I really appreciated how patient and transparent he was in explaining the differences. Even though the mix-up was entirely my mistake, he graciously honored his original price quote. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer service is hard to find these days. Each interaction he was incredibly responsive, punctual, and had me taken care of faster than I expected. It's so great finding consistently excellent work. The quality of his repairs is outstanding, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does.
