DO NOT take your vehicles to Fast And Friendly Auto Repair And Towing Service LLC off of Middleway Pike in Inwood, WV. I took my SUV there today to have all four tires changed. After they were finished and I had paid them, I went to pull out on route 51 (middleway pike) and my left rear tire fell off my car while driving, almost causing a multi-vehicle accident. To me, this screams NEGLIGENCE and is entirely unacceptable. Someone could have been seriously injured today. They had no explanation as to why my tire fell off the car; my guess is that they failed to tighten the lug nuts properly but they would not take accountability and refused to acknowledge that possibility. They offered me no compensation, instead just repeatedly stating "well, what matters is that you weren't hurt, your car is okay, and you didn't hurt anyone else". if I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Waiting for an 11 am appointment, (after 11) they got a road service call. My appt. just never happened for another hour. Apparently a phone call trumps someone on the lot with an appt. There is a big sign saying "rudeness will not be tolerated". They demand politeness from customer but do not how to keep an appt or apologize. read more

Do not recommend using Fast and Friendly for towing. Customer service is also bad. Damaged Left rear tire is bent inward after they towed my Sons car. They also cracked the front bumper and scratched the back bumper. Stay away. After they towed I wouldn't let them touch the car again, had it towed from their property to Country Roads. just sad. read more

Avoid Daryll ( Fast and Friendly Auto Repair and Towing ) at all cost, no explanation of costs, does damage to the wheel or wheels on you car in the process of repairing a flat, What should have been a simple plug, in and out resulted in breaking the tire down, plugging and vulcanizing the tire from the inside which wasn't necessary and damaged my wheel. He forces his employees to work outside in the rain, snow to turn a profit, has dogs on the property for security and protection which are neglected, no food, no water and no shelter. For out of town travelers along I 81 you will pay a heavy price for this guys service. read more

They called the cops on me! I went here to get tires. I should have thought something was up when the owner said bring cash we can work a deal but my country naivety got the best of me. As I sit on a stump outside waiting, I hear expletives from inside the garage. I walk over to see what is going on and now a second mechanic is dealing with what seems to be a lug nut that won't come off. Thirty mins, four different sockets, and an air wrench later the owner comes out and starts yelling this isn't what I quoted this will cost extra. I said what's the extra charge? He wouldn't answer me and went back into his house. some lady came out and said they were refusing service to me and I needed to go. I said I am going to find out if I have legal recourse because now my stuff is messed up and I don't even know if it's safe to drive. She said that she would go talk to the owner and let me know. I sat and waited and spoke with who I needed to for legal action. while sitting there waiting for her to return the cops show up and tell me they are refusing service to me. Josh charged $856.00 to tow a vehicle 10.3 miles. Vehicle was on his property by his permission. He states that the overcharges were for space rental. Josh lied to me many times over the course of 1 plus years. He claimed he would send me a receipt for services, which he never did. I feel like I was scammed by Josh and his partner George Skidmore. This repair company is terrible. Well for starters I took my car there to have a turbo replaced in my Chevy. I had to call them and ask if my car was done which they said it was. When I arrived I spoke to the mechanic who seemed unsure about what he had just installed. I took my car out for a test drive only to realize it was doing the same thing as before plus the check engine light was still on. I took it to auto zone they hooked it up and said it was the Turbo code P0299. I than went back to the shop and informed them of what I was told. The mechanic told me he would have the owner contact me. After two days of no call or follow-up which is the normal with this shop I reached back out to the shop. The owner lied and said the issue was the O2 Sensor not realizing that I had it check and had take a picture of the code while at auto zone. He refused to replace the turbo and wouldn't file a warranty claim with auto zone and told me I would have to pay to have the same work performed and I needed to take it up with auto zone for labor reimbursement. Overall this shop is terrible very unprofessional and has no follow-up or customer service skills. I now have to take my car to another shop because of the lack of not only skill but honesty behind the work that was performed. Also an employee who had just started told me that this place was terrible and he wouldn't recommend anyone to bring there car there because cars are constantly coming back with the same issues they left with. If your from the AREA CONTACT AUTO ZONE THEY CAN TELL YOU FIRST HAND IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME . IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.
