked me off my feet. If I'm ever in town, I'll make sure to stop by and thank Trey in person. For now, the best I can do is write this review and keep them in mind the next time I had any internet hardware needs.

Today I came in for something I had ordered online. I was directed to this short, fat, bald, man who immediately turned angry the minute asked for his advice on how to use the product. For this guy to get so angry so fast when asked for a simple response, makes me wonder how he still has a job. Honestly, I can only assume that unless this guy has a record of being so prolifically rude to every customer that walks thru the door that this guy is a grade A homophobe. I know homophobia when I see it. Ive lived with it my whole life. But I called him out and told him he was rude and that I could have gone to Home Depot but I want to support Feinsod's in the shadow of a superstore. When I said I could have easily gone to Home Depot but chose not to he screamed to me "THEN GO TO HOME DEPOT!" The event was very well organized, and the staff were friendly, patient, and helpful with the children. Everything was provided--wood pieces, hammers, nails, screwdrivers, paint, and all the other materials needed to complete the project. Best of all, the workshop is completely free. The projects are fun, hands-on, and a great way for kids to build confidence and creativity. These workshops are offered on a monthly basis, making them a wonderful activity for families. Each month it's a different project. The project for June was a goalie game. The kit includes a cute pin and certificate as well. It's super cute. You have to sign up online through the Home Depot website. Highly recommend!

Because I wanted clarity on their charging after hearing about their excessive overcharging he told me "if your such an expert fix it yourself".
