When I declined, I was asked to either wait longer while they reinstalled the original screen or return the next day. Keep in mind while that was happening a customer walked in and the dad immediately came to assist him completely ignoring my set of questions that his son was struggling with as he didn't help me originally.. Now when I started asking my last question to his son if the screens can just be fixed on my s9 +.. The Dad looked over at me very ANGRILY AND SAID ; " HEY WHAT DO YOU NEED. ?!!??". I Was kind of embarrassed at the tone I was spoken in and in front of his young son wanted to be a bigger person and simply said.. Hey yeah I told your son he wasn't the one originally helping me and that's Fine..I will just go and maybe buy a s22 Ultra as it would be only 100$ more than my repair... I picked up my things and left..sincerely thanked the young kid who was just looking in confusion wondering if he could've helped more.. I took them a iPhone X to fix broken screens and told my mother board needs to be replace so that "something else can work" and then screens would be replaced. They kept my phone for a bit longer then a month. Don't expect a call from them, they don't call you even when they say they will.
