DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Their dresses are full of Chemicals. After my daughter tried on about 8 dresses, she had an allergic reaction and her face swelled up when we got home. When I called the owner, Rosy, to ask for reimbursement, stating the reason why, she refused to reimburse us, even though it was less than 24 hours since we purchased the dress and the dress was still at the shop. No alterations had been made. Rosy said that I would need to write a letter and request reimbursement from the dress maker, but she would not reimburse me. I even offered to pay her a $50 restocking fee even though the dress never left the shop. Rosy did not care if my daughter had an allergic reaction and had a cold and uncaring attitude. Rosy and her business are shady. All she cared about was the money and not customer satisfation. When I told her that I would be writing a negative review she said, "go ahead " in a sarcastic and condescending manner. She is a very greedy lady. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to this horrible lady's shop. She should not own a business. Good thing my Credit Card company is reimbursing me. Had a great experience here. When you walk in you instantly want to say wow at how many beautiful dresses there are. My daughter and I came here looking for a prom dress and the ladies here were very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and brought down dresses off the high wall for my daughter to try on. We were very impressed with the selection. We ended up buying a beautiful blue dress and it was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Rosie, the owner, is a very nice woman and she did an excellent job altering the dress for my daughter, it came out perfectly. We are very happy we found this store and will definitely be going back in the future. We will go back for alterations as well. It's a lovely store. read more

Honestly one of the most unprofessional places i've ever been to. We came in for our dama dresses and at first she promised us the dresses we wanted so we left our deposits for them. A week and a half passes by so we go to check our dresses and none of them were in our sizes that we needed. Mind you we had came in to get fitted for them since she had to order them and when none fit we had to pay EXTRA for her to fix them but we didn't have a choice since it was close to the quince. When we came back to try on our "altered" dresses, they still didn't fit and looked like nothing had been done to them. This whole time she was being rude and complicated to work with and even blamed us for the dresses not fitting us saying we gained weight and even began to argue with one of the damas moms. Frankly, I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. The woman who runs the shop is absolutely lovely and had been nothing but helpful in my experience. Perhaps people should actually read the signs that say "all sales are final" and "no refunds" before they shop somewhere and ask for one. As for the broken clothing, it's only there for you to try on at the store so they can order you the item in the right size. I absolutely recommend that anyone shops here if you're looking for a dress. They have a large collection and I had a great experience. read more

The woman running this business is not nice. We came to spend 300 $ in cash here and clothing was defective, broken and she would not provide a refund only store credit( then proceeded to hang up defective clothing on the rack without fixing it) We came back to use the store credit after the woman said she would order a few particular pieces. Low and behold the woman refused to honor the amount of store credit she gave. We had $200 in store credit and this woman insisted it was only $100 She got to keep that and lost out on thousands of dollars in business. This lady is a crook. I had a really bad experience here, we came here looking for dama dresses for my quinceañera. We came like a month before we needed the dresses and she said she didn't have them there in the sizes we needed so she ordered them and we were supposed to come back a week later, when we went she said she ordered us different sizes from what we had ordered because they didn't have them and that she would make them into corsets, we said no and she said we could order different ones and we did. Now we were only a week from our event and she cancelled our order without us telling her to and saying to just come for our money instead when we needed the dresses. She yelled at my mom and even recorded her because she wanted to make a return on shirts and the lady didn't want to give her the money back. Overall it was 2 different orders and they both came out bad and we got left with no dresses. She orders you the sizes she wants and makes up many lies. Don't recommend this place, please look for a better, more professional place. read more

i just downloaded the app to review this shitty place and it's shitty owner the lady was very aggressiveness rude she literally threw my money in my face after she cancelled my dresses because there was a misunderstanding in a shirt order that didn't even involve the dresses she was angry that SHE accidentally ordered xs small in a shirt even tho i asked for a small and acted like it was my fault and didn't want to give me my money back or give me store credit she yelled at my mother and said my mom was the one being rude even tho she was the one yelling at her anyways i don't recommend this place i would advice you to go to a more professional place. read more

Bad experience here! I needed to find a dress for an important event. The lady who is the owner at first said she could get me any dress from her catalogs. She helped me pick out a dress she said the dress would arrive in 2 weeks and she would call me. Almost 3 weeks went by and I called the lady to ask her about the dress. She then told me the dress didn't come in the size I needed. But that she had other inexpensive dresses and I told her but I paid for the dress already. That Saturday I went to go get the refund. When I arrived the lady was on the phone gossiping about another lady. I found that to be very unprofessional and rude. As I am a client and she would not get off the phone she signaled to her helper to help me. When I said I was there for the refund the owner said something to her helper. The helper then told me the dress was arriving the next day. I told the owner why didn't you call me? You need to communicate with me and I don't live here I drove from SJ. The owner still on the phone said she would take me the dress to SJ. So I left the next day the owner showed up at my house with a dress. When I saw the dress I told her this is not the dress! The owner then said, "Oh it's not?" To which I told her again this is not the dress and not the size. She then told me that they don't make the dress in the size I needed. So this gives her the right to try to pass me another dress? She then told me to go to the shop for my refund and bring my receipt. This lady has not been easy to deal with as a client I expected better service. Not only did she lie about coming through but she tried to pull a fast one brining me a different dress thinking I wasn't going to notice. Don't waste your time going here!! read more
