Bought something with them that takes batteries and brought it back 10 minutes after leaving because I noticed it didn't work. Brianna when I brought it back in told me that it was her fault that she didn't check for the batteries to see if they worked then Aaron comes over and tells me there's nothing they can do about it. He said I could come back tomorrow and talk to the manager but he's going to tell me the same thing. It's not like I had it for an hour or a day I had it for like 10 minutes. And they were just kind of rude about it honestly. Really bad customer service will never return here read more

Unfortunately, I will not support or endorse Fascinations: Specifically this location and the companies management due to the "Lack of updated inventory connectivity between the stores & website. Also, the lack of empathetic and sympathetic customer service for customers who are still shy in some aspects. Let me explain, I for about 2 weeks have been interested in a product. Which on the website is out of stock, and in stores stated they were too. Upon receiving my 20% discount coupon, I decided to call the store on 19th and they advised they have it in stock and apologized their website isn't accurate. Now upon driving 20 mins to the store, (Passing a Castle Mega Store and close to your story closing time) I arrive and attempt to purchase the item, and is advised that my 20% coupon has exclusions and the item I am purchasing is one of them. Now, upon declining the purchase due to the discount would have beaten "Castle's" price for the same product. I exited the store: Why you website and stores operate on 2 different pricing/discounts that are offered and why your inventory and your story's inventory aren't connected is complete unacceptable. Your running at the same caliber that "Walmart's website and stores" connectivity are ranked at. Really Low... Now after leaving the store, this is where the lack of empathy and sympathy in customer service become crystal clear.. I call this location and asked for the night manager. The store closing associate got on the line and I advised of my discount issue, and he did explain regarding manufactures requirements on "Non - Discounted" items, which was understandably accepted. Now, in turn he states I can come down the next day and speak with the manager, but it would be better to call and speak with him so I don't waste my time. When I addressed the discount again, the associate advised there isn't nothing they can do not even management can change the price. At that moment, I question on why would I need to call the next day if even the management wouldn't be able to do any change, addressing it as (Pretty much the call and this one would be wasting my time at this moment) the associate then says: "Naw, thats why your saying it is" then in turns starts stating, I am making things difficult, I can call the next day and the manager is gonna tell you the same thing he advised and there is nothing to be done. He also stated he was gonna tell the manager in his notes, that I was being difficult, which I stated "your going to lie to your manager regarding me asking questions" I respectively stated there was nothing else, and he disconnected the call. When the call ended, I contacted the store on 59th and spoke with the closing female manager. I advised her of the issue, and she advised she would submit an email to the district manager, and they should be reaching out to me within 1-2 business days. The following business day, I receive a call from the 32nd street location's manager, which I didn't leave any contact information, when asked, he tells me he pulled my phone number from the caller id. (Which I have never in my life felt so disrespected and had my privacy invaded.) He say he heard the conversation got tense and he wanted to address it. I did appreciate the call the manager made to me, but I advised that I did already reach out to another store, and submitted a complaint to the district manager and would respectively like to wait for them to return the call back. The manager then asked which location, I respectively state, that I was not comfortable with listing that information and would respectively like to address the concern with them directly. The manager then advised "Well, I can just find out which store you filed it with, I'd figured I'd asked" with an attitude. Which the conversation ended at that moment. After another business day, I reach out to the customer service line and advised the representative of the issue, She stated that she hasn't seen or heard anything or notifications. But, will reach out to the store and the management to address the complaint. She advised she would like to reach back to me within 1-2 business days. Which I accepted, about 1 day later she reach back out and advised that the management states that they will do an internal investigation of the lack of customer service from the phone conversation, and that basically since the feeling of coming into a store comfortably was hindered by the associate, to forward product inquiries and purchases to the website and customer service. At that moment, I realized that this company, from the District Management, on to their management/leaders at the store level, really do not care for the customers that come in. Unless your personally buddy buddy, you probably get passed by like just a regular Joe/Josephine Smoe. For a company that states they welcome and have a welcoming environment, to by pass customer with issues like mine isn't right or welcoming. read more

Do not buy anything unless you're 100% sure you want it. Even if you haven't left the store, they will not refund you. This was the worst experience in a adult superstore I've ever had. The employee was alone, incompetent and sketchy. I felt like I was tricked into doing reviews for a discount to find out the discount wouldn't work on the item I was purchasing. I do not recommend this location what so ever! Go to Tempe if anything. Pretty much now all I can do is wait to see if there district manager calls me back. I'm out 65 bucks that I would have rather spent else where. This stores return policy is a joke. They need to post a sign that says "once item is purchased, even if you do not leave store.... it's final." read more

Who doesn't love fanscinations??? I have been in this location several times because it is close to the house. While the selection is a bit less than the larger stores, and I always make sure the car if locked before entering the store; but I must say, I have always been pleased with the service and associates. Ok, my girlfriend talked me into going...with that being said the employees there were quite helpful. As a guy it was pretty uncomfortable for me but they made it more comfortable by the time I left. They have a HUGE selection of products, a lot of which I had never heard of before, that are at a fair price I imagine. The employees seem VERY knowledgeable in the products they sell, thats for sure! read more

My husband and I have been coming to this place for years. We never feel uncomfortable. Though the parking lot may be a little questionable, the atmosphere inside the store is the polar opposite. We have always been greeted when entering the store. We have also been allowed to explore the store without being constantly pestered by an associate. However, when it comes time to ask a question my husband and I always feel confident that the associate will be there to give us the best answer. The last time we went in Kelly was, by far, the most knowledgeable employee we have ever met there. She was easy to approach AND the conversation we had with her was not embarrassing or awkward. I live close to this location and enjoy visiting from time to time and see what new fun stuff they have in store. I went a few days ago in search for a new personal toy since my old one broke, I found the perfect toy for me! The price was just righ, the toy is pretty & powerful. =) While searching for the perfect toy, I looked around and came across such a pretty baby doll that I just had to have. As for their selection of stockings, don't even get me started on that... I love lace and lucky for me, they had just the perfect pair! The prices are desent for the quality you're purchasing. If you haven't been in one of these stores, don't be shy, we all feel shy at first but I'm grateful that such store exsists because that way the adults have our very own candy store! Lol!
