My daughter finally found some thing that she liked and wanted to try on. When we went to the dressing room they told us the dressing room is only open on the weekends. I just wanted to say how very inconvenience this is that I have to buy some thing first so I can try it on at home and then make another long trip back over if something doesn't fit properly. It's in the evening and there's literally nobody else in the store. I would've thought they could've made an exception for my daughter to try on one pair of pants. I was the only customer in the store. It wasn't even like they were stocking shelves or working. In fact, there were a bunch of cardboard boxes half empty that were just left open towards the back door which was unsightly and unsafe. Compared to other stores, even the outlet one in Livermore, this one is failing hard on service. I came in with the intent of purchasing a few bags and a wallet but decided to take my business elsewhere. I expect differently from a brand such as Marc Jacobs.

The tree removal work covered 2 days which was more than enough time to cover any issues that may have come up but didn't. Communication was efficient and expedient. If clarity was needed by phone Alexis was always available during business hours when at the store. My 4 trees removal was quoted to take 2 whole days but was completed early. Alexis and his work crew were fantastic all the way through. They arrived as scheduled and earlier than on time each day. The crew showed exceptional teamwork and were very easy to communicate with. They were respectful of the property and left the yard looking better in the areas they worked than when they first started. I will definitely seek out Alexis and his work crew again when I have future tree care and landscaping needs.

If I could give them a zero star review I would!! My husband and I were walking around looking at all their merchandise and when I went to the center of the store I seen the register stand and a lady looking on at a monitor, I seen that she was zoomed in on my husband! We don't need to steal, we have money. I felt we were racially profiled. We walked out, I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to shop here. read more
