He's pretty busy but I'm sure he could take on more jobs even though he's a one man show. We scheduled the job about 1 week later since it work better for us. He arrived a little late but BART was having a bunch of shut downs so traffic from the East Bay was bad. He kept me informed so it was fine. His van is loaded with all the tools and equipment needed to do the job including his own generator so he doesn't need electricity from your house. He carries many colors of fabric in his van and found a very close match to our car. Note he was able to match a 2003 Toyota Camry! He quickly got to work setting up and then removing all the interior trim and then the head liner panel. Pulled off the old fabric and proceeded to grind away the deteriorating foam. Vacuumed and prepped the panel to apply the glue using a spray gun. Once the glue set up he applied the new fabric pressing it into all the nooks, crannies and contours. Finally trimming and wrapping the fabric around the perimeter edges and cutouts. Alex is quick and efficient. Overall it took him only 3 hours start to finish. His experience shows as he did the job diligently step by step. The entire time he was conscious to keep our driveway clean. I won't say the price here but it's "really a great value service". (I got quotes from a couple auto body shops). Includes one year warranty. He mentioned he takes all forms of payment but note using a credit card he requires a 3% fee surcharge. I paid via Zelle. Too bad I can't give him 10 stars! Thank you Alex

When I drove down to the shop, I spoked to someone and told them about the seatbelt situation. The person I talked to in-person, told me they CAN'T change the color of my seatbelts, due to a liability issue. But that's why I drove by to the shop, cause I was told over the phone they CAN and needed to see my car in person. After going back and forth with a wall (owner or worker), I decided walk out and leave. Moral of the story...I drove ALL the way down to the shop for no reason. Luckily I lived near by and had a cool head about the situation and not crash out. With that said, to the owner and establishment...your work/job might be good, but don't waste your future clients time for nothing and be sure that EVERYTHING needs to be corrected over the PHONE! Thanks.

I asked if I could just send a picture via text since it's a really simple cover -- I just couldn't get one screw off because it was too tight. They said no, I had to come in person. He said, "I don't have time." No time? Then why the hell did you tell me to come in for an estimate? What a joke.

On the blue section, and there was some over-spray and it has a yellowish green tint. It took him a few quick minutes to mix some dye and he didn't really spot check for match. I asked if he could match it better but he said it could make it worse. There was also over-spray. Frankie just blocks off the untouched spot by holding a piece of cardboard. It wasn't precision and care. Also, deep scratches could be sanded, smoothed and polished to match, but he doesn't go to this level of service. He just applies putty over it and lets you know it will leave a lump. However, the match on black was very good, almost perfect. But it felt rough due to the over-spray. Overall, I had expected a more precise hand polishing process and care for matching, but it was just quick spray paint. Deep scratches really didn't get resolved. The car is now a collectors item. I was hoping for a level of quality that matches the prestige. EDIT In response to the owner; I do not use Yelp much and do not write many reviews. But they are bad experiences that are memorable enough to share and I provided evidence (invoices and pictures) to support it. The owner's lack of accountability in his response should be a concern. I've had someone asking about his work the past few weeks (2025: 9 years later) and it prompted me to help this person and update the review and even tone it down a tad for the owner's benefit. 1 and 2. The pictures uploaded appear the same quality as the original but resized. Don't believe otherwise as the owner leads you to believe. Many of you have uploaded pictures and know this is is a lie. I believe Yelp will also dispute the owner on the quality of their site. 3. As for repairing scratches, I had no issues and mearly shared the level of service ($350 - in 2016 dollars) for the community, but the owner has a problem with me sharing it. 4. The car was just as pristine in 2016 as today 2025, 1,500 miles later. I have the invoices on the work, dated before Frankie's job. In fact, I should probably write a review on it since the owner seems to have a problem with me not writing good reviews, especially if it is redundant to many other good reviews. 5. The owner is lying about the date of the job and timing of my review. The job was done on 2/6/2016. My review was dated 5/7/2016. I moved away from the area June 2016 and was very busy with preparing for the move and finishing up my life there. 6. The owner claimed he could make it right, but as he mentioned during the job, he did not want to fix the mismatch. I had no reason to contact him further. I moved to a different area a few months later and had more important concerns than the owner's job and was fine with just writing a review. The owner needs to own it.

I had the black (Toyota) Softex. In most cases, it would have been adequate, but given the purchase price, I felt this car needed LEATHER, not vinyl. The professionalism by the installers was no surprise given all the 5 star reviews from previous, ecstatic customers. This company bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and to make sure everything was prepared prior to my arrival. I was so impressed by the finished product. I'm so glad I chose the Tuscany leather. It was worth the money. Definitely recommend Coach Automotive for your next interior. You won't regret the investment. The sales manager whose name I can't recall was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had sooooo many questions and was apprehensive, but (he) made me feel 100%. He didn't push, but lead to an interior design that best fit my personality: bougie and elegant at the same time. Hahaha. 10 stars if that was possible.

Now he is trying to defame me? (Lol, gotta laugh because he can't actually defend his point so he attacks my credibility.) No apologizes or accommodations for the lack of service were offered. He would NOT appreciate the thievery I'm sure. My truck still smells after it rains due to mold and I'm still out the money. Breaks my heart because for me that was A LOT of money to spend and to be treated this way by the company that took my money is shameful. Icing on the cake is this sad person spends his time talking crap about his OWN customer (lol) instead of improving his business relationships. If you prefer to have actual quality service done on your vehicle-Do not go to this business! I sat on this for a while because I was so flabbergasted that he did not spend his time working with me (HIS customer and actually provide service i.e. install a sunroof that WORKS without leaking!) Instead, he acted like a child and sat and copied all of MY reviews, as I said pathetic and immature. NO VALUE in this business unless you want to give your money to a place that does not care about their customers. I encourage you, read all of this review and take note on how he treats customers. Offering to give me a number of another business that I can yet pay again- is NOT help. Mic drop- I suppose he will try to deflect again instead of "actual" resolution. Nonetheless, truth hurts. I will not back down to this immature bully. And you won't have to read my reviews because he likes to post them so take a look- I like to state the truth. Give your money/business to an honest person who provides quality customer service instead and let this person join our government since he enjoys being a bully.
