It's Asian owned. For a long time now, I'm always not feeling comfortable with Asian retailers because they almost always think everyone want to steal from them. I carry the smallest shoulder purse because I just don't like big hanging purses and I had passed by and saw these cute sweaters by the window, so after picking up my bath and body online order I decided to go buy one, I could not make up my mind on a color, so I was there for a while, IMMEDIATELY people I feel very uncomfortable the Asian older woman need to pretend they are arranging clothes near me, looking at my hair, probably what color my skin is, and see up close to see if I put something in a bag. Once I left she looked right at me, and e made eye contact and with my gesture I said, "no lady I'm an educated psychologist with a masters and plenty of money to buy what I want, I'm not there trying to steal any of your clothes." This is why the Asian people have that bad reputation because they think everyone, even if you look wealthy, are out to steal from them. This stigma will not end until they chil. The person attending the dressing room was nice. But the "manager" told me I wasn't allowed to step out of the dressing room with the clothes on to show the person I was with. Also only allowed one person in the dressing room at a time. I love getting feedback from a shopping buddy before I buy anything... this experienced ruined the whole point of shopping for me. I wish yelp let you put 0 stars. There dressing rooms are closed, they don't let you try on clothes. So I had bought two dresses (different sizing) so I can go home and try and see which don't fit so I can get store credit for. However both sizing did not fit me so I went back to return. There was the MOST RUDEST LADY EVER! (She just grabs my receipt and items) not saying one word at all and starts comparing my receipt to the tags on the dresses. This rude lady has the AUDACITY to ask me if I ever bought the dresses from there?!! Like are you serious? I said YES I DID! and she just like "no no barcodes no match ..see?" And I'm just like how is that my problem in my head? I have my receipts. She then proceeds to SCAN EVERY LITTLE CENTIMETER of the dresses with her eyes and there was a mark on one dress somehow and just flops it back on counter and says "no no can't accept I only give you credit for one dress look there's mark" and I'm just like???!!! She legit tried to find every little reason to not give me my store credit. I was so done and just accepted the store credit of the one dress. Well they just reopened and its one of these stores that doesn't refund. They usually give credit. So considering that people can not try on clothes right now although all other stores are allowing it, I asked if I could return for credit if the dress did not fit. The owner said "No" final sale. Sooo I asked for a discount because the dress had obvious deodorant marks on it but my daughter really wanted it. Again the owner said "No". My daughter was embarrassed that I was saying anything but then since she doesn't work for the money, so she doesn't get it yet. My girl wanted it so I bought the dress. This place is located outside of Stonewood Mall right next to BJ's. The facility is kept well organized which is great, make it a lot easier to find what you are looking for. They have a great selection of clothing and accessories/jewelry. I do think that their purses/cross body bags can be a bit over priced. Again, their customer service is not the greatest.. I've come to a conclusion that the majority of people who work for clothing stores are not the friendliest people. Regardless, I'm still a fan. read more

Honestly if I could give their customer service 0 stars I would. Bought a wool sweater because the tag had a reduced price. It was 13.99 but they had placed a sticker on it for 8.99 so I grabbed it to buy it. Walked out the store and when I got home and saw the receipt, the girl at the register had charged me for the original price! I went back the next day to see if I could exchange it for store credit or something because they sold it to me for more than it was marked. Went in and the rude old Asian lady started yelling at me 'NO NO NO FINAL SALE FINAL SALE'! EVERYTHING FINAL SALE"! Didn't even have the chance to take out the entire sweater out of the bag. She only saw the sleeve and immediately started to yell. Didn't even get a chance to show the tag and explain the situation. The girl the previous day didn't say the sweater was final sale at all and they didn't sale me the sweater at the sale price. So in the end they stole $5 from me. I walked out so mad because the stupid old Asian lady didn't even let me explain! Their refund and exchange policies are so stupid! I went in today looking for something ~ not sure what, but I would know it when I saw it (right ladies?). Found a dress I wanted to try on, went to the fitting room, the girl there was very polite. When I went to pay, the owner (I assume), had a big smile on her face, was very complimentary and very friendly. She got confused with my change ~ gave me too much ~ but I caught it and helped her fix her mistake. I am only giving 4 of 5 stars because there didn't seem to be any a/c in the store. If there can't be a/c, fans would have been a nice touch. But I will definitely shop there again. read more

I came into this store because I spotted a shirt that I liked, I purchased it immediately because I was with my one and a half year old son who is very active and impatient. Then I went home tried it on and realized it did not look nice at all! So I went back to exchange it and let me just say I have never met a more ruder person in my life. The manager which is an Asian very old grumpy lady gave me the immediate answer NO. I tried to explain to her that I shop with my son and I don't have time to try things on at the moment before I purchase them. She didn't give a shit at all. Lucky I couldn't rate 0 stars. First off, it's way hot in here.... Where is the air conditioning? I shouldn't be walking around shopping sweating. The doors were open but it was a 90 degree day. 2nd, the place has a sweatshop chemical smell to it. I couldn't wait to get home to take a shower after spending an hour in here trying to find a decent blazer. The clothing wasn't in new condition. I noticed many Blazers condition showed signs of wear; like missing buttons, ripped inseams, and lots of loose strings. I wasn't greeted when I entered the store, the Asian lady who is the manager just stared at me, so I awkwardly said hello and moved on. When I was walking through the store I felt uncomfortable like I was being stared at. Mind you, I wasn't carrying a bag, just a small wallet & my phone. Lol. I tried a few things on and the manager just stood in front of the dressing room, I asked her "can I try these on?" And she just stared at me and nodded, she said something I'm a very low voice but I couldn't hear her. I assumed she said how many so I told her I had 6 items. She stared at my items for a second then handed me a number and walked away. I only stopped in as a last minute thing for a quick clothing purchase, so I won't be returning, next time I'll just run into forever 21 and hope for the best. read more
