I've now used Fast Appliance Repair on three separate occasions, primarily for more involved repairs on our Electrolux washer and dryer involving control boards and electronics. At this point, I feel comfortable recommending them without hesitation. The biggest differentiator for me has been responsiveness. In all three instances, Fast Appliance Repair was the first company to reply, the quickest to schedule, and the clearest in terms of communication. They provide an upfront diagnostic quote, and if you move forward with the repair, that cost is applied toward the work itself. It makes it easy to understand the economics before committing. Their scheduling and communication have also been excellent. They provide arrival windows, call roughly 30 minutes before showing up, and, in my experience, have always arrived within the promised window. In a world where many service companies seem to operate on a "sometime between breakfast and dinner" schedule, that reliability is appreciated. Pricing has consistently been competitive after obtaining multiple bids, and the repair quality has been solid. I've worked with two different technicians, and both have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Roosevelt, in particular, was outstanding. They were respectful of our home, careful around flooring and carpets, and patient working around kids and a dog running through the house. There are plenty of appliance repair companies out there, but Fast Appliance Repair has earned my repeat business by doing the basics exceptionally well: responding quickly, communicating clearly, showing up when they say they will, charging fair prices, and fixing the problem correctly the first time. He had to order factory parts for my Whirlpool Dishwasher which came in a couple days and then was able to fix it the same week. Wow....after calling several local repair places, getting put on indefinite hold, treated rudely in some cases, and talking to incompetent people....we turned to Yelp and found Fast Appliance Repair. We called on Monday and they answered right away making an appointment for the next day. They came right on time, analyzed the problem with our range quickly, had the part in their truck and fixed our range in 30 minutes. The price was fair, they were professional, polite, wore their virus masks, put everything back as they found it and were gone.....I will definitely call them for any appliance repair in the future. Our Maytag dryer started squealing horribly so I shut it down quickly. I had reached out to another restaurant service but got no answer for several hours. Finally I used Yelp to issue a cry for help - we were getting ready to go on vacation and I needed to dry some clothing pronto! Our almost 3 year old LG washing machine wasn't draining. I saw a recommendation for Fast Appliances Repair on a social media site that starts with Next and ends with Door and I went on there website on Wednesday night (after business hours) and it gave me an option to schedule service the next day. I filled out the form and then the next morning after I kind of forgot about hearing back from them, I received an email saying they could do my repair that day and then received a call about 30 min prior to arrival. Since I had somewhat forgot, I had another commitment so I asked if we could book it the next day and he said no problem. The next day, he called me 30 minutes before arriving at the time that he had told me the day before. How often does that happen, like never? He showed up and was very professional and quickly diagnosed that we needed a new drain pump. 30 minutes later, he was done and we had a working washer again. We called this company out when our dryer was making a weird squealing noise. A man came out (I'm assuming he owns the company) and supposedly fixed it. During the first cycle after the fix, we heard a huge thunk and the dryer stopped. We called him back out to look at it and he told us the dryer fan fell out into the motor and pretty much killed the dryer. He said he didn't work in that area and that it wasn't his fault (which I believe), but there was no way any of it was just a coincidence. We were not happy. We asked that he refund us for the work since our dryer was now dead and we needed to go buy a new one. He refunded us our money and apologized for the inconvenience. I truly think it was just some bad luck that this happened to us, but I wanted to highlight that this man was honest and did the right thing by us. read more

Mr. Lazares came right out on a Sunday afternoon to fix the door in my 40 year old Whirlpool oven/stove. He was quick, conversational, professional, and fixed the door in about 6 minutes flat.
