I asked Xavi to correct & ceramic coat the paint, restore the headlights, and fix a parking lot scrape on the bumper. His prices for his meticulously detailed work are extremely fair and honestly, a great value. He is very easy to work with and extremely communicative. I was blown away by the results of his work. I took our truck and SUV here for a hand wash and hand wax for both cars. I was told it would be 2…read morehours, but waited nearby. One car was done in less than 45 minutes, and the other a similar timeline. I got home and could wipe dirt off with my hand on the SUV, so I find it hard to believe anything but a quick drive through wash was done. Also made an appt via yelp and the people on-site were confused and annoyed. "On-site" is relative as it's a tent at a gas station. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else for services. Edit - per the owners "scam alert" about not sending photos, see attached. They were sent in real time. I had to follow up for days for a supposed resolution, and the only recourse after was attempting to resolve with my credit card company. To clarify, I never said I didn't receive some services. I just didn't get all I paid for, and if that is the caliber of work you can expect there...I'll pass. Gas lighting behavior from the owner is atrocious. Thanks for actually reading the full story!

Mario is very professional while being super friendly and informative. He is responsive, on time and thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of detailing. I am an engineer and very picky and detail oriented. Mario exceeds all my expectations and provides amazing results. I had never experienced ceramic coatings before, but on his recommendation, I had him apply it to my new 2024 Subaru Outback a couple years ago. Wow, it was worth the extra work as it makes the car stay so much cleaner for longer periods between washes and is super easy to clean once it's dirty. Two years later it still looks like it's just been detailed after a simple wash. I trust Mario implicitly and highly recommend him for any detailing work you need. Because some of the windows in the back…read morealready have some darkness to them compared to the front ones, I was having a hard time visualizing what % tint to go with because I wasn't sure what it'd look like with the darkness stacked. In the end, I trusted Henry's expertise as to what would look and work best, and I was not disappointed. The ceramic tinting REALLY helps reduce the heat in a vehicle with a lot of glass!!
