To me that is an extremely petty reason to not accept an exchange on an item. Also do not mention whether or not you wore the dress even if it was for 30 minutes because they will not accept it. She also was not helpful and clearly irritated on us making a decision, clearly trying to rush us out. Also something that was so odd was I asked for a receipt after Paying cash and she stated because I paid cash they didn't give receipts unless I payed card. She also said they take Zelle and if paid via Zelle it was no tax and no receipt. I asked her again and she said they don't give receipts when it's a cash transaction I immediately knew that was illegal and upon researching I came across The BPC § 21666 outlines the requirement for vendors to provide written receipts for purchases exceeding $15. It is law to provide receipt with purchase of 15$ or more. Be aware.
