I have visited Kim's Rejoicing Nails for years because the owner's customer service has been great. Lately, the owner has not been there on several of the visits I've made, and I have had very bad experiences with one worker whose name sounds like "Lucky" or "Loki." She was very rough with me, and today she burned my hand in an old gel nail dryer. When I said "ouch" and recoiled in pain, I asked if she could change me to the station next to us that was not being used. She didn't want to accept that the nail dryer might have been broken. "Lucky" insulted me, called me names, and yelled at me to leave, even though the service was half done. Her coworker Fanny took over and finished the job, while I tolerated the added humiliation of "Lucky" telling me, in front of the other customers, that she can't deal with stupid customers like me. Because Fanny completed the job professionally, I had visited this place many times before, and because I was in the middle of the service and going elsewhere would have meant getting my nails scraped again with damage, I had the service finished. I did not leave a tip. I will never go back again. If I didn't know the owner for so many years, I would report this incident to the Better Business Bureau. What I went through today is a safety hazard.
