BUYERS BEWARE: I visited Fascinations Store #14 and was assisted by the store Asst. Manager located at 8367 W McDowell Rd. Tolleson, Az. I purchased multiple items/some clearance. Prior to paying I noticed the signs posted at the registers. The signs stated: " FASCINATIONS NO RETURNS An EXCHANGE or IN-STORE CREDIT will only be issued within 15 days of original purchase on Apparel Items, Lingerie, Dancewear, & Shoes if items) show no damage or wear. A copy of the receipt must be present & all items must be in original packaging with tags attached where applicable." I paid for my items & departed the store. Once home I recognized 2 of the items I purchased on clearance did not fit (tried both items on over my personal clothing due to being a Germaphobe) tags still attached. I returned to the store well before the 15 days as stated on the signs. Upon entering I showed my purchase & requesting an exchange per the sign. I walked to the clearance section looking for a size up/no availability. I opted for 2 other clearance pieces at the size I needed & brought them to the register. I knew whatever I purchased was not returnable per their logistics. I spoke with a Manager & was told they do not offer exchanges on Clearance Priced items even if tags were still attached and the items were unused. (Mind you - I was still willing to pay $30 more than my initial price of the original pieces for the exchanged pieces). I pointed out their sign verbiage and no where in the store does it say Clearance items are Final Sale but was told to look at my receipt. On the receipt AFTER PURCHASE it states no returns or exchanges on clearance items. I requested to call someone who could potentially help and was given a number to call their Corporate: Marsoner. I called and it is just an answering service where you leave a name & contact info so I opted to leave a voicemail with my name and contact number. About a week or more later, I received a call: Erick who stated he was a Fascinations Rep and handles all their customer service complaints and inquiries and would be able to assist me. I was told I would get a credit for the items & told an order can be created for me by visiting their online sites: TooTimid, DreamGirlOfficial, FunLove etc.. While on the phone Erick asked me to visit the sites and share with him about the specific pieces I wanted to order. He stated if he ordered them, they would be shipped and delivered to me. So I gave him the ordering info. He said he would have the order placed the next morning (and for me to confirm with him by texting the number he called me from). I sent him a text as instructed (which I currently still have in my phone), but No order ever arrived. I called again - no answer. I decided to call Marsoner again and left another VM & still no response. It's been a month now and Today, 10/16/25 - I called Marsoner again: left a VM and still no response. I decided to leave a review on the BBB website as well as Yelp. BUYERS BEWARE!!! read more

I go to this Fasinations often and I always have a good experience. However, this last time that I went there, there was a man who was following me around the store and making my shopping experience very uncomfortable. I spoke to the lady at register, I believe her name is Ciara, and she told me that he was actually the manager. I have seen multiple negative reviews about him on here and on Google reviews and I'm just wondering anything is getting done because his attitude is clearly not changing. The only reason that I'm giving two stars rather than one is because of Ciara. She definitely seems more managerial than he does. read more

I had happened to go into fascinations yesterday looking to buy a few items when a worker there by the name of Steve had been staring at me all throughout the store making me feel very uncomfortable. This had went on during my whole time there and when it came to me checking out he had been at the register on his cellphone the whole time. There was another lady that happened to be working, but she was busy attending to other customers. I had to wait on Steve to finish whatever he had been doing and was finally able to attended by him. I never come to stores like these but today I had to stop by to get some thigh high socks for work to match with the rest of my coworkers. I'm a single mother who works 2 jobs. I had just gotten off my full time job and had no sitter so stopped by real quick for the socks. As I'm walking in I'm pretty much kicked out told that I can't be in the store with a child older then 1. My baby is 2 years old and she was in my arms. I know the kind of store I was walking in to but the employee could've been nicer about it. It was ridiculous and I was offended. I understand it's an inappropriate to have a minor in here but I'm here parent and was walking straight to the sock section which was right in front of the regrister. Best staff! Tonight my boyfriend & I decide to go check out Fascinations. We walk in feeling awkward & a bit out of our comfort zone. We just wanted something simple & basic, & definitely didn't want to have to ask questions lol. No lie, by the time we reached the register, we felt so comfortable asking questions, openly looking at products, and listening to suggestions that we kept buying. I am shocked at how comfortable we were. The guys behind the counter made it so easy. Their explanations & suggestions helped us so much. We didn't feel awkward at all. Once you get over the "Omg, I'm in a sex store" (which I've never had that problem!) laughter and embarrassment you are good to go. The store is "laid" out great. One section for movies, toys, lubes, party supplies, clothing, books and a "back room" for S&M - which I can only imagine after 50 shades is a very busy place now! They have everything you need, and then some you didn't know you needed or wanted until you saw it. A lot of "impulse" purchases here. ;) Employees are helpful, they wont judge you. They cater for every group, straight, gay, confused, something for everyone. Haha! I happened to pick up my stripper pole here - great "abs" workout. I swear that's what it's for.... I have not been in any of the other locations to compare, this one is just more convenient for me. The parking lot and store interior are very well lit and well organized so there is no weird, creepy, skin crawly vibe. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable (although one person told me there was no military discount and I found out later there is). My only complaint is that the clothing, while mostly cute, are apparently only made for very thin girls. If you want something that fits over a C-cup or larger or a size 10+ you'll be out of luck or ordering something in a XXXL and really, no one feels sexy in a XXXL size. I would suggest doing a price comparison on some of the higher ticket items because you can find many of them on Amazon for significantly less. read more

I went in for specific items and I was in a very big hurry. The lady behind the counter (I think her name was Ashley) was extremely helpful and gave me very prompt attention, assistance and service. She made it a great experience for me. I bought a total of 3 clothing items and signed up for their rewards program at her suggestion which instantly emailed me coupons for 15% off my entire purchase on my next visit and I get $5 credit for every $100 I spend in the store and online. A couple days later, I returned one of the items because it didn't fit as well as I thought, in my rush to shop and run. The staff (different people) seemed reluctant to handle my return (they do exchange or store credit only, NO REFUNDS.) I hadn't worn the item, it still had the tags on it, I gave them my original receipt and I explained why I was bringing it back to the store just 2 days after purchasing it. I was very much within their policy, but I didn't get the same warm "welcome, we want your business" feeling that Ashley had given me on my first visit to the store. They did however remind me of their all-day sale going on that day if I wanted to make purchases. It's a fun store with tons of selection. I will definitely be going back in the future and hope Ashley is working that day. She offers great customer service. They had cards on the check out counter saying to review them on Yelp!
