In trying to remember - without letting on that she had forgotten about us- she came up with something very different than what we had talked about. Neither my wife nor I took her irritated manner personally but were a bit flabbergasted when she rolled her eyes at us and disappeared into the back room to complain about us to her manager. And she was loud. And offensive. My wife walked out by this point but I stayed to try to resolve the situation. After a few minutes, Doug (who I believe is the owner and seemed like a nice enough guy) came out and gave me an overpriced quote to apparently run me out of his store. Now I realize that customer service isn't what it used to be but this was a failure on so many levels - and such a different experience than we had been hoping for. I now hear their ads on the radio and can only say this: an ad may bring in a customer but bad service and the word of mouth that results from it can be devastating to a business.
