Very poor experience today. We made an appointment for people at 10am for Manicure and pedicure. They start on my wife first. About 20 minutes after 10 they seat our son and myself. They then start my service. My son sits in the chair with his feat in the water. After 11am I ask my wife what's going on. They are taking other clients in while my son still sits there. Come to find out the two male employees won't work on male clients. At this point it's 11:40. My son gets up and we leave. Now realize other female employees are taking clients during this entire time. We are told those people had appointments. Wait now.... so did we well over an hour earlier. Now weather this is cultural or homeopathic it's a poor way to run an operation. FYI if you do go here Christina does a great job. read more

Every time I've been here I am met with theee most professional and customer service oriented demeanor ever. It has me coming back for more even though I'm nearly an hour away. My daughters and I have been Linda's customers for over 15 years now. Throughout this time we had been attended by different nail techs, always having a pleasant experience; this time I would like to share my daughter's experience with Cristina. My daughter suffers from ingrown toenails, (that's one of the many good reasons that we have been Linda's customers for many years), it's just hard to find not only a clean nail salon but a gentle tech to help you with your problem. Every time that we see new faces/techs at the salon it's kind of scary for my daughters and I because we don't know how our experience will be with the new tech, but Linda is always on top of our needs, she knows who will be the right person to take care of us. Like I was saying, Cristina was very gentle, professional and her customer service was excellent. I drove into town after camping nearby I needed a miracle worker for my feet and I found one here. I should have gotten a picture of how my feet were before she started. The spa pedicure was exactly what I needed and it was excellent! This place is busy and you should book an appointment but you don't have to as me and my mini me were walk ins and they accommodated us almost immediately. Pros: the gentleman (forgot his name) who did my nails was pleasant and nice. Cons: at the beginning I showed the lady the design and asked if she could help me match the color. She wasn't any help. She only looked at the picture and told me to pick any similar shade on the display and walked away. The quality of work was poor. I asked for almond shaped but some nails come out uneven. The lady who did the nail design didn't put any effort, and provided a rushed work. Instead of cleaning the line design, she just wiped it with her finger, and left a smudge. No attention to detail. The lady who did the design noticed some nails were uneven because she tried to filed them, but didn't say anything. Just bad service!! Think twice of going here if you're a new costumer. read more

I left a very upset! First time in this shop and I won't be back! I went in for a mani/pedi. I had (still have) a linear crack on my toenail due to my daughter stepping on my foot a long time ago & it keeps splitting. Also after removing my old polish I noticed it my toenail was white. I asked the man to to do what he could to save the nail and asked why he thought my toe nail was white. He said he would glue it And told me it was white because of the previous injury. I said OK. He did glue it... With a big chunk of the broken toenail still sticking up so that it will snag on everything it touches. I asked him to fix it and he gave me an snarky attitude saying "I glued it what more do you want?" He acted as if this was normal and how dare I point out the messed up nail. I was so mad shoved on my own shoes, messed up the polish (as if it really mattered with the remaining broken toe nail) and I left the Nail salon as quickly as I could! Someone did offer to fix it... but by that time I was so upset I just wanted out of the shop! read more

I had nail extensions already on and wanted to get them removed while keeping my original nails/the length. She did a wonderful job, didn't even hurt me and was careful since my skin is pretty thin/sensitive. When I showed her a design I wanted to do she smiled and told me she could do it. Yesterday I had called and made an appointment for a manicure with my daughter, I showed up on time and they allowed two people to go ahead of us. Once seated, I had an elderly man working on my nails who could barely see. I said I wanted three coats of grey and he only did two coats and laid it on heavier on one hand. I kept telling him that one was thicker and he acknowledged but didn't do anything to fix it. In addition to the different shades of color, I have so much overlap onto the side of my fingers which he did not clean up. I will not be returning to this place again.
