I decided to give them another chance and almost every single time I go for a fill in my nails would literally pop right off a few days later and they wanted to charge me $5 per nail AFTER I JUST PAYED $50 to have them done. When I brought this up I was told it's "my fault" they keep breaking, first off they're not "breaking" they're literally popping right off my finger nail whole, if I was breaking them they would not be coming off as a whole nail and literally a few days after a new set is placed or a fill in. This nail salon has no manners. The lady which her name is Kim that sits in the front desk is rude. Kim has no respect or the others for customers. I came with my 13 year old niece to get her nails done for her birthday. I wanted to know what was the difference between dip powder since this is my first time being at a salon and I didn't want her to get acrylics because she had a chip nail. They had no patience explaining it and overall kim was giving a rude tone that was unnecessary. Also, she was being a smart mouth by saying how it was going to be pricer. I won't be back. I've tried this place several times over the years hoping it will get better, it doesn't. This last visit was the last straw. My daughter treated me to a pedicure. We walked in at 11am on a Thursday. We were advised it would be a thirty minute wait. We said that was fine and started to look for a color. Thirty minutes later we were were both seated in pedicure chairs. One of the techs came over, she asked if we were just doing pedicures. We said yes. She then proceeded to grab each of our hands and inspect our nails. We already told you we just want pedicures. Our nails had been done in the past week. They didn't need anything and that's not what we asked for. She seemed annoyed with this but started to do my daughters pedicure. Randomly someone would come past and tell me someone would be with me shortly. I asked to have my water warmed up twice. That was an inconvenience for them. FOURTY MINUTES later.. someone came over to do my pedicure. She rushed through my pedicure. She was done and painting my nails at the same time my daughters nails were being painted! My feet are still rough. My nails are jagged. Not pleased. She put me at the table to dry. Twenty minutes later she hasn't been seen. I asked for the drops on my toes so I could leave. I was super over it. The lady who came over ripped off my flops and toe separators a d proceeded to put sandwich bags on my feet. I asked for the drops and she said yes yes and kept putting the bags on my feet. I asked for the drops again and that's when the owner handed her the drops. She put them on my toes, put the bags back on my feet and shoved my shoes on. This is not customer service. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. read more

She was the sweetest and so friendly. Gave me recommendations as to what I should do next when I take my nails soaked off. She didn't try to rip me off and gave me her honest opinion. You know how some nail salon staff speak in their own language and some people think they're talking about them? Well Teri translated everything to me. I felt comfortable even though it was my first time. (I'm not expecting this to happen every time but still) They have SO MANY COLORS OPTIONS! I'm a flight attendant and from out of town the first time I had layover near by I came running here to get my nails done . I had Lee do my no chip nails and pedicure and it was the best I've ever gotten! She paid so much attention to getting the polish nicely laid down that my gel for once lasted longer then two weeks! So I even went out of my way to pick up this layover again and Uber the second time so I could get her again. Went here with my girlfriend because we were recommended by a friend. Seemed nice, very clean. However, the chemical odor is very strong and there is no ventilation, be careful of the acrylic shavings in the air - I'm sure inhaling them regularly could do something to your health in the long term. The lady doing my girlfriend's nails was a bit friendly, but it definitely seemed like she was in a hurry. Nonetheless, my girlfriend was excited because it was her first time getting her nails done and was expecting to leave with lovely nails just like our friend had gotten. When we left, I found out she was being rough on my girlfriend's nails and didn't take her time at all. The options and prices on the wall said $35+ for acrylic which is what my girlfriend got. She ended up paying $53 for a crappy and incomplete job. My girlfriend wanted a simple cat design on her thumbs and a fishbone on her ring fingers, we even showed her pictures to reference off of. The designs should've been easy, a fourth grader could've done them. Instead, the cats looked like mice and weren't even decent-looking. Why did we get an upcharge for a job like this? The nails weren't even filed evenly! I've provided pictures, you tell me if you think this was worth $53. My girlfriend wasn't happy with the job at all and ended up crying when we got home. She was so excited in the beginning and had already made plans to come here for her nails every 2 weeks or so. Instead she got This garbage, and for an expensive $53 at that. Congratulations to Fashion Nails for losing a regular customer at the very start. This place is ridiculous, don't come here unless you want to get cheated and leave unhappy. read more

They do get pretty busy, but they always let me know that they will be right with me and are very friendly.
