My gift card was…read morefraudulently used by a random woman in California (which was shown to me by the manager working there) who had used 15 different gift cards for a total of $681. Nothing was able to be taken care of on the spot which is somewhat understandable, but days later my claim was denied. I was in absolute shock upon receiving this email. So because your system isn't able to prevent fraudulent theft of your gift cards I am left without my gift card funds? I've been shopping at Nordstrom since I was in high school 20+ years ago and I have always like Nordstrom Rack and Last Chance, but I mean this when I say this, I will never go there ever again or any of my family until this is resolved.

The staff took their time with the hat and made sure it looked right instead of rushing through it. They were also great with the boots, helping me figure out what size actually worked for me across different styles and brands. That part matters because cowboy boot sizing can feel like it was invented by someone who wanted to make online shopping impossible. What I appreciated most was that they weren't pushy. They clearly knew their stuff, explained the differences, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me find the right fit. Overall, great local spot if you need hat work, boots, or just want guidance from people who actually understand western wear.

Neither one looked up and greeted me, and as I looked around in the store, they kept talking to each other and not once asked if I needed something. I have worked in retail before, and rule #1 is you greet the customer. I'd understand if they were busy but I was literally the only customer in the store. After taking a look around at their overpriced (and if I'm being honest, mostly tacky) clothes, I decided to leave. Didn't even get a "goodbye" or "thanks for coming in". Nothing. I have been coming to this store for years and never had an experience like this- everyone working there was always so friendly. Just found out that the owner, Victoria, sold this store in the fall. That explains a lot. There are loads of cute boutiques in this area where the employees are actually friendly and the clothese are really cute. I will take my business there.

They have over 100 different independent artists and they also carry some bigger brands like Killstar and Night Whisper. Prices are actually really good for the quality especially since you're getting things that are by independent designers. They also carry a pretty large of plus size clothing so if you're someone who has weight fluctuations you'll probably find something you'll like here. Overall if you like supporting artists and finding unique things you can't find at major retailers this is awesome. It's honestly like going to the artist alley in anime convention. Highly recommend!

She is so engaging, kind, fun and great at selecting items that look great on you! The store is laid out in a way that makes it so easy to find outfits that coordinate with each other. The styles are on-point and fashionable and the quality is great!
